The rotating shaft is divided into an upper part and a lower part, and the diameter of the lower part is larger than that of the upper part, so that the torsion spring is relatively thick, the torque of the torsion spring is increased, the probability of torsion failure of the torsion spring is reduced, and the use reliability of the torsion spring is further improved; and for the technical scheme that the fixed arm and the movable arm of the torsion spring extend along the vertical direction, a certain distance is reserved between the movable arm and the first section of the rotating shaft, so that the fixed arm and the movable arm can be separated from each other, and the situations of difficult installation or friction and the like caused by too close distance are avoided.
It should be explained that, because there is no interference between the plane where the pot lid is located and the pot body, the pot lid can freely rotate towards two directions (leftwards or rightwards), and the opening direction and the opening angle are completely determined by the user, that is, the two-way opening of the pot lid is realized, which brings great convenience to the user. However, considering the rotation amplitude of the torsion spring and the actual operation of the user, the pot lid generally rotates in one direction more conveniently, the user can keep the state of opening the pot lid by supporting the poking part with a hand when the pot lid is opened in the reverse rotation, and the pot lid can automatically reset after the poking part is loosened.
In the above technical solution, the fixed arm and the movable arm both extend in a vertical direction; or, the fixed arm and the movable arm both extend in the horizontal direction.
The fixed arm and the movable arm extend along the vertical direction, and the shifting part and the mounting seat are respectively provided with a limiting hole and an inserting hole along the vertical direction, so that the movable arm and the fixed arm can be effectively limited, and the deformation of the torsion spring is ensured to accurately correspond to the opening and closing state of the kettle cover; in addition, the movable arm can be inserted into the deeper part of the shifting part, so that the kettle cover is more easily driven to reset.
Or, the fixed arm and the movable arm both extend along the horizontal direction, and then the lower surface of the shifting part and the mounting seat are respectively provided with a limiting groove and a slot extending along the horizontal direction, so that the movable arm and the fixed arm can be effectively limited, and the deformation of the torsion spring is ensured to accurately correspond to the opening and closing state of the kettle cover.
In any one of the above technical solutions, the bottom of the rotating shaft is fixed on the mounting seat, the shifting portion is provided with a shaft hole, and the rotating shaft is inserted into the shaft hole, so that the shifting portion can rotate relative to the mounting seat.
The bottom of the rotating shaft is fixed on the mounting seat, the upper part of the rotating shaft is inserted into the shaft hole of the shifting part, and the rotating shaft is in clearance fit with the shaft hole, so that the rotatable connection between the shifting part and the mounting seat is realized, and the mounting seat is very convenient; when the device is installed, the toggle part is sleeved on the rotating shaft, and then the handle cover is covered; certainly, when the torsion spring is also sleeved on the rotating shaft, the torsion spring is firstly sleeved on the rotating shaft, and then the shifting part is sleeved on the rotating shaft, and the movable arm and the fixed arm of the torsion spring are ensured to be installed in place.
Of course, the top of the rotating shaft can be fixed on the shifting part, the mounting seat is provided with the shaft hole, the bottom of the rotating shaft is inserted into the shaft hole and is in clearance fit with the shaft hole, and the rotatable connection between the shifting part and the mounting seat can be realized as well, which is also in the protection scope of the invention.
In the technical scheme, a mounting groove is formed in the mounting seat, a supporting table is arranged in the mounting groove, and the bottom of the rotating shaft is fixed on the supporting table; and/or the rotating shaft and the mounting seat are of an integrated structure.
Be equipped with the mounting groove in the mount pad, be equipped with a supporting bench in the mounting groove, fix the bottom of pivot on a supporting bench, can shorten the length of pivot, and then improve the intensity of pivot to prolong its life. Furthermore, a limiting hole or a limiting groove for installing the fixing arm is also formed in the support platform.
The rotating shaft and the mounting seat are of an integrated structure, so that the connecting strength of the rotating shaft and the mounting seat is improved, and the use reliability of the rotating shaft is further improved; and the rotating shaft and the mounting seat can be integrally formed, so that the production efficiency and the assembly efficiency are improved, and the production cost is saved.
In any one of the above technical solutions, the handle includes a handle seat and a handle cover covering the handle seat, and the mounting seat is disposed in the accommodating cavity at the top of the handle seat.
