Further, in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, when the difference between the predicted power consumption or the actual power consumption of the load and the sum of the bid power consumption and the long power consumption is smaller than zero as a result of the power sale deviation and is not within a preset range, the state of at least one of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load is adjusted according to the control instruction, including at least one of the following manners or any combination thereof:
the method comprises the following steps that firstly, a load controller connected with a load is closed;

Further, in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the method for controlling electricity selling deviation according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes: and monitoring power consumption information of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load, and sending the power consumption information, wherein the power consumption information is used for indicating and adjusting the load prediction electric quantity.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the demand side management system 12 may further include: and the second data acquisition system can be used for acquiring the power consumption information of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load and sending the power consumption information to the power selling deviation control system 11. The second data acquisition system may be connected to the MC and the LC, respectively, and is configured to acquire, from the MC, power consumption information of the power generation device and/or the energy storage device connected to the MC, and acquire, from the LC, power consumption information of a load connected to the LC. It should be noted that the information of the power consumption may include, but is not limited to, the power consumption time and the power consumption.
In this embodiment, the load predicted electric quantity may change at any time according to the power consumption information of the load, thereby implementing continuous adjustment of the load predicted electric quantity, implementing management of the electric quantity, and further balancing the electricity selling deviation.
Further, in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the first data acquisition system may also be connected to the electricity selling deviation control system 11, specifically, to the deviation management system in the electricity selling deviation control system 11. The first data acquisition system is also used for monitoring the actual power consumption of the user and sending the monitored actual power consumption to the power selling deviation control system 11. Optionally, the monitoring, by the first data acquisition system, the actual power consumption of the user includes: the total power consumption of the load is collected from the LC, and is sent to the power selling deviation control system 11 as the actual power consumption of the user.

Optionally, the energy storage/power generation monitoring system may also monitor electrical parameters of the power generation device/energy storage device connected to the MC, and send the electrical parameters to the grid central control system 13 for storage. The load controller monitoring system can also monitor the electrical parameters of the load connected with the LC and send the electrical parameters to the central control system 13 of the power grid for storage.
Optionally, the first data acquisition system may further include an electrical parameter acquisition system, where the electrical parameter acquisition system may be formed by intelligent acquisition devices such as an intelligent instrument, a relay protection device, a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), and a transformer, and is configured to acquire electrical analog quantities and digital quantities of each loop of the power grid, and send the electrical analog quantities and digital quantities to the power grid central control system 13 for storage.
According to the electricity selling deviation control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first data acquisition system and/or the second data acquisition system can be respectively connected with the MC and the LC, so that the real-time information of the power generation equipment and the energy storage equipment connected with the MC and the real-time information of the load connected with the LC can be monitored, the operation conditions of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load can be timely obtained, and the utilization rates of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load can be more efficiently exerted.
Further, in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the demand side management system 12 may be multiple, and respectively correspond to different regions one by one; the demand side management system 12 monitors the state information of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load of the corresponding region, and the actual power consumption of the users of the corresponding region.
The demand side management system 12 sends the status information to the grid central control system 13, and may include: each demand side management system 12 sends the state information of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load of the corresponding region to the power grid central control system 13 through the network management system 14.
The grid central control system 13 sends a corresponding control command to the demand side management system 12, and may include: the power grid central control system 13 sends the control command of the corresponding region to the demand side management system 12 corresponding to the region through the network management system 14.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the network management system 14 may be composed of a system side communication converter, a plurality of network management units, a plurality of segments of network communication buses, and a client side communication bus. The plurality of network management units are respectively corresponding to the different demand side management systems 12, and each network management unit may include a client communication converter and a communication manager. The connection relationship of each module is as follows: a plurality of user side communication converters are connected into a ring network through a network communication bus, one end of the system side communication converter is connected with the network communication bus, and the other end of the system side communication converter is used for being connected with a power grid central control system 13; the user side communication converter and the communication manager are connected with one end of a user side communication bus in sequence, and the other end of the user side communication bus is used for being connected with the demand side management system 12.
