Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of electric heaters, in particular to a flange bunched electric heater with a wear-resistant function, which comprises a mounting flange, a wiring cavity and an electric heating pipe, wherein a fixing plate is arranged on the right side of the electric heating pipe and is connected with the mounting flange through a supporting pipe, a plurality of plate holes are formed in the fixing plate, the electric heating pipe penetrates through the correspondingly arranged plate holes one by one, buffer wear-resistant mechanisms are arranged between the plate holes and the electric heating pipe, the buffer wear-resistant mechanisms are in movable fit with the plate holes, and the buffer wear-resistant mechanisms are in tight fit with the electric heating pipe. The invention solves the problems that when a medium flows, the electric heating pipe vibrates and the electric heating pipe and the fixed plate are rubbed mutually, the electric heating pipe is worn through after long-time friction, the damage heating effect of the electric heater is reduced, the enterprise cost is increased and the production efficiency is influenced.

Background
The flange cluster type electric heater is equipment for converting electric energy into heat energy, and has the characteristics of concentrated heating, high power, high temperature, small volume, high heat efficiency and the like, so that the flange cluster type electric heater is widely applied.
The fixed plate installed in the existing flange cluster type electric heater is a thin steel plate (the thickness is 3-5 mm), the electric heating pipe penetrates through the plate hole of the fixed plate, impact during medium flow can enable the electric heating pipe to vibrate and lead to mutual friction between the electric heating pipe and the fixed plate, and due to the fact that the pipe wall of an electric heating pipe is very thin (the thickness is 1-1.2 mm), the electric heating pipe can be worn through long-time friction, the damage heating effect of the electric heater is reduced, the enterprise cost is increased, and the production efficiency is influenced.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the flange cluster type electric heater with the wear-resistant function comprises a mounting flange 1, a wiring cavity 2 and electric heating pipes 3, wherein the wiring cavity 2 is positioned at the left side of the mounting flange 1, the electric heating pipes 3 are provided with ten electric heating pipes and are welded on the mounting flange 1 along the circumferential direction, the left side end parts of the electric heating pipes 3 are provided with binding posts 31, and the binding posts 31 are positioned in the wiring cavity 2; the binding post 31 is used for being connected with an external power line for heating.
The right side part of the electric heating pipe 3 is provided with a fixing plate 4, the fixing plate 4 is connected with the mounting flange 1 through a supporting pipe 8, ten plate holes 4a are formed in the fixing plate 4, the electric heating pipes 3 penetrate through the plate holes 4a correspondingly arranged one by one, buffer wear-resistant mechanisms are arranged between the plate holes 4a and the electric heating pipes 3, the buffer wear-resistant mechanisms are in movable fit with the plate holes 4a, and the buffer wear-resistant mechanisms are in tight fit with the electric heating pipes 3; the buffer wear-resistant mechanism is tightly wrapped with the electric heating tube 3 and vibrates together with the electric heating tube 3 when being impacted by a medium, and the purpose of the movable fit of the buffer wear-resistant mechanism and the plate holes 4a is to facilitate the maintenance replacement of the electric heating tube 3 when the electric heating tube 3 is lost.
The buffering wear-resistant mechanism comprises an annular bearing plate 5 movably matched with a fixed plate 4, an annular buffer plate 7 is concentrically arranged inside the annular bearing plate 5, six buffering springs 6 are arranged between the annular buffer plate 7 and the annular bearing plate 5, the buffering springs 6 are uniformly distributed between the annular buffer plate 7 and the annular bearing plate 5 along the circumferential direction, and the annular buffer plate 7 is tightly matched with an electric heating pipe 3; when the annular buffer plate 7 and the electric heating pipe 3 are impacted by the medium, the buffer spring 6 can buffer the annular buffer plate 7 in all aspects, and the phenomenon of collision and friction with the annular bearing plate 5 is avoided.
Further, the outer side wall of the annular bearing plate 5 is symmetrically provided with the clamping protrusions 51, and the clamping protrusions 51 can be tightly clamped with the plate holes 4a, so that the whole buffering and wear-resisting mechanism is prevented from falling off when being impacted by a medium.
Further, two clamping grooves 41 with 90 degrees radian are symmetrically arranged on two sides inside the plate hole 4a along the center of the plate hole 4a, an opening 41a matched with the clamping protrusion 51 is formed in the right end face of the clamping groove 41, the purpose of the opening 41a is that the clamping protrusion 51 can be conveniently clamped into the clamping groove 41, and the annular bearing plate 5 can be rotated anticlockwise by 90 degrees through the purpose of the opening 41a, so that the buffering and wear-resisting mechanism can be mounted on the fixed plate 4, and the buffering and wear-resisting mechanism is convenient, rapid and high in operability.
Still further, ten fixing and mounting holes 1a are provided in the circumferential direction on the mounting flange 1 for convenience of transportation and subsequent installation.
In this embodiment, the annular buffer plate 7 is first sleeved on the electric heating tube 3 to make it tightly fit, and the positions of the clamping protrusions 51 and the openings 41a are checked, so that the annular bearing plate 5 is clamped into the clamping groove 41, and then rotated anticlockwise by 90 degrees to achieve complete clamping; when the medium impacts the electric heating tube 3, the buffer spring 6 can absorb vibration, so that the condition that the electric heating tube 3 vibrates and the electric heating tube 3 and the fixing plate 4 are rubbed with each other when the medium flows to damage the electric heating tube 3 is avoided, the production cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