The handle includes handle seat and handle lid, and the top of handle seat is equipped with the holding chamber, installs the mount pad in the holding intracavity, can hide the mount pad and with the assembly structure of pot lid stirring portion in the handle to both played the guard action, improved liquid heating container's pleasing to the eye degree again.
In the technical scheme, the mounting seat is provided with a connecting hole, the handle seat is provided with a connecting column, and the connecting piece penetrates through the connecting hole to be fixedly connected with the connecting column, so that the mounting seat is fixed on the handle seat.
Still be equipped with the connecting hole on the mount pad, be equipped with the spliced pole on the handle seat, the connecting piece passes the connecting hole and fixes the mount pad on the handle seat, has guaranteed the fixed connection between mount pad and the handle seat, and then has guaranteed the use reliability of product. In any of the above technical solutions, one end of the toggle part close to the pot lid is sleeved on the rotating shaft; and/or one end of the poking part, which is far away from the kettle cover, is tilted upwards.

In any of the above technical solutions, the handle is provided with a steam pipe, the bottom of the steam pipe is communicated with a temperature controller located at the bottom of the kettle body, the mounting seat is provided with a positioning column embedded in the top of the steam pipe, a communication hole is arranged in the positioning column, one end of the communication hole is communicated with the accommodating cavity, and the other end of the communication hole is communicated with the steam pipe.
The intercommunicating pore on the mounting base ensures that steam in the accommodating cavity can enter the steam pipe and then feed back to the temperature controller, thereby realizing the temperature control function.
In any of the above technical solutions, the liquid heating container is an electric kettle.
Of course, the liquid heating container is not limited to an electric kettle, but may be a coffee pot, a tea boiler, or the like.

Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
A liquid heating vessel according to some embodiments of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 16.
As shown in fig. 1 to 16, the present invention provides a liquid heating container, comprising: a kettle body 20, a handle 30, a kettle cover 10, a limit piece 80, a cover closing key 70 and an elastic locking piece.
Specifically, the kettle body 20 has a containing cavity with one end open; the handle 30 is arranged at the side part of the kettle body 20, and the top of the handle 30 is provided with a detachable mounting seat 40; a poking part 11 extending outwards is fixedly arranged on the kettle cover 10, the poking part 11 is rotatably connected with the mounting seat 40 through a rotating shaft 42 extending along the vertical direction, and can drive the kettle cover 10 to rotate around the rotating shaft 42 in the plane where the kettle cover 10 is located so as to open the open end of the accommodating cavity; the limiting piece 80 is movably mounted on the kettle lid 10 and can move downwards to stop against the outer wall surface of the kettle body 20 when the kettle lid 10 is opened to a preset angle so as to limit the reverse rotation and covering of the kettle lid 10; the lid closing key 70 is movably mounted on the kettle lid 10 and can drive the limiting member 80 to move upwards so as to release the stopping of the limiting member 80 on the kettle body 20; the elastic locking piece is limited between the toggle part 11 and the mounting seat 40, and can drive the kettle lid 10 to rotate reversely to cover the opening end of the accommodating cavity when the lid closing key 70 releases the stopping of the limiting piece 80 on the kettle body 20.
According to the liquid heating container provided by the invention, the rotating shaft 42 extends along the vertical direction, so that the kettle cover 10 can be opened towards the side, the height of the liquid heating container after being opened is reduced, and the problem that the liquid heating container such as an electric kettle is inconvenient due to overhigh height caused by the fact that the liquid heating container is opened upwards in the prior art is solved; the kettle lid 10 is provided with a movable limiting piece 80, and the limiting piece 80 can be stopped against the outer wall surface of the kettle body 20 to maintain the opening state of the kettle lid 10 without manual maintenance of a user, so that the use comfort of the user is improved; meanwhile, the elastic locking piece enables the liquid heating container to be automatically closed, so that the kettle cover 10 can be stably and stably closed on the kettle body 20 in a natural state without random deflection, semi-automatic control of the kettle cover 10 is realized, and the use convenience of a user is improved; in addition, the mounting seat 40 is detachably disposed on the top of the handle 30 (e.g., fixed on the top of the handle 30 by a fastener such as a screw), so that only the mounting seat 40 can be replaced when the mounting seat 40 is damaged without replacing the entire handle 30, and it is convenient to appropriately design the size and specific structure of the mounting seat 40 according to different kinds of liquid heating vessels.
