一种训练包发送方法及装置,包括,第一设备生成训练包,所述训练包包括前导、包头以及训练字段;其中,所述包头至少包括传统包头;所述第一设备通过N个信道重复发送所述前导、通过所述N个信道发送所述包头中的传统包头、通过所述N个信道中的H个信道向至少一个第二设备发送所述训练字段;所述N大于1,H大于1且小于或等于N。
