The torsion spring is sleeved on the rotating shaft, so that the main body part of the torsion spring is effectively limited, the position of the torsion spring is not changed in the processes of opening and closing the cover, and the use reliability of the torsion spring is further ensured; and the torsion spring and the kettle cover share one rotating shaft, so that the cover opening structure of the liquid heating container is simplified. Of course, the torsion spring and the pot lid may not share one rotating shaft, but may be separately disposed.
The digging arm of torsional spring is spacing on the portion of stirring, and the fixed arm is spacing on the mount pad, and at the in-process of uncapping and closing the lid, the relative mount pad of portion of stirring rotates for the digging arm of torsional spring also takes place position change relative to the fixed arm, thereby produces elastic deformation, and then has guaranteed that the pot lid is opening in the rotation and the in-process that the rotation was closed, and the torsional spring keeps synchronous deformation, and then has guaranteed the use reliability of torsional spring.
Of course, the elastic opening and closing member is not limited to a torsion spring, and may be other elastic members, such as a compression spring, an extension spring, a spring plate, etc., which are not listed here, so long as the lid can be stably maintained in the opening state when the lid is not subjected to an external force, the object of the present invention can be achieved without departing from the design concept and spirit of the present invention, and therefore, those skilled in the art should understand that these technical solutions are all within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the above technical solution, the mounting base is provided with a jack or a slot, and the fixing arm is inserted into the jack or the slot; and/or, a limiting hole or a limiting groove is arranged on the shifting part, and the movable arm is inserted into the limiting hole or the limiting groove; and/or, the pivot includes first section and is located the second section of first section below, the diameter of first section is less than the diameter of second section, stir the portion cover and establish on the first section, the torsional spring cover is established on the second section.
The fixed arm is inserted into the jack or the slot on the mounting seat, so that the situation that the fixed arm is displaced or shaken and even separated from the mounting seat is effectively avoided, and the elastic deformation of the torsion spring is completely determined by the motion amplitude of the movable arm; and the digging arm is inserted in spacing hole or spacing inslot on the portion of stirring, therefore can keep synchronous motion and can not break away from the portion of stirring with the pot lid tail end (stir the portion promptly) to the accurate motion condition of having reflected the pot lid tail end, and then guaranteed that the elastic deformation of torsional spring corresponds with the state accuracy that opens and shuts of pot lid, so effectively guaranteed the use reliability of torsional spring, and guaranteed that the pot lid homoenergetic when opening in two-way can automatic re-setting.
The rotating shaft is divided into an upper part and a lower part, and the diameter of the lower part is larger than that of the upper part, so that the torsion spring is relatively thick, the torque of the torsion spring is increased, the probability of torsion failure of the torsion spring is reduced, and the use reliability of the torsion spring is further improved; and for the technical scheme that the fixed arm and the movable arm of the torsion spring extend along the vertical direction, a certain distance is reserved between the movable arm and the first section of the rotating shaft, so that the fixed arm and the movable arm can be separated from each other, and the situations of difficult installation or friction and the like caused by too close distance are avoided.
In the above technical solution, the fixed arm and the movable arm both extend in a vertical direction; or, the fixed arm and the movable arm both extend in the horizontal direction.
The fixed arm and the movable arm extend along the vertical direction, and the shifting part and the mounting seat are respectively provided with a limiting hole and an inserting hole along the vertical direction, so that the movable arm and the fixed arm can be effectively limited, and the deformation of the torsion spring is ensured to accurately correspond to the opening and closing state of the kettle cover; in addition, the movable arm can be inserted into the deeper part of the shifting part, so that the kettle cover is more easily driven to reset.
Or, the fixed arm and the movable arm both extend along the horizontal direction, and then the lower surface of the shifting part and the mounting seat are respectively provided with a limiting groove and a slot extending along the horizontal direction, so that the movable arm and the fixed arm can be effectively limited, and the deformation of the torsion spring is ensured to accurately correspond to the opening and closing state of the kettle cover.
In any one of the above technical solutions, the bottom of the rotating shaft is fixed on the mounting seat, the shifting portion is provided with a shaft hole, and the rotating shaft is inserted into the shaft hole, so that the shifting portion can rotate relative to the mounting seat.
The bottom of the rotating shaft is fixed on the mounting seat, the upper part of the rotating shaft is inserted into the shaft hole of the shifting part, and the rotating shaft is in clearance fit with the shaft hole, so that the rotatable connection between the shifting part and the mounting seat is realized, and the mounting seat is very convenient; when the device is installed, the toggle part is sleeved on the rotating shaft, and then the handle cover is covered; certainly, when the torsion spring is also sleeved on the rotating shaft, the torsion spring is firstly sleeved on the rotating shaft, and then the shifting part is sleeved on the rotating shaft, and the movable arm and the fixed arm of the torsion spring are ensured to be installed in place.
Of course, the top of the rotating shaft can be fixed on the shifting part, the mounting seat is provided with the shaft hole, the bottom of the rotating shaft is inserted into the shaft hole and is in clearance fit with the shaft hole, and the rotatable connection between the shifting part and the mounting seat can be realized as well, which is also in the protection scope of the invention.
In the technical scheme, a mounting groove is formed in the mounting seat, a supporting table is arranged in the mounting groove, and the bottom of the rotating shaft is fixed on the supporting table; and/or the rotating shaft and the mounting seat are of an integrated structure.