Specifically, in a lid closing state, the elastic locking piece is in a natural state, that is, no elastic deformation occurs, when the lid is opened, the tail end of the kettle lid 10 (that is, the toggle part 11) is continuously toggled, and the toggle part 11 rotates around the rotating shaft 42 to drive the kettle lid 10 to be slowly opened; when the kettle lid 10 is opened, the elastic locking piece is elastically deformed to store elastic potential energy; when the kettle lid 10 is opened to a preset angle, the limiting piece 80 on the kettle lid 10 moves downwards and stops against the outer wall surface of the kettle body 20, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, so that the kettle lid 10 is prevented from being reversely rotated and covered under the driving of the elastic locking piece, a user can maintain the uncovering state of the kettle lid 10 without abutting against the toggle part 11, and the use comfort of the user is greatly improved; when the lid is closed, the lid closing key 70 is driven to release the stopping action of the limiting member 80 on the kettle body 20, and the elastic locking member releases the elastic potential energy to reset and drives the kettle lid 10 to rotate reversely until the open end of the accommodating cavity is closed, as shown in fig. 9 and 10. The rotating shaft 42 extends along the vertical direction, so that the kettle lid 10 rotates along the horizontal direction, and the lateral opening of the kettle lid 10 is realized; the limiting piece 80 is matched with the kettle body 20, so that the opening state of the kettle cover 10 can be maintained, and great convenience is brought to a user; meanwhile, the elastic locking piece enables the kettle lid 10 to be automatically closed without manually turning the kettle lid 10 back by a user, so that the automation degree of the liquid heating container is improved, and the use comfort of the user is further improved.
Such as: when a user takes the kettle to receive water from the water dispenser, the kettle cover 10 is opened towards the side, and the electric kettle with the lower kettle cover 10 can be installed in the water receiving area of the water dispenser to directly receive water, so that the water dispenser is very convenient; after receiving water, the cover closing key 70 is driven to close the cover.
It should be noted that the pot lid 10 in the present application may be a single-layer structure, or may be a multi-layer structure, such as an assembly including three-layer structures of an upper lid, an inner lid, and a lower lid.
Further, an installation space 15 and an avoiding hole 152 communicated with the installation space 15 and penetrating through the lower surface of the kettle lid 10 are arranged in the kettle lid 10, and the limiting member 80 comprises a limiting portion 81 limited in the installation space 15 and lower than the installation space 15 and a stopping portion 82 connected with the limiting portion 81 and longitudinally penetrating through the avoiding hole 152 to stop against the outer wall surface of the kettle body 20, as shown in fig. 3, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 15; the cover closing key 70 can drive the limiting part 81 to move upwards, so that the stopping part 82 retracts into the avoiding hole 152, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, to release the stopping of the kettle body 20.
The kettle cover 10 is internally provided with an installation space 15 and an avoidance hole 152, the limiting piece 80 comprises a limiting part 81 and a stopping part 82, the limiting part 81 is limited in the installation space 15, and the limiting piece 80 is ensured not to be separated from the kettle cover 10; the height of the limiting part 81 is lower than that of the mounting space 15, so that the limiting part 81 can move up and down in the mounting space 15, thereby ensuring that the limiting part 80 can move up and down relative to the kettle lid 10; the stopping part 82 penetrates through the avoiding hole 152, so that the lower end of the limiting part 80 can protrude out of the kettle lid 10, and further the stopping part stops against the kettle body 20 to play a limiting role.
The specific process is as follows: in the lid opening process, when the end of the stopping part 82 passes over the inner wall surface of the kettle body 20, the limiting part 80 moves downwards under the action of gravity, so that the lower end of the stopping part 82 protrudes out of the avoiding hole 152, at the moment, the shifting part 11 is released, and under the influence of the elastic locking part, the shifting part 11 has a tendency of reverse rotation, and the side surface of the stopping part 82 abuts against the outer wall surface of the kettle body 20 and cannot rotate continuously, as shown in fig. 3 and 6, so that an effective limiting effect is achieved on the kettle lid 10, the reverse buckling of the kettle lid 10 is avoided, and the kettle lid 10 can be automatically kept in a lid opening state, as shown in fig. 2 and 4; when the lid 10 is closed, the lid closing key 70 is triggered, so that the lid closing key 70 drives the limiting portion 81 to move upward, and the stopping portion 82 also moves upward and retracts into the avoiding hole 152, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the stopping effect on the pot body 20 is released, and the lid 10 can rotate to cover the opening end of the accommodating cavity under the effect of the elastic locking piece.
