Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于输送热介质的带有密封件尤其滑环密封件的离心泵。
背景技术
在离心泵中的滑环密封件用于密封穿过壳体的轴。在离心泵中以不同的实施方式设置滑环密封件,其中一直考虑离心泵的工作区域。在此,结合本发明尤其考虑输送的介质的压力和温度范围。
在较宽的温度范围内使用泵时,会出现各个零件的膨胀,各个零件根据材料的不同膨胀程度也不同。这会在关键位置上产生应力,并且与之联系地引起不利的几何结构。
EP 1 079 157 B1以可变形的元件应对这种影响,该元件设置在滑环密封件中并且补偿由于各个组件的不同程度的热膨胀而引起的静态部件相对于运动部件的倾翻。然而对此需要选择专门的材料,该材料不总是适合于每种应用情况。
发明内容
本发明的任务是为用在较宽温度范围内的离心泵实现一种滑环密封件,其包括位置固定的陶瓷的滑环以及旋转的陶瓷的滑环,其中该滑环密封件应该在完整的温度范围内发挥足够的密封作用。
在滑环密封件中不仅滑环而且配对环也由陶瓷材料制成,例如由SiC制成,该滑环密封件具有特别长的使用寿命。在恒定的负载中,这种类型的密封件可以毫无问题地在离心泵中使用几万小时。然而问题是在各个应用中温度的变化。在此,在设备的起动时会出现由较大的温度差引起的明显的应力,该应力一方面表示了对材料的负载,因为陶瓷材料例如SiC是特别脆的并且只允许很小的拉应力。另一方面,所述滑环密封件的不同的组件的不同的膨胀会引起滑环相对于配对环的倾翻,由此密封件失去了其作用。
通过以下方式在滑环密封件中解决所述任务,即分别由金属固定件和陶瓷密封元件组成的滑环和配对环组件的结构附加上另外的环元件。
所述环元件用于补偿由于热影响引起的空间上的膨胀而出现在金属固定件和陶瓷密封元件上的力。其一方面负责相对于制造状态没有变化地(例如平行地)并且由此根据设计密封地保持所述滑环和配对环的两个陶瓷环之间的密封面,并且另一方面避免陶瓷环中较高的应力,这明显降低了易受机械干扰的特性。
在有利的设计方案中,所述环设有局部的突起,例如设有凸出部,其防止轴向移动。如果该环充分地受热,那么其如此程度地膨胀,从而松开与位于其下的区域的连接,使得相应的凸出部防止所述环的下落。
具体实施方式
图1示出了按本发明的离心泵以及轴1穿过壳体2的区域。该通道借助于滑环密封件进行密封。该滑环密封件由第一部件3和第二部件4组成。第一部件3在此是与离心泵的轴1固定连接的金属件,其容纳真正的密封元件,也就是陶瓷的密封件5。第一部件3在轴1上是可轴向移动的,其中密封件9相对于轴1密封第一部件3。弹簧6负责将陶瓷的密封件5以保持不变的力朝陶瓷的密封件7进行挤压。由此保持密封间隙8连续地进行调节,并且使得从高压侧10到低压侧11的泄漏最小化。所述陶瓷的密封件7支承在金属的第二部件4中。
所述两个陶瓷的密封件5和7通过待密封的压差相互挤压,从而在密封区域8中会溢出少量的泄漏。
在滑环密封件受热时,金属的部件和陶瓷的密封件不同程度地膨胀。相应地出现了应力,因为所述组件如从图1中显而易见的那样同轴地进行布置。该应力一方面导致两个陶瓷的密封件5和7之间的倾翻,这两个陶瓷的密封件于是具有更高的泄漏并且此外遭受更强烈的磨损。另一方面会引起能够直接破坏所述陶瓷材料的力,因为陶瓷材料只能承受极小的压力。
不同的热膨胀的这种影响可以通过按本发明的张紧件12进行补偿。该张紧件12将陶瓷的密封件5保持在其位置中,从而没有会导致密封件5破坏的力会作用在其上。
所述张紧件12可以以有利的方式通过收缩配合固定在第二部件3上。在图2中示出了如何通过合适的固定件13防止所述张紧件12在非常强烈的冷却时会自动从其位置中移动出来。
根据要求,所述张紧件还设有径向的固定件,例如设有这里在附图中没有示出的齿部。
Claims (3)
1.用于输送热流体的离心泵,具有布置在轴通道区域内的接触的轴密封件,布置在密封壳体(2)中,其中轴密封件包括固定的第一部件(3),第一部件位置固定地与密封壳体(2)连接,并且其中所述轴密封件包括旋转的第二部件(3),第二部件位置固定地与轴(1)连接,其中第一和第二部件(2、3)限定了密封间隙8,其中第一和第二部件(2、3)通过待密封的压力相互挤压,其中第一和/或第二部件(2、3)由多个嵌套布置的构件组成,尤其由金属的固定件(2、3)、密封件(5)、尤其陶瓷的密封件(7)和金属的张紧件(12)组成,
其特征在于,
金属的张紧件(12)构造成用于补偿沿径向的热变形的构件,其中该金属的张紧件(12)力锁合地反作用于金属的固定件(2、3)与密封件(5、7)的径向热变形,其中金属的张紧件(12)在密封件(5、7)的范围内完全包围所述金属的固定件(2、3)。
2.按权利要求1所述的离心泵,其特征在于,在所述金属的张紧件(12)上设置固定件(13)。
3.按权利要求2所述的离心泵,其特征在于,所述固定件(13)是防止轴向滑脱的。