Be equipped with the mounting groove in the mount pad, be equipped with a supporting bench in the mounting groove, fix the bottom of pivot on a supporting bench, can shorten the length of pivot, and then improve the intensity of pivot to prolong its life. The rotating shaft and the mounting seat are of an integrated structure, so that the connecting strength of the rotating shaft and the mounting seat is improved, and the use reliability of the rotating shaft is further improved; and the rotating shaft and the mounting seat can be integrally formed, so that the production efficiency and the assembly efficiency are improved, and the production cost is saved.
In any one of the above technical solutions, the handle includes a handle seat and a handle cover covering the handle seat, and the mounting seat is disposed in the accommodating cavity at the top of the handle seat.
The handle includes handle seat and handle lid, and the top of handle seat is equipped with the holding chamber, installs the mount pad in the holding intracavity, can hide the mount pad and with the assembly structure of pot lid stirring portion in the handle to both played the guard action, improved liquid heating container's pleasing to the eye degree again.
In the technical scheme, the mounting seat is provided with a connecting hole, the handle seat is provided with a connecting column, and the connecting piece penetrates through the connecting hole to be fixedly connected with the connecting column, so that the mounting seat is fixed on the handle seat.
Still be equipped with the connecting hole on the mount pad, be equipped with the spliced pole on the handle seat, the connecting piece passes the connecting hole and fixes the mount pad on the handle seat, has guaranteed the fixed connection between mount pad and the handle seat, and then has guaranteed the use reliability of product. In any of the above technical solutions, one end of the toggle part close to the pot lid is sleeved on the rotating shaft; and/or one end of the poking part, which is far away from the kettle cover, is tilted upwards.

In any of the above technical solutions, the handle is provided with a steam pipe, the bottom of the steam pipe is communicated with a temperature controller located at the bottom of the kettle body, the mounting seat is provided with a positioning column embedded in the top of the steam pipe, a communication hole is arranged in the positioning column, one end of the communication hole is communicated with the accommodating cavity, and the other end of the communication hole is communicated with the steam pipe.
The intercommunicating pore on the mounting base ensures that steam in the accommodating cavity can enter the steam pipe and then feed back to the temperature controller, thereby realizing the temperature control function.
In any of the above technical solutions, the liquid heating container is an electric kettle.
Of course, the liquid heating container is not limited to an electric kettle, but may be a coffee pot, a tea boiler, or the like.

Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
A liquid heating vessel according to some embodiments of the present invention will now be described, using an electric kettle as an example, with reference to fig. 1 to 11.
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, the present invention provides a liquid heating container, comprising: a pot body 20, a handle 30, a pot lid 10, a lid opening key 70 and an elastic lid opening part.
Specifically, the kettle body 20 has a containing cavity with one end open; the handle 30 is arranged at the side part of the kettle body 20, and the top of the handle 30 is provided with a detachable mounting seat 40; the kettle cover 10 is fixedly provided with a toggle part 11 which extends outwards, the toggle part 11 is rotationally connected with the mounting seat 40 through a rotating shaft 42 which extends along the vertical direction and can drive the kettle cover 10 to rotate around the rotating shaft 42 in the plane where the kettle cover 10 is located, so that the kettle cover 10 rotates from an opening position to a closing position; the lid opening key 70 is movably mounted at the top of the handle 30, a limiting part is arranged on the lid opening key 70, the limiting part can stop against the stirring part 11 when the kettle lid 10 is at the lid closing position so as to limit the kettle lid 10 to rotate to open, and when the lid opening key 70 is driven, the stopping of the limiting part against the stirring part 11 can be relieved; the elastic lid opening part is limited between the toggle part 11 and the mounting seat 40, and the lid opening key 70 can drive the kettle lid 10 to rotate to the lid opening position when the limit part stops the kettle lid 10.
According to the liquid heating container provided by the invention, the rotating shaft 42 extends along the vertical direction, so that the kettle cover 10 can be opened towards the side, the height of the liquid heating container after being opened is reduced, and the problem that the liquid heating container such as an electric kettle is inconvenient due to overhigh height caused by the fact that the liquid heating container is opened upwards in the prior art is solved; the lid opening key 70 is provided with a limiting part which can stop against the poking part 11 to maintain the closing state of the kettle lid 10, thereby ensuring that the kettle lid 10 can be stably closed on the kettle body 20 without random deflection; the elastic cover opening piece enables the liquid heating container to be opened by one key, and the liquid heating container can be automatically maintained in an opening state without being manually maintained by a user, so that the use comfort of the user is improved, the semi-automatic control of the kettle cover 10 is realized, and the use convenience of the user is improved; in addition, the mounting seat 40 is detachably disposed on the top of the handle 30 (e.g., fixed on the top of the handle 30 by a fastener such as a screw), so that only the mounting seat 40 can be replaced when the mounting seat 40 is damaged without replacing the entire handle 30, and it is convenient to appropriately design the size and specific structure of the mounting seat 40 according to different kinds of liquid heating vessels.