Further, one end of the limiting portion 81 close to the cover closing key 70 is provided with a first guiding inclined surface 811, and the first guiding inclined surface 811 is inclined from top to bottom and is inclined in a direction away from the cover closing key 70, as shown in fig. 6 and 8; when the cover closing key 70 is driven, a pushing force can be applied to the first guide slope 811 to move the stopper 81 upward.
Spacing portion 81 is close to the one end that closes and covers key 70 and is equipped with first direction inclined plane 811, and first direction inclined plane 811 from top to bottom inclines, and to keeping away from the direction slope that closes and cover key 70, promptly: the upper end of the first guide slope 811 is closer to the cover closing key 70 than the lower end thereof, as shown in fig. 6 and 8. Thus, when the lid closing key 70 is driven, the pushing force applied to the first guiding inclined surface 811 can generate an upward component force, and since the stopping portion 82 located in the avoiding hole 152 limits the movement of the limiting member 80 in the horizontal direction, the limiting member 80 can only move upward in the vertical direction under the driving of the lid closing key 70, and further the stopping portion 82 retracts into the avoiding hole 152 to release the stopping of the kettle body 20, as shown in fig. 8. Therefore, the first guide inclined plane 811 can convert the horizontal movement of other structures (driving structures or transmission structures) into the vertical movement of the limiting part 81, and the structure is ingenious and simple.
Preferably, the lid 10 is further provided with a guide hole 141 communicating with the mounting space 15 and penetrating through the upper surface of the lid 10, and the lid closing key 70 is mounted in the guide hole 141, as shown in fig. 4 to 12, and can move up and down along the central axis of the guide hole 141; the liquid heating container further comprises a transmission member 90 which is limited in the installation space 15 and can slide in the installation space 15 in a reciprocating manner, one end of the transmission member 90 is abutted with the lower end of the cover closing key 70, and the other end of the transmission member 90 is abutted with the first guide inclined surface 811, as shown in fig. 5 to 10; when the lid-closing key 70 is pressed, the transmission member 90 is driven to slide toward the direction close to the limiting member 80, so that the transmission member 90 pushes the limiting member 80 to move upward, thereby releasing the stopping of the stopping portion 82 on the kettle body 20.
A second guiding inclined surface 71 is disposed at a lower end of the cover closing key 70 and/or at an end of the transmission member 90 close to the cover closing key 70, and the second guiding inclined surface 71 is inclined from top to bottom and is inclined in a direction away from the limiting member 80, as shown in fig. 6, 8 and 10.
The kettle lid 10 is also provided with a guide hole 141 in the vertical direction, the lid closing key 70 is installed in the guide hole 141, so that the lid closing key 70 can move up and down relative to the kettle lid 10, the lid closing key 70 can be driven by pressing the lid closing key 70, the use habit of a user is relatively met, and the operation and the use of the user are convenient; correspondingly, a transmission member 90 needs to be additionally arranged between the cover closing key 70 and the limiting portion 81, the transmission member 90 is driven to slide towards the direction close to the limiting member 80 by the downward movement of the cover closing key 70, and then the limiting portion 81 is driven to move upwards by the horizontal sliding of the transmission member 90.
Further, the lower end of the cover closing key 70 and/or the end of the transmission member 90 close to the cover closing key 70 are provided with a second guiding inclined plane 71, the second guiding inclined plane 71 is inclined from top to bottom and inclined to the direction far away from the limiting member 80, that is: the upper end of the second guiding inclined surface 71 is closer to the stopper 80 than the lower end, as shown in fig. 6, 8, 10 and 14. Thus, when the lid closing key 70 is pressed, a horizontal component force can be generated by the thrust applied to the second guiding inclined surface 71, and the gravity of the transmission member 90 and the installation space 15 limit the movement of the transmission member 90 in the vertical direction, so that the transmission member 90 can only move towards the direction close to the limiting member 80 along the horizontal direction under the driving of the lid closing key 70, further push the limiting portion 81 to move upwards, and drive the abutting portion 82 to retract into the avoiding hole 152 to release the abutting against the kettle body 20. Therefore, the second guiding inclined plane 71 can convert the vertical movement of the cover closing key 70 into the horizontal movement of the transmission member 90, and the cover closing key is ingenious in conception, simple in structure and convenient to replace and maintain.
