Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及发泡板材的生产机械领域，具体地说是一种用于发泡机原材料在输送过程中进行料物混合的装置。
背景技术
传统的发泡机都是由进料筒将原料通过供料筒的供料嘴直接送到输料管的，其缺点是，原材料在进入进料筒时往往存在搅拌不匀的问题，影响了成品板材的质量。
发明内容
本发明为解决进料筒将原料通过供料嘴直接送入输料管，原材料搅拌不匀影响了成品发泡板质量的问题，设计一种带有混料笼的送料装置。
本发明的技术方案是，一种发泡机混料装置，其特殊之处是，在进料筒和供料筒之间装有混联筒，混联筒内装有混料笼。
当发泡原料从进料筒进入混联筒后，经过混联筒内的混料笼，在混料笼内的运行中得到进一步混合再进入供料筒，由供料嘴送进输料管。
本发明的技术效果是，采用上述的技术方案，可以实现一种结构简单，能使发泡原料充分均匀的混料装置。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例，对本发明进一步说明。
如图所示，在进料筒1和供料筒4之间装有混联筒2，混联筒2内装有混料笼3。当发泡原料从进料筒1进入混联筒2后，经过混联筒2内的混料笼3，在混料笼3内的运行中得到进一步混合再进入供料筒4，由供料嘴5送进输料管6。
