The inflatable pillow comprises an inflatable cushion 35, an air bag 36, an air inlet pipe 37, an air outlet pipe 38, a one-way valve 39, a second binding band 40, a second male buckle 41, a second female buckle 412 and a fixed pillow 42, the left side of the top of the right fixed plate 3 is connected with the inflatable cushion 35, the top of the right fixed plate 3 on the right side of the inflatable cushion 35 is connected with the air bag 36, the air inlet pipe 37 is connected to the air bag 36, the air outlet pipe 38 is connected between the air bag 36 and the inflatable cushion 35, the air inlet pipe 37 and the air outlet pipe 38 are respectively provided with the one-way valve 39, the left side and the right side of the rear side of the inflatable cushion 35 are both connected with the second binding band 40, the second male buckle 41 is connected to the second binding band 40, the left side and the right side of the front side of the inflatable cushion 35 are both.

When the exercise is completed, the first male buckle 29 is taken out of the first female buckle 28, and then the user rises. After the exercise is completed, the second female buckle 412 is taken out from the second male buckle 41.
When the patient need take exercise, artifical clockwise rotation hand wheel 51 makes pivot 47 clockwise rotation, and pivot 47 clockwise rotation makes dog 50 rebound through connecting block 49, and the patient can put into ring 44 with the foot afterwards, then anticlockwise rotation hand wheel 51 makes dog 50 reset, so can be fixed with patient's foot to foot removes when can preventing that the patient from taking exercise, and then can further improvement exercise effect. After the patient exercises, the stop 50 is moved upward by repeating the above operation, and then the foot is taken out from the ring 44.