Preferably, the lower end of the cover closing key 70 and the end of the transmission member 90 close to the cover closing key 70 are both provided with a second guiding inclined surface 71, as shown in fig. 6, 8, 10 and 14, which significantly increases the contact area between the cover closing key 70 and the transmission member 90, so that the movement of the cover closing key 70 and the transmission member 90 is more smooth. Of course, the driving member 90 may not be provided, and the cover closing key 70 directly drives the limiting member 80 to move upward, and at this time, the cover closing key 70 may be horizontally installed in the installation space 15, and when it horizontally slides in the installation space 15, the limiting member 80 may be pushed to move upward.
Preferably, one end of the transmission member 90 near the limiting portion 81 is provided with a third guiding inclined surface 91 parallel to the first guiding inclined surface 811, as shown in fig. 6, 8, 10 and 14.
One end of the transmission member 90 close to the limiting portion 81 is provided with a third guiding inclined surface 91, and the third guiding inclined surface 91 is parallel to the first guiding inclined surface 811, which also significantly increases the contact area between the transmission member 90 and the limiting portion 81, so that the movement of the transmission member 90 and the limiting member 80 is more stable.
Preferably, the upper surface of the pot lid 10 is provided with a guide post 14, and a guide hole 141 is provided in the guide post 14, as shown in fig. 5 to 10.
The upper surface of the pot lid 10 is provided with the guide post 14, and the guide hole 141 is arranged in the guide post 14, so that the length of the lid closing key 70 is increased, and further, the length of the lid closing key 70 limited in the pot lid 10 is increased, so as to avoid the situation that the lid closing key 70 is too short and easily falls off from the pot lid 10.
Preferably, the central axis of the guide hole 141 coincides with the central axis of the kettle body 20, as shown in figures 4 to 12.
The central axis of the guiding hole 141 is coincident with the central axis of the pot body 20, and the lid closing key 70 is positioned at the center of the pot lid 10, so that the beauty of the product is improved.
In any of the above embodiments, the liquid heating vessel further comprises: the elastic element is located in the installation space 15, the upper end of the elastic element abuts against the pot lid 10, and the lower end of the elastic element abuts against the limiting part 81, as shown in fig. 6, 8, 10, 14 and 15.
Wherein, the top of the position-limiting part 81 is provided with a groove 812, and the lower end of the elastic element is located in the groove 812, as shown in fig. 6, 8, 10 and 15.
The elastic piece is additionally arranged in the limiting space, the upper end of the elastic piece abuts against the kettle lid 10, the lower end of the elastic piece abuts against the limiting part 81, the upward movement of the limiting part 80 can be limited, and the stability of the limiting part 80 when abutting against the outer wall surface of the kettle body 20 is further improved. Specifically, in the natural state, the elastic member is in the natural state, so that the limiting member 80 is located at the lower position, as shown in fig. 10; in the process of opening the cover, when the limiting piece 80 moves upwards to cross the kettle body 20, the elastic piece is compressed, so that the elastic piece stores elastic potential energy; when the limiting member 80 passes the kettle body 20 and reaches the outside of the kettle body 20, the elastic member releases elastic potential energy, so that the limiting member 80 can rapidly move downwards to stop against the outer wall surface of the kettle body 20 and stably keep the limiting member at a lower position, as shown in fig. 4, thereby increasing the use reliability of the limiting member 80.
Preferably, the elastic member is a spring 83, and the spring 83 has good elasticity, easily available materials and low price. Of course, the elastic member is not limited to the spring 83, and may be in other forms such as a spring plate; or, the elastic member may not be provided, and the gravity of the limiting member 80 provides the power for the limiting member 80 to move downward, and at this time, the material of the limiting member 80 may be cast iron or other material with relatively high density.
The top of spacing portion 81 is equipped with recess 812, and the lower extreme of elastic component is located recess 812, and recess 812 has played better limiting displacement to the elastic component to avoid the elastic component to take place circumstances such as slope, aversion, skew, thereby improved the use reliability of elastic component.