Specifically, in the state of opening the lid (i.e. when the kettle lid 10 is in the lid opening position), the elastic lid opening member is in a natural state, i.e. no elastic deformation occurs, and when the lid is closed, the tail end of the kettle lid 10 (i.e. the toggle part 11) is continuously toggled, and the toggle part 11 rotates around the rotating shaft 42 to drive the kettle lid 10 to slowly close; in the closing process of the kettle lid 10, the elastic lid opening part generates elastic deformation to store elastic potential energy; when the kettle lid 10 rotates to the lid closing position, the limiting part on the lid opening key 70 stops against the poking part 11, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, so that the kettle lid 10 is prevented from being opened by reverse rotation driven by the elastic lid opening part, and the kettle lid 10 can be stably closed on the kettle body 20 without deflection at will; when the cover is opened, the cover opening key 70 is driven to remove the resisting action of the limiting part on the shifting part 11, the elastic cover opening piece releases elastic potential energy to reset and drives the kettle cover 10 to rotate reversely until the kettle cover rotates to the cover opening position so as to open the opening end of the containing cavity, the manual maintenance of a user is not needed, and the kettle cover 10 can be maintained in the cover opening state independently, as shown in fig. 6 to 8. The rotating shaft 42 extends along the vertical direction, so that the kettle lid 10 rotates along the horizontal direction, and the lateral opening of the kettle lid 10 is realized; the limiting part is matched with the shifting part 11, so that the cover closing state of the kettle cover 10 can be maintained, and the normal use of the liquid heating container is ensured; meanwhile, the elastic cover opening piece enables the kettle cover 10 to be automatically opened without manually turning the kettle cover 10 to a cover opening position by a user, so that the automation degree of the liquid heating container is improved, and the use comfort degree of the user is further improved; in addition, the opening and closing of the pot lid 10 only needs to be controlled by the user through the toggle part 11 and the lid opening key 70, and the toggle part 11 and the lid opening key 70 can be controlled by a single hand of the user, so that the opening and closing of the pot lid 10 can be realized by the single hand of the user, and convenience is brought to the user.
Such as: when a user picks up the kettle to receive water, the mobile phone calls, the user can operate the electric kettle with one hand to complete the actions of opening the kettle cover 10 to receive water and closing the kettle cover 10, and the other hand can be used for operating the phone, so that delay is avoided; when a user takes the kettle to receive water from the water dispenser, the kettle cover 10 is opened towards the side, and the electric kettle with the lower kettle cover 10 can be installed in the water receiving area of the water dispenser to directly receive water, so that the water dispenser is very convenient; after water is received, the cover closing key is driven to close the cover.
It should be noted that the pot lid 10 in the present application may be a single-layer structure, or may be a multi-layer structure, such as an assembly including three-layer structures of an upper lid, an inner lid, and a lower lid.
The specific structure of the lid opening key 70, the stopper and the assembling structure thereof will be described in detail below with reference to some specific embodiments.
Embodiment one (as shown in FIGS. 1 to 11)
The limiting part is a limiting column 71, as shown in fig. 3, 5, 8 and 10, the bottom of the toggle part 11 is provided with a limiting groove 113 matched with the limiting column 71, and the cover opening key 70 can elastically move up and down relative to the toggle part 11; when the kettle lid 10 rotates to the lid closing position, the lid opening key 70 moves upwards to insert the limiting column 71 into the limiting groove 113, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, so as to limit the rotation and opening of the kettle lid 10; when the lid opening key 70 moves downwards, the limiting column 71 is driven to be separated from the limiting groove 113, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, so as to release the stopping of the limiting part on the toggle part 11, and the kettle lid 10 rotates reversely to the lid opening position.
The lid opening key 70 is a rigid member, the liquid heating container further includes an elastic member, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, an upper end of the elastic member abuts against the lid opening key 70, as shown in fig. 3, 5 and 8, so that the lid opening key 70 can elastically move up and down relative to the toggle part 11.
The cover opening key 70 is provided with a limiting column 71, the bottom of the toggle part 11 is provided with a limiting groove 113, and the cover opening key 70 can elastically move up and down relative to the toggle part 11, so that the lower surface of the toggle part 11 is abutted against the upper surface of the limiting column 71 in the cover opening state, and as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the upward movement of the cover opening key 70 and the limiting column 71 is limited; the toggle part 11 is driven to rotate, the toggle part 11 drives the kettle lid 10 to rotate and close, and meanwhile, the limiting groove 113 at the bottom of the toggle part 11 also rotates relative to the limiting column 71; when the kettle lid 10 rotates to the lid closing position, the limiting groove 113 at the bottom of the toggle part 11 rotates to a position right above the limiting column 71, the stop of the lower surface of the toggle part 11 on the limiting column 71 is removed, the lid opening key 70 moves upwards under the action of elastic force and drives the limiting column 71 to move upwards to be inserted into the limiting groove 113, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, so that the rotation of the kettle lid 10 in the horizontal plane is limited, and the kettle lid 10 can be ensured to be stably kept in the lid closing state; when the lid is opened, the lid opening key 70 is driven to move downward, and the lid opening key 70 drives the limiting column 71 to be separated from the limiting groove 113, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the pot lid 10 automatically rotates to open under the action of the return elastic force of the elastic lid opening part.
The cover opening key 70 is a rigid member, that is, the cover opening key 70 itself does not elastically deform and has no elasticity; the additional elastic piece is arranged to provide elastic force for the opening key, the upper end of the elastic piece is abutted against the opening key 70, the opening key 70 can compress the elastic piece when moving downwards, and the elastic piece can provide upward reset elastic force for the opening key.
Of course, it is also possible to provide the elastic force by the door opening key 70 itself without providing an additional elastic member. Such as: the part of the cover opening key 70 is an elastic body which is abutted against the mounting seat 40 or the handle 30, so that when the cover opening key 70 is driven to move downwards, the elastic body is compressed, and the elastic body can also provide an upward reset elastic force. Preferably, the elastic member is a spring 80, but is not limited to the spring 80, and may be other elastic members.
Preferably, the open end of the position-limiting groove 113 is further provided with a chamfer to facilitate the rapid insertion of the position-limiting post, as shown in fig. 3 and 5.
Further, the mounting base 40 is further provided with a guide portion adapted to the door opening key 70, so that the door opening key 70 can perform reciprocating linear motion relative to the mounting base 40.