In this embodiment, when there are a plurality of demand side management systems 12, each demand side management system 12 may include a first data acquisition system, at least one power supply/energy storage Controller (micro Controller, abbreviated as MC), and at least one Load Controller (Load Controller, abbreviated as LC). Each first data acquisition system can acquire information of power generation equipment, energy storage equipment, load state information and the like of one region. One MC may be connected to one power generation device or energy storage device and one LC may be connected to one load, and the number of MCs and LCs in each demand-side management system 12 may vary depending on the number of power generation devices/energy storage devices and loads, respectively, in its locale. Each of the first data acquisition systems may be connected to the network management system 14, and in particular, a first data acquisition system may be connected to a network management unit via a client communication bus. The connection relationship and implementation function of the first data acquisition system, the MC and the LC included in each demand side management system 12 are the same as those in the foregoing embodiment, and details are not described herein in this embodiment.
It should be noted that in this embodiment, the first data collection system sends collected information including state information of the power generation device, the energy storage device, and the load to a corresponding network management unit in the network management system 14, and sends the information to the power grid central control system 13 through the network management unit. The power grid central control system 13 sends the control command of the corresponding region to the MC and/or LC corresponding to the region through the network management system 14.
Optionally, each demand side management system 12 may further include a second data acquisition system, and each second data acquisition system may acquire power consumption information of power generation equipment, energy storage equipment, and load in one region, and send the acquired information to the electricity selling deviation control system 11. The connection relationship and the implementation function of the second data acquisition system are the same as those in the above embodiments, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a power selling deviation control method according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, an execution main body of the power selling deviation control method according to the third embodiment of the present invention is the power grid central control system 13 in the foregoing embodiment, and the method includes:
s501: and receiving the power selling deviation result and the state information of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load.
And obtaining the electricity selling deviation result according to the bidding electricity quantity, the long coordination electricity quantity, the load forecasting electricity quantity and the actual electricity consumption quantity of the user.
In this embodiment, the central power grid control system 13 may receive the power selling deviation result sent by the power selling deviation control system 11, and receive the state information of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load sent by the demand side management system 12 directly or through the network management system 13.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the central grid control system 13 may include a database device for receiving and storing the status information of the power generation devices, the energy storage devices and the loads, which is sent by the demand-side management system 12 directly or through the network relationship system 13, and for receiving and storing the electricity-selling deviation result sent by the electricity-selling deviation control system 11.
S502: and sending a corresponding control instruction according to the power selling deviation result and the state information of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load, wherein the control instruction is used for indicating and adjusting the state of at least one of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load.
In this embodiment, the power grid central control system 13 may further include a processor, which is configured to generate a corresponding control instruction according to the power selling deviation result and the state information of the power generation device, the energy storage device, and the load, and send the control instruction. Specifically, the database device is connected to the processor, and the processor acquires the power selling deviation result and the state information of the power generation device, the energy storage device, and the load, which are used for generating the control command, from the database device, and sends the generated control command to the demand side management system 12.
It should be noted that, when there is one demand side management system 12, the state information acquired by the demand side management system may be directly sent to the power grid central control system 13, and the control command sent by the power grid central control system 13 may be directly sent to the demand side management system 12; when there are a plurality of demand side management systems 12, the collected state information is sent to the power grid central control system 13 through the network management system, and the control command sent by the power grid central control system 13 can be sent to the demand side management system 12 through the network management system.
In this embodiment, the power grid central control system 13 generates a corresponding control instruction according to the power selling deviation result given by the power selling deviation control system 11, in combination with the received state information of the power generation device, the energy storage device, and the load, and sends the control instruction to the demand side management system 12, where the control instruction is used to instruct to adjust the state of at least one of the power generation device, the energy storage device, and the load, so as to adjust the power selling deviation.