In any of the above embodiments, one side of the stopping portion 82 is provided with a stopping surface for stopping the outer wall surface of the kettle body 20, and the other side of the stopping portion 82 is provided with a fourth guiding inclined surface (not shown in the figure), which is inclined from top to bottom and toward the direction close to the stopping surface, and has an upper end not lower than the opening end of the kettle body 20 and a lower end flush with the lower end of the stopping portion 82.
One side of the stopping part 82 is provided with a stopping surface which can be abutted against the outer wall surface of the kettle body 20 so as to realize the limiting function of the limiting part 80; the other side of the stopping part 82 is provided with a fourth guiding inclined plane, so that in the state of opening the lid, the stopping surface is abutted against the outer wall surface of the kettle body 20, and the fourth guiding inclined plane is deviated from the kettle body 20, therefore, in the process of opening the lid, the fourth guiding inclined plane is firstly contacted with the inner wall surface of the kettle body 20, and when the stopping part 82 passes through the kettle body 20 and reaches the outer side of the kettle body 20, the stopping part 82 moves downwards to enable the stopping surface to be abutted against the outer wall surface of the kettle body 20. Thus, in the process of opening the kettle lid 10, since the fourth guiding inclined plane is inclined from top to bottom and is inclined towards the direction close to the abutting surface (i.e. inclined towards the direction far away from the inner wall surface of the kettle body 20), and the upper end of the fourth guiding inclined plane is not lower than the opening end of the kettle body 20, the fourth guiding inclined plane can contact the opening end of the kettle body 20, and the opening end of the kettle body 20 applies an upward component force to the fourth guiding inclined plane, so that the limiting member 80 moves upward; and the lower end of the fourth guiding inclined plane is flush with the lower end of the stopping part 82, so that the end part of the stopping part 82 can cross the opening end of the kettle body 20 to reach the outer side of the kettle body 20.
Therefore, the fourth guiding inclined plane is arranged on the stopping part 82, so that the limiting part 80 can automatically move upwards to cross over the kettle body 20 in the uncovering process, the user does not need to manually drive the cover closing key 70 to avoid the interference between the stopping part 82 and the kettle body 20, the user can open the cover by only driving the toggle part 11, and the use comfort of the user is further improved.
In any of the above embodiments, one end of the mounting space 15 extends transversely and penetrates the side wall surface of the kettle lid 10 to form a mounting opening 151, as shown in fig. 6, 8, 10 and 16, and the limiting member 80 is mounted in the mounting space 15 through the mounting opening 151.
Preferably, the mounting space 15 extends transversely in a direction perpendicular to the vertical plane in the kettle body 20, and the retaining member 80 is located at the mounting opening 151, as shown in FIGS. 6, 8 and 10.
One end of the mounting space 15 extends transversely and penetrates through the side wall surface of the kettle lid 10 to form a mounting opening 151, so that the limiting member 80 (and the transmission member 90) can be installed in or separated from the mounting space 15 from the mounting opening 151, and assembly, overhaul and replacement are facilitated; compared with the mounting opening 151 formed in the surface of the kettle cover 10, the appearance of the kettle cover is improved, and the probability that sundries fall into the kettle body 20 or are accumulated on the kettle cover 10 through the mounting opening 151 is reduced, so that the cleanliness of the product is improved.
The mounting space 15 extends transversely along a direction perpendicular to a vertical plane (i.e. a plane passing through the central axis of the kettle body 20 and the rotation axis 42 of the kettle lid 10) in the kettle body 20, and the mounting opening 151 is located in the middle area of the handle 30 and the spout 21, so that the distance between the limiting piece 80 and the handle 30 and the spout 21 is basically equivalent, thereby avoiding inconvenience caused by over-small opening amplitude of the kettle lid 10 due to the fact that the limiting piece 80 is close to the spout 21, and avoiding increasing difficulty in opening the lid or causing torsional failure of the elastic locking piece due to over-large opening amplitude of the kettle lid 10 caused by over-close distance of the limiting piece 80 to the handle 30; meanwhile, the rotation direction of the limiting piece 80 in the reverse rotation is just perpendicular to the outer wall surface of the kettle body 20, so that the stopping effect of the kettle body 20 on the limiting piece 80 is improved, and the stability of the kettle lid 10 in the uncapping state is further improved.