Be equipped with the guide part on the mount pad 40, the guide part has played limiting displacement and guide effect to uncapping key 70, has guaranteed the effective cooperation between uncapping key 70 and the mount pad 40, has avoided uncapping key 70 to take place the circumstances such as slope, aversion in the course of the work to the use reliability of product has further been improved.
Specifically, the guide portion may be a slide groove 431 extending in the vertical direction, and a part of the door opening key 70 is inserted into the slide groove 431 such that the door opening key 70 can reciprocate only in a linear motion in the axial direction of the slide groove 431, as shown in fig. 3, 5, 8, and 11; or, the guiding part may be a slide rail along the vertical direction, and the two side edges of the door opening key 70 are inserted into the slide rail, so that the door opening key 70 can only reciprocate linearly along the slide rail; alternatively, the guide portion may be a guide post extending in the vertical direction, and the guide post is inserted into a hole or a groove on the door opening key 70, so that the door opening key 70 can only reciprocate linearly in the axial direction of the guide post. Of course, the matching structure of the guide portion and the door opening key 70 is not limited to the above-mentioned ones, and they are not listed here, and all of them should be within the protection scope of the present invention, as they do not depart from the design concept and spirit of the present invention.
Further, an insertion hole 423 longitudinally penetrating through the toggle portion 11 is formed in the rotating shaft 42, as shown in fig. 3, 5, 8 and 11, the uncovering key 70 includes a pressing portion limited in the insertion hole 423 and connected to the limiting post 71, the pressing portion can protrude out of the insertion hole 423 at least when the limiting post 71 is inserted into the limiting groove 113, as shown in fig. 3, the pressing portion is pressed, and the pressing portion drives the limiting post 71 to come out of the limiting groove 113, as shown in fig. 5.
As shown in fig. 3, 5, 8 and 10, the elastic member is sleeved on the protruding column 74, and the upper end of the elastic member abuts against the connecting rod 73, and the lower end of the elastic member abuts against the mounting base 40 or the handle 30.
The inserting hole 423 is arranged in the rotating shaft 42, the pressing part of the lid opening key 70 is inserted into the inserting hole 423, and the position of the rotating shaft 42 cannot be changed, so that the lid opening key 70 cannot be displaced due to the rotation of the kettle lid 10, and the effective matching of the limiting part on the lid opening key 70 and the shifting part 11 is ensured; on the other hand, the top of the lid opening key 70 can protrude out of the kettle lid 10, so that the user can operate the lid opening key 70, the lid opening key 70 can be driven by pressing the pressing part, and the pressing operation meets the use habit of the user and is very convenient.
Furthermore, the pressing part is a pressing rod 72, the lower end of the pressing part is connected with the limiting column 71 through a connecting rod 73, the pressing part, the connecting rod 73 and the limiting column 71 are connected to form a U-shaped structure, and the top end of the pressing rod 72 is higher than the top end of the limiting column 71 to ensure that the top of the pressing rod can protrude out of the insertion hole 423; the lower end of the connecting rod 73 is connected with a convex column 74, and the elastic piece is sleeved on the convex column 74, so that the elastic piece is well limited, the elastic piece is prevented from inclining or shifting, and the use reliability of the elastic piece is improved; the upper end of the elastic element abuts against the connecting rod 73, and the lower end of the elastic element abuts against the mounting seat 40 (when the lower end of the cover opening key 70 does not penetrate through the mounting seat 40) or the handle 30 (when the lower end of the cover opening key 70 penetrates through the mounting seat 40), so that the elastic element can enable the cover opening key 70 to elastically move up and down relative to the toggle part 11.
Preferably, the upper portion of the elastic member is fitted over the protruding post 74, so that the cover opening key 70 can be moved up and down freely without interference with the handle 30 or the mounting seat 40 when moving down, without forming a hole or a groove in the handle 30 or the mounting seat 40.
EXAMPLE two (not shown)
The handle 30 is provided with an avoidance hole, the cover opening key 70 comprises a stretching part which longitudinally penetrates through the avoidance hole and is connected with the limiting column 71, the stretching part is pulled downwards, and the stretching part drives the limiting column 71 to be separated from the limiting groove 113.
The stretching part is a stretching rod, the upper end of the stretching part is connected with the lower end of the limiting column 71, a leaning part is further arranged between the stretching rod and the limiting column 71, the elastic piece is sleeved on the stretching rod, the upper end of the elastic piece is leaned against the leaning part, and the lower end of the elastic piece is leaned against the mounting seat 40 or the handle 30.
The handle 30 is provided with an avoidance hole, the stretching part of the lid opening key 70 longitudinally penetrates through the avoidance hole, and the position of the handle 30 cannot be changed, so that the lid opening key 70 cannot be displaced due to the rotation of the kettle lid 10, and the effective matching of the limiting part on the lid opening key 70 and the shifting part 11 is ensured; on the other hand, the bottom of the lid opening key 70 can protrude out of the kettle lid 10, so that the user can operate the lid opening key 70, the lid opening key 70 can be driven by the pull-down stretching part, and the operation is very convenient.
