一种子帧调度方法及基站,该方法应用于基站,包括:当基站抢占到非授权载波时,获取抢占到的非授权载波的起始位置;根据该起始位置确定第一编号和第一子帧的类型,第一编号为基站用于发送数据的起始位置对应的符号编号,第一子帧为第一编号对应的符号所在的子帧;将第一子帧的类型和第一编号发送给终端。本发明实施例,可以简化终端的处理过程。