The limiting member 80 is installed at the installation opening 151, namely, located at the edge area of the pot lid 10, so that the pot lid 10 can be rotated out of the pot body 20 as much as possible in the uncapped state compared with installing the limiting member at the middle area of the installation space 15, thereby facilitating the more thorough opening of the pot lid 10.
In any of the above embodiments, the elastic locking member is a torsion spring 50, and the torsion spring 50 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 42, as shown in fig. 11, 13, 14 and 16, the torsion spring 50 includes a fixed arm 51 and a movable arm 52, the fixed arm 51 is limited on the mounting seat 40, and the movable arm 52 is limited on the toggle portion 11.
The elastic locking piece is a torsion spring 50, the torsion spring 50 has good elasticity and large torsion force, and can apply relatively large cover closing acting force to the kettle cover 10, so that the kettle cover 10 can be tightly covered on the kettle body 20 when not subjected to external force, and the use reliability of the elastic locking piece is improved; meanwhile, the torsion spring 50 is convenient to machine and form, can be processed into various required shapes according to requirements, is easy to obtain materials, and is beneficial to saving cost.
The torsion spring 50 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 42, so that the main body part of the torsion spring 50 is effectively limited, the position of the torsion spring 50 is not changed in the processes of opening and closing the cover, and the use reliability of the torsion spring 50 is further ensured; and the torsion spring 50 and the kettle cover 10 share one rotating shaft 42, so that the cover opening structure of the liquid heating container is simplified. Of course, the torsion spring 50 and the lid 10 may not share one rotating shaft 42, but may be separately provided.
The movable arm 52 of the torsion spring 50 is limited on the toggle part 11, the fixed arm 51 is limited on the mounting seat 40, in the process of opening and closing the lid, the toggle part 11 rotates relative to the mounting seat 40, so that the movable arm 52 of the torsion spring 50 also changes position relative to the fixed arm 51, and generates elastic deformation, thereby ensuring that the kettle lid 10 rotates to open and rotate to close, the torsion spring 50 keeps synchronous deformation, and further ensuring the use reliability of the torsion spring 50.
Of course, the elastic locking member is not limited to the torsion spring 50, and may be other elastic members, such as a compression spring, an extension spring, a spring plate, etc., which are not illustrated, so long as the lid 10 can be stably covered on the pot body 20 without external force, and the object of the present invention can be achieved without departing from the design concept and spirit of the present invention, and therefore, those skilled in the art should understand that these embodiments are all within the protection scope of the present invention.
Further, the mounting seat 40 is provided with a jack 44 or a slot, and the fixing arm 51 is inserted into the jack 44 or the slot, as shown in fig. 13 and 16; the toggle part 11 is provided with a limiting hole 13 or a limiting groove, and the movable arm 52 is inserted into the limiting hole 13 or the limiting groove, as shown in fig. 13 and 16.
The fixed arm 51 is inserted into the insertion hole 44 or the insertion slot on the mounting seat 40, so that the situation that the fixed arm 51 is displaced or shaken and even separated from the mounting seat 40 is effectively avoided, and the elastic deformation of the torsion spring 50 is completely determined by the movement amplitude of the movable arm 52; and the movable arm 52 is inserted in the limiting hole 13 or the limiting groove on the stirring part 11, so that the movable arm can keep synchronous motion with the tail end of the pot lid 10 (namely, the stirring part 11) without separating from the stirring part 11, thereby accurately reflecting the motion situation of the tail end of the pot lid 10, further ensuring that the elastic deformation of the torsion spring 50 accurately corresponds to the opening and closing state of the pot lid 10, effectively ensuring the use reliability of the torsion spring 50, and ensuring that the pot lid 10 can be automatically reset when opened bidirectionally.
Alternatively, the stationary arm 51 and the movable arm 52 each extend in a vertical direction, as shown in fig. 13, 15, and 16.
The fixed arm 51 and the movable arm 52 both extend along the vertical direction, and the toggle part 11 and the mounting seat 40 are respectively provided with the limiting hole 13 and the jack 44 along the vertical direction, so that the movable arm 52 and the fixed arm 51 can be effectively limited, and the deformation of the torsion spring 50 is ensured to accurately correspond to the opening and closing state of the kettle lid 10; in addition, the movable arm 52 can be inserted into a deeper position of the toggle part 11, so as to more easily drive the lid 10 to reset.