Furthermore, the stretching part is a stretching rod, the upper end of the stretching part is connected with the limiting column 71, and the stretching rod is connected with the limiting column 71 to form a vertical I-shaped structure, but the cross sections, the lengths and other dimensions of the stretching rod and the limiting column 71 can be the same or different; a propping part is also arranged between the stretching part and the limiting column 71, and the elastic part is sleeved on the stretching rod, so that a good limiting effect is realized on the elastic part, the elastic part is ensured not to incline or shift, and the use reliability of the elastic part is further improved; the upper end of the elastic element abuts against the connecting rod 73, and the lower end of the elastic element abuts against the mounting seat 40 (when the lower end of the cover opening key 70 does not penetrate through the mounting seat 40) or the handle 30 (when the lower end of the cover opening key 70 penetrates through the mounting seat 40), so that the elastic element can enable the cover opening key 70 to elastically move up and down relative to the toggle part 11.

The abutting part can be a rod-shaped structure extending transversely, so that the stretching rod, the limiting column 71 and the abutting part are connected to form a structure similar to a cross, and of course, the number of the abutting parts can be multiple; or the abutting part is of a plate-shaped structure protruding out of the limiting column 71 and the stretching rod, and the abutting part circumferentially surrounds the limiting column 71 and the stretching rod, so that a good limiting effect can be achieved on the elastic part; or the abutting part is a step surface formed between the limiting column 71 and the stretching rod, so that the elastic part is well limited, and the structure of the cover opening key 70 is simplified. Preferably, the door opening key 70 further includes a hand-held portion connected to a lower end of the stretching portion, the hand-held portion having a ring shape, a hook shape or a rod shape.
The lower end of the stretching part is also connected with a handheld part which is in a ring shape, a hook shape or a rod shape, so that the force application operation of fingers of a user is facilitated. Such as: the hand-held part can be in a circular ring shape, or in a hook shape like an umbrella handle, a horizontal rod shape or a downward bent rod shape, and the like, so that the cover opening action can be completed by hooking the index finger or other fingers of a user on the hand-held part and pulling the hand-held part downwards, and the hand-held part is the same as the force application habit of the user and is very convenient.

A limiting bulge is arranged on the lower surface of the shifting part 11, a rotating shaft is arranged below the shifting part 11, the limiting part is a clamping plate sleeved on the rotating shaft, the upper part of the clamping plate can abut against the side surface of the limiting bulge, the lower part of the clamping plate is connected with the cover opening key 70, and an abutting part matched with the upper part of the clamping plate is further arranged on the mounting seat 40; when the kettle lid 10 is turned from the lid opening position to the lid closing position, the upper part of the clamping plate is pressed by the limiting protrusion to rotate downwards, and when the end part of the limiting protrusion passes over, the clamping plate rotates upwards to abut against the abutting part so as to abut against the side surface of the limiting protrusion; when the cover opening key 70 is triggered, the clamping plate is driven to rotate, so that the upper part of the clamping plate rotates downwards to cross the end part of the limiting bulge, and the stopping effect of the clamping plate on the limiting bulge is relieved.
The limiting part is a clamping plate which is sleeved on the rotating shaft to ensure that the rotating shaft can rotate; the lower surface of the shifting part 11 is provided with a limiting bulge, and the upper part of the clamping plate can abut against the side surface of the limiting bulge so as to limit the shifting part 11 to rotate and play a role in resisting; the lower part of the clamping plate is connected with the cover opening key 70, so that the cover opening key 70 can drive the clamping plate to move, the stopping effect on the stirring part 11 is removed, and the kettle cover 10 can be automatically rotated and opened.
The specific process is as follows: when the kettle lid 10 is closed, the side surface of the limiting bulge can sweep the upper part of the clamping plate to drive the upper part of the clamping plate to rotate downwards, and meanwhile, the lower part of the clamping plate can rotate upwards; when the end part of the limiting bulge crosses the clamping plate, the shifting part 11 is loosened and influenced by the elastic cover opening part, the shifting part 11 has a tendency of reverse rotation, the other side surface of the limiting bulge can drive the upper part of the clamping plate to rotate upwards until the upper part of the clamping plate is abutted against the abutting part and cannot continue to rotate, and the side surface of the limiting bulge is abutted against the abutting part by the clamping plate and cannot continue to rotate, so that the effective limiting effect is achieved on the kettle cover 10, the reverse opening of the kettle cover 10 is avoided, and the kettle cover 10 can be automatically kept in a cover closing state; when the kettle lid 10 is opened, the lid opening key 70 is triggered, the lid opening key 70 drives the lower portion of the clamping plate to rotate upwards, the upper portion of the clamping plate can rotate downwards and generate friction and relative movement with the limiting protrusion until the limiting protrusion end portion is crossed, the upper portion of the clamping plate moves to the position below the limiting protrusion at the moment, the stopping action of the limiting protrusion is relieved, and the kettle lid 10 can rotate to the lid opening position under the action of the elastic lid opening component.
Preferably, the rotating shaft is mounted on the handle 30 below the mounting seat 40, and the locking plate longitudinally penetrates through a through hole at the bottom of the mounting seat 40.
The rotating shaft is arranged below the mounting seat 40, the distance between the upper part of the clamping plate and the rotating fulcrum can be increased to a certain extent, and according to the lever principle, the motion amplitude of the lower part of the clamping plate during the uncovering action can be reduced, so that the motion amplitude of the uncovering key 70 during the uncovering action is reduced, namely, the user triggers the uncovering key 70 gently, the stopping effect of the clamping plate on the tail end of the kettle cover 10 can be relieved, and the use comfort of the user is improved.
Furthermore, a protruding part is arranged on the clamping plate and sleeved on the rotating shaft. Because the upper portion of screens board can only rotate downwards at the in-process that closes the lid, so the bulge must be located the screens board and deviates from one side of its upper portion (closing the lid in-process) direction of rotation (otherwise the upper portion of screens board can upwards rotate to the peak earlier and then rotate downwards, can interfere with stirring portion 11 like this and can't rotate), further increased the distance between screens board upper portion and the rotation fulcrum like this to user's comfort level has further been improved.
