实施例1
根据本发明的组合物包含:
直链烷基苯磺酸钾(K-LAS) 7.5重量%
油酸钾(K-油酸盐) 6.75重量%
伯烷基磺酸钾 0.75重量%
组合物的表面活性剂含量为15重量%。
将其与目前市售的具有以下活性物组成的洗衣液洗涤剂进行比较:Na-LAS,非离子7EO,烷基醚硫酸钠(2EO),硬化月桂酸的钠盐。
通过将组合物加入水中制备洗涤溶液,得到5克/升的浓度。水含有浓度为0.8毫摩尔的钙离子和浓度为0.04毫摩尔的镁离子。
以相同的方式制备清洗溶液,但是以0.25克/升的浓度添加组合物。
将20ml的每种溶液加入100ml的带塞量筒中。在垂直平面中用手摇动量筒10次。在静置10秒后记录量筒中的泡沫的体积。
本发明的组合物在洗涤步骤中产生类似的起泡,但在较低浓度下(即在清洗步骤中)给出减少的起泡,这意味着可以更容易地清洗衣物。
Claims (13)
1.一种洗涤剂组合物,其包含表面活性剂体系,所述表面活性剂体系是10重量%至70重量%的皂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述洗涤剂组合物是液体组合物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述表面活性剂体系占所述组合物的5重量%至20重量%。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述皂是>50重量%的单不饱和脂肪酸羧酸盐。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述皂是>50重量%的油酸盐,任选地其中所述油酸盐是油酸钾。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述皂是>95重量%的油酸盐,任选地其中所述油酸盐是油酸钾。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述表面活性剂体系是30重量%至50重量%的皂。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述表面活性剂体系包含选自直链烷基苯磺酸盐(LAS)、醇硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐(AES)和氧化胺(AO)的一种或多种表面活性剂。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述表面活性剂体系包含直链烷基苯磺酸盐(LAS)和醇硫酸盐;任选地其中所述表面活性剂体系包含直链烷基苯磺酸盐(LAS)和伯醇硫酸盐(PAS)。
10.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述表面活性剂体系包含烷基醚硫酸盐(AES)和氧化胺(AO)。
11.一种洗衣物品的方法,所述方法包括:
通过在水中稀释根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物而形成洗涤液;然后
搅拌浸入所述洗涤液中的物品;然后
从所述物品排出所述洗涤液;然后
在一个或多个清洗步骤中清洗所述物品。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述方法包括三个或更少个清洗步骤,任选地其中所述方法仅包括两个清洗步骤。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,其中所述洗衣物品的方法不是在自动洗衣机中。