Alternatively, both the fixed arm 51 and the movable arm 52 extend in the horizontal direction.
The fixed arm 51 and the movable arm 52 both extend along the horizontal direction, and the lower surface of the toggle part 11 and the mounting seat 40 are respectively provided with a limiting groove and a slot extending along the horizontal direction, so that the movable arm 52 and the fixed arm 51 can be effectively limited, and the deformation of the torsion spring 50 is ensured to accurately correspond to the opening and closing state of the kettle lid 10.
Further, the rotating shaft 42 includes a first section 421 and a second section 422 located below the first section 421, the diameter of the first section 421 is smaller than that of the second section 422, as shown in fig. 13 and 16, the toggle portion 11 is sleeved on the first section 421, and the torsion spring 50 is sleeved on the second section 422.
The rotating shaft 42 is divided into an upper part and a lower part, and the diameter of the lower part is larger than that of the upper part, so that the torsion spring 50 is relatively thick, the torque of the torsion spring 50 is increased, the probability of torsion failure of the torsion spring 50 is reduced, and the use reliability of the torsion spring 50 is further improved; and for the embodiment that the fixed arm 51 and the movable arm 52 of the torsion spring 50 extend in the vertical direction, it is also possible to have a certain distance between the movable arm 52 and the first segment 421 of the rotating shaft 42, so that the two can be separated without installation difficulty or friction due to too close distance.
In any of the above embodiments, the bottom of the rotating shaft 42 is fixed on the mounting seat 40, and the toggle part 11 is provided with the shaft hole 12, as shown in fig. 13 and 16, the rotating shaft 42 is inserted into the shaft hole 12, so that the toggle part 11 can rotate relative to the mounting seat 40.
The bottom of the rotating shaft 42 is fixed on the mounting seat 40, the upper part of the rotating shaft 42 is inserted into the shaft hole 12 of the toggle part 11, and the rotating shaft 42 is in clearance fit with the shaft hole 12, so that the rotatable connection between the toggle part 11 and the mounting seat 40 is realized, and the mounting seat is very convenient; when the device is installed, the toggle part 11 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 42, and then the handle cover is covered; of course, when the torsion spring 50 is also sleeved on the rotating shaft 42, the torsion spring 50 is firstly sleeved on the rotating shaft 42, and then the toggle part 11 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 42, and the movable arm 52 and the fixed arm 51 of the torsion spring 50 are ensured to be installed in place.
Of course, the top of the rotating shaft 42 may also be fixed on the toggle part 11, the shaft hole 12 is disposed on the mounting seat 40, the bottom of the rotating shaft 42 is inserted into the shaft hole 12 and is in clearance fit with the shaft hole 12, and the toggle part 11 and the mounting seat 40 can be also rotatably connected, which is also within the protection scope of the present invention.
Further, a mounting groove 41 is provided in the mounting seat 40, a support platform 43 is provided in the mounting groove 41, and the bottom of the rotating shaft 42 is fixed on the support platform 43, as shown in fig. 13 and 16.

Of course, the liquid heating container is not limited to an electric kettle, but may be a coffee pot, a tea boiler, or the like.

the cover closing key is movably arranged on the kettle cover and can drive the limiting piece to move upwards so as to relieve the stopping of the limiting piece on the kettle body;
the elastic locking piece is limited between the shifting part and the mounting seat and can drive the kettle cover to reversely rotate to cover the opening end of the accommodating cavity when the cover closing key relieves the stopping of the limiting piece on the kettle body;
the kettle cover is internally provided with an installation space and an avoidance hole which is communicated with the installation space and penetrates through the lower surface of the kettle cover, and the limiting part comprises a limiting part which is limited in the installation space and is lower than the installation space in height and a stopping part which is connected with the limiting part and longitudinally penetrates through the avoidance hole to stop against the outer wall surface of the kettle body;
the cover closing key can drive the limiting part to move upwards, so that the stopping part retracts into the avoiding hole, and stopping of the kettle body is relieved.
2. A liquid heating vessel as claimed in claim 1,
one end of the limiting part, which is close to the cover closing key, is provided with a first guide inclined plane, and the first guide inclined plane is inclined from top to bottom and is inclined towards the direction far away from the cover closing key;
when the cover closing key is driven, thrust can be applied to the first guide inclined plane, so that the limiting part moves upwards.