Preferably, the abutting portion is an inner wall surface of the through hole.
The inner wall surface of the through hole at the bottom of the mounting seat 40 is an abutting part, namely, the upper part of the clamping plate directly abuts against the inner wall surface of the through hole, so that the abutting effect on the upper surface of the connecting part is realized, the abutting effect is reliable, and the structure of the mounting seat 40 is simplified. Of course, a structure for stopping the catch plate may be additionally provided on the mounting seat 40.
Further, the cover opening key 70 is located below the clamping plate, the handle 30 is provided with an avoiding hole, and the cover opening key 70 penetrates through the avoiding hole to be connected with the lower portion of the clamping plate.
The cover opening key 70 is positioned below the clamping plate and passes through the avoidance hole on the handle seat 32 to be connected with the lower part of the clamping plate, and the cover opening key 70 is positioned in the space enclosed between the kettle body 20 and the handle 30, so that when a user holds the handle 30, the user can drive the toggle part 11 by using the thumb and operate the cover opening key 70 by using the forefinger or other fingers, which is very convenient; meanwhile, the clamping plate and the cover opening key 70 are arranged up and down, so that a simple lever structure is formed, the conception is ingenious, and the structure is simple. Of course, the cover opening key 70 can be arranged on the handle cover, and the one-key cover opening can be realized as long as the position relation between the cover opening key and the clamping plate is reasonably arranged.
In any of the above embodiments, the elastic opening and closing member is a torsion spring 50, the torsion spring 50 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 42, as shown in fig. 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11, the torsion spring 50 includes a fixed arm 51 and a movable arm 52, the fixed arm 51 is limited on the mounting seat 40, and the movable arm 52 is limited on the toggle portion 11.
The elastic opening cover part is a torsion spring 50, the torsion spring 50 has good elasticity and large torsion force, and can apply relatively large opening acting force to the kettle cover 10, so that the kettle cover 10 can be stably maintained in an opening state when not subjected to external force, and the use reliability of the elastic opening cover part is improved; meanwhile, the torsion spring 50 is convenient to machine and form, can be processed into various required shapes according to requirements, is easy to obtain materials, and is beneficial to saving cost.
The torsion spring 50 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 42, so that the main body part of the torsion spring 50 is effectively limited, the position of the torsion spring 50 is not changed in the processes of opening and closing the cover, and the use reliability of the torsion spring 50 is further ensured; and the torsion spring 50 and the kettle cover 10 share one rotating shaft 42, so that the cover opening structure of the liquid heating container is simplified. Of course, the torsion spring 50 and the lid 10 may not share one rotating shaft 42, but may be separately provided.
The movable arm 52 of the torsion spring 50 is limited on the toggle part 11, the fixed arm 51 is limited on the mounting seat 40, in the process of opening and closing the lid, the toggle part 11 rotates relative to the mounting seat 40, so that the movable arm 52 of the torsion spring 50 also changes position relative to the fixed arm 51, and generates elastic deformation, thereby ensuring that the kettle lid 10 rotates to open and rotate to close, the torsion spring 50 keeps synchronous deformation, and further ensuring the use reliability of the torsion spring 50.
Of course, the elastic opening and closing member is not limited to the torsion spring 50, and may be other elastic members, such as a compression spring, an extension spring, a spring plate, etc., which are not illustrated, so long as the lid 10 can be stably maintained in the opening state without external force, and the object of the present invention can be achieved without departing from the design concept and spirit of the present invention, and therefore, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are all within the protection scope of the present invention.
Further, the mounting seat 40 is provided with a jack 44 or a slot, and the fixing arm 51 is inserted into the jack 44 or the slot, as shown in fig. 3, 5 and 8; the toggle part 11 is provided with a limiting hole 112 or a limiting groove, and the movable arm 52 is inserted into the limiting hole 112 or the limiting groove, as shown in fig. 3, 5 and 8.
The fixed arm 51 is inserted into the insertion hole 44 or the insertion slot on the mounting seat 40, so that the situation that the fixed arm 51 is displaced or shaken and even separated from the mounting seat 40 is effectively avoided, and the elastic deformation of the torsion spring 50 is completely determined by the movement amplitude of the movable arm 52; the movable arm 52 is inserted into the limiting hole 112 or the limiting groove on the toggle part 11, so that the movable arm can keep synchronous motion with the tail end of the pot lid 10 (i.e. the toggle part 11) without being separated from the toggle part 11, thereby accurately reflecting the motion situation of the tail end of the pot lid 10, further ensuring that the elastic deformation of the torsion spring 50 accurately corresponds to the opening and closing state of the pot lid 10, effectively ensuring the use reliability of the torsion spring 50, and ensuring that the pot lid 10 can be automatically reset when being opened in two directions.
Alternatively, the stationary arm 51 and the movable arm 52 each extend in a vertical direction, as shown in fig. 3, 5, and 8.
The fixed arm 51 and the movable arm 52 both extend along the vertical direction, and the toggle part 11 and the mounting seat 40 are respectively provided with the limiting hole 112 and the jack 44 along the vertical direction, so that the movable arm 52 and the fixed arm 51 can be effectively limited, and the deformation of the torsion spring 50 is ensured to accurately correspond to the opening and closing state of the kettle lid 10; in addition, the movable arm 52 can be inserted into a deeper position of the toggle part 11, so as to more easily drive the lid 10 to reset.
