Abstract

发光装置(100)包括光源(1)、光偏转元件(2)和反光罩(3)，反光罩(3)包括顶端(301)、具有环形开口的底端(302)和从顶端(301)到底端(301)逐渐扩张的反射体(303)，反射体(303)围绕其中心轴对称，光源(1)位于反光罩(3)的顶端(301)区域并朝向反光罩(3)的底端(302)，可发射前向光和侧向光，光偏转元件(2)位于光源(1)和反光罩(3)之间，光偏转元件(2)用于收集前向光和侧向光，并调整前向光和侧向光的偏转方向，使从光偏转元件(2)出射的前向光和侧向光投射到反光罩(3)的反射体(303)内侧，然后反光罩(3)将光束进行混合和反射，最后将来自反光罩(3)不同位置的光线叠加在期望的位置，形成期望的光斑。利用这种发光装置(100)可制成具有无影效果的手术灯。