It should be noted that the central power grid control system 13 may obtain, according to the result of the deviation of the electricity sales, whether the electricity sales amount is less than the actual electricity consumption amount or more than the predicted electricity sales amount, and determine how to adjust the state of at least one of the power generation device, the energy storage device, and the load, such as cutting off or putting in the load, or starting or shutting down the power generation device, or indicating whether the energy storage device is charging or discharging, by combining the state information of the power generation device, the energy storage device, and the load.
The power selling deviation control method provided by the embodiment of the invention receives a power selling deviation result and the state information of power generation equipment, energy storage equipment and loads; and sending a corresponding control instruction according to the power selling deviation result and the state information of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load, wherein the control instruction is used for indicating and adjusting the state of at least one of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load so as to realize the adjustment of the power selling deviation, thereby realizing the management of electric quantity and balancing the power selling deviation. On the basis, the assessment cost of the electricity selling company due to the electricity selling deviation can be effectively reduced.
Further, in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, when the difference between the predicted load power amount or the actual power consumption amount and the sum of the bid power amount and the long contract power amount is greater than zero as the result of the power sale deviation, and the difference is not within the preset range, the control instruction includes at least one of the following manners or any combination thereof:
the method comprises the following steps of firstly, disconnecting a load controller connected with a load;
starting the power generation equipment or improving the output power of the power generation equipment in a second mode;
and thirdly, discharging the energy storage device.
Specifically, when the predicted load electricity consumption C is greater than the electricity selling transaction electricity consumption a and is outside the preset range, or the actual electricity consumption B is greater than the electricity selling transaction electricity consumption a and is outside the preset range, the state of at least one of the electricity generating equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load can be adjusted by cutting off the load, starting the electricity generating equipment or increasing the output power of the electricity generating equipment, and indicating the discharge of the energy storage equipment, or a combination thereof, so as to adjust the electricity selling deviation, and the actual electricity consumption B and the electricity selling transaction electricity consumption a are always kept in the deviation range of the checking-free check.
Further, in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, when the difference between the predicted load power amount or the actual power consumption amount and the sum of the bid power amount and the long contract power amount is less than zero as the result of the power sale deviation, and the difference is not within the preset range, the control instruction includes at least one of the following manners or any combination thereof:
the method comprises the following steps that firstly, a load controller connected with a load is closed;

Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a power selling deviation control method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, an execution main body of the power selling deviation control method according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention is the power selling control system according to the embodiment shown in fig. 1, where the method includes:
s601: the electricity selling deviation control system acquires the bidding electric quantity, the long coordination electric quantity and the load forecasting electric quantity of a user;
s602: and the demand side management system sends the actual electricity consumption of the user to the electricity selling deviation control system.

It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the electricity selling control system in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 is taken as an execution main body for explanation, and when the electricity selling control system in the embodiment shown in fig. 2 is taken as an execution main body, information exchange between the demand side management system and the power grid central control system needs to be sent through the network management system, that is, each demand side management system sends state information of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load of the corresponding region to the power grid central control system through the network management system; the power grid central control system sends the control instruction of the corresponding region to the demand side management system 12 corresponding to the region through the network management system. The other implementation methods are the same as those shown in fig. 6, and this embodiment is not limited herein.