Alternatively, both the fixed arm 51 and the movable arm 52 extend in the horizontal direction.
The fixed arm 51 and the movable arm 52 both extend along the horizontal direction, and the lower surface of the toggle part 11 and the mounting seat 40 are respectively provided with a limiting groove and a slot extending along the horizontal direction, so that the movable arm 52 and the fixed arm 51 can be effectively limited, and the deformation of the torsion spring 50 is ensured to accurately correspond to the opening and closing state of the kettle lid 10.
In any of the above embodiments, the rotating shaft 42 includes a first section 421 and a second section 422 located below the first section 421, the diameter of the first section 421 is smaller than that of the second section 422, the toggle portion 11 is sleeved on the first section 421, and the torsion spring 50 is sleeved on the second section 422, as shown in fig. 3, 5, 8 and 11.
The rotating shaft 42 is divided into an upper part and a lower part, and the diameter of the lower part is larger than that of the upper part, so that the torsion spring 50 is relatively thick, the torque of the torsion spring 50 is increased, the probability of torsion failure of the torsion spring 50 is reduced, and the use reliability of the torsion spring 50 is further improved; and for the embodiment that the fixed arm 51 and the movable arm 52 of the torsion spring 50 extend in the vertical direction, it is also possible to have a certain distance between the movable arm 52 and the first segment 421 of the rotating shaft 42, so that the two can be separated without installation difficulty or friction due to too close distance.
In any of the above embodiments, the bottom of the rotating shaft 42 is fixed on the mounting seat 40, and the toggle part 11 is provided with a shaft hole 111, as shown in fig. 3, 5, 8 and 11, the rotating shaft 42 is inserted into the shaft hole 111, so that the toggle part 11 can rotate relative to the mounting seat 40.
The bottom of the rotating shaft 42 is fixed on the mounting seat 40, the upper part of the rotating shaft 42 is inserted into the shaft hole 111 of the toggle part 11, and the rotating shaft 42 is in clearance fit with the shaft hole 111, so that the rotatable connection between the toggle part 11 and the mounting seat 40 is realized, and the mounting seat is very convenient; when the device is installed, the toggle part 11 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 42, and then the handle cover is covered; of course, when the torsion spring 50 is also sleeved on the rotating shaft 42, the torsion spring 50 is firstly sleeved on the rotating shaft 42, and then the toggle part 11 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 42, and the movable arm 52 and the fixed arm 51 of the torsion spring 50 are ensured to be installed in place.
Of course, the top of the rotating shaft 42 may also be fixed on the toggle part 11, the shaft hole 111 is disposed on the mounting seat 40, the bottom of the rotating shaft 42 is inserted into the shaft hole 111 and is in clearance fit with the shaft hole 111, and the toggle part 11 and the mounting seat 40 can be also rotatably connected, which is also within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the above embodiment, the mounting seat 40 is provided with the mounting groove 41, the mounting groove 41 is provided with the support platform 43, and the bottom of the rotating shaft 42 is fixed on the support platform 43, as shown in fig. 3, 5, 8 and 11.
Be equipped with mounting groove 41 in the mount pad 40, be equipped with a supporting bench 43 in the mounting groove 41, fix the bottom of pivot 42 on a supporting bench 43, can shorten the length of pivot 42, and then improve the intensity of pivot 42 to prolong its life. Further, a limit hole 112 or a limit groove for installing the fixing arm 51 is also formed on the support table 43; for the above scheme of realizing the limit through the matching of the limit column 71 and the limit groove, the support table 43 is further provided with a sliding groove 431 for limiting the movement direction of the door opening key 70, and the door opening key 70 longitudinally penetrates through the sliding groove 431 and vertically reciprocates linearly along the sliding groove 431.
In any of the above embodiments, the shaft 42 and the mounting seat 40 are of an integral structure.
The rotating shaft 42 and the mounting seat 40 are of an integrated structure, so that the connection strength of the rotating shaft 42 and the mounting seat 40 is improved, and the use reliability of the rotating shaft 42 is further improved; and the rotating shaft 42 and the mounting seat 40 can be integrally formed, so that the production efficiency and the assembly efficiency are improved, and the production cost is saved.
In any of the above embodiments, the handle 30 includes a handle seat 32 and a handle cover covering the handle seat 32, and the mounting seat 40 is disposed in the receiving cavity 321 at the top of the handle seat 32, as shown in fig. 1 to 9.
The handle 30 comprises a handle seat 32 and a handle cover, the top of the handle seat 32 is provided with an accommodating cavity 321, the mounting seat 40 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 321, and the mounting seat 40 and an assembly structure of the mounting seat 40 and the poking part 11 of the kettle cover 10 can be hidden in the handle 30, so that the protection effect is achieved, and the attractiveness of the liquid heating container is improved.
In the above embodiment, the mounting seat 40 is provided with the connecting hole 45, as shown in fig. 11, the handle seat 32 is provided with the connecting post 322, as shown in fig. 9, the connecting member passes through the connecting hole 45 to be fixedly connected with the connecting post 322, so that the mounting seat 40 is fixed on the handle seat 32.
The mounting seat 40 is also provided with a connecting hole 45, the handle seat 32 is provided with a connecting column 322, and the connecting piece penetrates through the connecting hole 45 to fix the mounting seat 40 on the handle seat 32, so that the fixed connection between the mounting seat 40 and the handle seat 32 is ensured, and the use reliability of the product is further ensured. Specifically, four connecting holes 45 are formed at four corners of the mounting seat 40, and are fixed to the handle seat 32 by four connecting members (such as screws, but not limited to screws).
In any of the above embodiments, an end of the toggle part 11 close to the pot lid 10 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 42, as shown in fig. 1, 4, 6, 9 and 10.
Make a pot lid 10 of portion of stirring 11 close to a pot cover establish on pivot 42, can increase the distance between 11 afterbody of portion of stirring and the pivot 42, close under the certain circumstances of lid moment of torsion, can reduce the user and exert the effort of closing the lid (according to lever principle) to user's comfort level has been improved.
In any of the above embodiments, the end of the striking part 11 away from the pot lid 10 is tilted upwards, as shown in fig. 1, 4, 6, 9 and 10.
One end of the toggle part 11, which is far away from the pot lid 10, is tilted upwards, so that the thickness and the length of the tail end of the toggle part 11 are increased, the distance between the tail end of the pot lid 10 and the rotating shaft 42 is further prolonged, the contact surface between the fingers of the user and the toggle part 11 is increased, and the use comfort of the user is further improved.
In any of the above embodiments, the handle 30 is provided with the steam pipe 60, the bottom of the steam pipe 60 is communicated with the temperature controller at the bottom of the pot body 20, the mounting seat 40 is provided with the positioning column 46 embedded in the top of the steam pipe 60, the positioning column 46 is provided with the communicating hole 461, one end of the communicating hole 461 is communicated with the accommodating cavity, and the other end of the communicating hole 461 is communicated with the steam pipe 60, as shown in fig. 3.
The communication hole 461 on the mounting base 40 ensures that the steam in the accommodating cavity can enter the steam pipe 60 and then feed back to the temperature controller, thereby realizing the temperature control function.
In any of the above embodiments, the liquid heating vessel is an electric kettle.
Of course, the liquid heating container is not limited to an electric kettle, but may be a coffee pot, a tea boiler, or the like.
In summary, the rotating shaft of the liquid heating container provided by the invention extends along the vertical direction, so that the kettle cover can be opened towards the side, the height of the liquid heating container after being opened is reduced, and the problem that the liquid heating container such as an electric kettle is inconvenient due to the fact that the cover is opened upwards in the prior art is solved; the lid opening key is provided with a limiting part which can stop the poking part to maintain the lid-closing state of the kettle lid, thereby ensuring that the kettle lid can be stably closed on the kettle body without random deflection; and the elastic cover opening piece enables the liquid heating container to be opened by one key, and the liquid heating container can be automatically maintained in an opening state without being manually maintained by a user, so that the use comfort of the user is improved, the semi-automatic control of the kettle cover is realized, and the use convenience of the user is improved.

1. A liquid heating vessel, comprising:
the kettle body is provided with an accommodating cavity with one open end;
the handle is arranged on the side part of the kettle body, and the top of the handle is provided with a detachable mounting seat;
the kettle cover is fixedly provided with a poking part extending outwards, the poking part is rotationally connected with the mounting seat through a rotating shaft extending along the vertical direction and can drive the kettle cover to rotate around the rotating shaft in the plane where the kettle cover is located, so that the kettle cover rotates from an opening position to a closing position;
the lid opening key is movably mounted at the top of the handle, a limiting part is arranged on the lid opening key, the limiting part can stop against the shifting part when the kettle lid is in a lid closing position so as to limit the kettle lid to rotate and open, and when the lid opening key is driven, the stopping of the limiting part against the shifting part can be relieved;
the elastic lid opening part is limited between the shifting part and the mounting seat and can drive the kettle lid to rotate to a lid opening position when the lid opening key releases the stopping of the limiting part on the kettle lid;
the limiting portion is a limiting column, a limiting groove matched with the limiting column is formed in the bottom of the shifting portion, an inserting hole longitudinally penetrating through the shifting portion is formed in the rotating shaft, the cover opening key comprises a pressing portion which is limited in the inserting hole and connected with the limiting column, the pressing portion can protrude out of the inserting hole when the limiting column is inserted into the limiting groove and presses the pressing portion, and the pressing portion drives the limiting column to be separated from the limiting groove.
2. A liquid heating vessel as claimed in claim 1,
the uncovering key can elastically move up and down relative to the shifting part;
when the kettle lid rotates to the lid closing position, the lid opening key moves upwards to enable the limiting column to be inserted into the limiting groove so as to limit the kettle lid to rotate and open; when the cover opening key moves downwards, the limiting column is driven to be separated from the limiting groove, so that the stopping of the limiting part on the shifting part is relieved, and the kettle cover rotates reversely to the cover opening position.
3. A liquid heating vessel as claimed in claim 2,
the cover opening key is a rigid part, the liquid heating container further comprises an elastic part, and the upper end of the elastic part is abutted against the cover opening key, so that the cover opening key can elastically move up and down relative to the poking part.
4. A liquid heating vessel as claimed in claim 3,
the mounting seat is further provided with a guide part matched with the uncovering key, so that the uncovering key can do reciprocating linear motion relative to the mounting seat.
5. A liquid heating vessel as claimed in claim 3,
the pressing portion is a pressing rod, the lower end of the pressing portion is connected with the lower end of the limiting column through a connecting rod, the lower side of the connecting rod is connected with a convex column, the elastic piece is sleeved on the convex column, the upper end of the elastic piece abuts against the connecting rod, and the lower end of the elastic piece abuts against the mounting seat or the handle.
6. A liquid heating vessel according to any of claims 1 to 5,
the elastic opening cover part is a torsion spring, the torsion spring is sleeved on the rotating shaft and comprises a fixed arm and a movable arm, the fixed arm is limited on the mounting seat, and the movable arm is limited on the shifting part.