Fig. 7 is a power system topology diagram of an electricity selling control system according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the power system in this embodiment is a complex system in which a load switch, a power generation/energy storage device controller, a transformer, an energy storage device, a power generation device, and a load device are connected by a bus. As shown in fig. 7, the independent user 1, user 2, and user n are connected to an external power grid, respectively, and a connection point pc of the user 1, user 2, and user n is a user power consumption metering point, and is connected to a user medium voltage bus under the pc. The medium voltage bus is connected with transformers TR1, TR2 … … TRn, or is connected with medium voltage equipment such as a load 7#, or is connected with medium voltage generating equipment 3 #. And a low-voltage bus is connected below the transformer, and a load 1# and a load n # are connected below the low-voltage bus, or a low-voltage generating device 1#, a generating device n # and an energy storage device 1# are connected below the low-voltage bus. The load switches are LC, and LC is connected with each load one by one and simultaneously connected with the switch between the load and the low-voltage bus to control the connection or disconnection of the load. The power generation/energy storage equipment controller is MC, is connected with each power generation/energy storage equipment one by one, and is simultaneously connected with a switch between the power generation/energy storage equipment and the low-voltage bus to control the connection or disconnection of the power generation/energy storage equipment. And a data acquisition system in the demand side management system acquires each switching signal and electric quantity information and the pc electric quantity information, transmits the acquired information to a network management unit in a network management system, and then transmits the acquired information to a power grid central control system. Wherein the data acquisition system may comprise a first data acquisition system and/or a second data acquisition system.
For example, fig. 8 is a flowchart of a power selling deviation control method according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, an execution subject of the power selling deviation control method according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention may be the power selling control system in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, where the method includes:
s801: acquiring an input condition: 1. electricity selling transaction electricity quantity A, load prediction electricity quantity C and actual electricity consumption quantity B; LC location information; MC position information and power plant output power.
Specifically, the electricity selling deviation system counts the sum of the long-term electricity quantity and the bidding electricity quantity as electricity selling transaction electricity quantity A, and obtains load prediction electricity quantity C; the data acquisition system makes statistics on the actual electricity consumption B, which is the sum of the electricity quantities of all the PCCs 1 to PCCn.
It should be noted that the status information of the power generation device/energy storage device may include the position information of the power generation device/energy storage device breaker (e.g., the position information of the MC) and the output power of the power generation device. The state information of the load may include position information of the load breaker (e.g., position information of the LC). The power grid central control system can obtain the states of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load and the position information of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load breaker according to the state information of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load so as to determine the state of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load where to adjust.
S802: when the load prediction electric quantity C is larger than A and is out of the assessment range, or the actual electric quantity B is larger than A and is out of the assessment range, executing any one of the following implementation modes or any combination thereof: 1. opening load switches LC1 through LCn associated with the load; 2. starting the generating equipment 1# to the generating equipment n #, or improving the output power of the generating equipment; 3. the energy storage device 1# discharges. S804 is performed.
Specifically, when the predicted load electric quantity C is larger than A and is out of the check range, or the actual electric quantity B is larger than A and is out of the check range, any load combination from the user load 1# to the load n # can be cut off according to the control instruction, and the three-level load is cut off preferentially, namely the load switches LC1 to LCn related to the load are cut off correspondingly; and/or any power generation equipment combination from the power generation equipment 1# to the power generation equipment n # can be started according to the control instruction, namely the power generation equipment 1# to the power generation equipment n # are correspondingly started, or the output power of the power generation equipment can be correspondingly increased according to the control instruction; and/or the energy storage device 1# discharges.
S803: when the load prediction electric quantity C is smaller than A and is out of the assessment range, or the actual electric quantity B is smaller than A and is out of the assessment range, executing any one of the following implementation modes or any combination thereof: 1. closing load switches LC1 through LCn associated with the load; 2. closing the power generation equipment 1# to the power generation equipment n #, or reducing the output power of the power generation equipment; 3. the energy storage device 1# is charged. S804 is performed.
It should be noted that S802 and S803 do not have a sequential execution order, that is, S802 may be executed first, or S803 may be executed first.
When the predicted load electric quantity C is smaller than A and is out of the assessment range, or the actual electric quantity B is smaller than A and is out of the assessment range, any load combination from the user load 1# to the load n # can be input according to the control instruction, namely the load switches LC1 to LCn related to the load are correspondingly closed; and/or closing any power generation equipment combination from the power generation equipment 1# to the power generation equipment n # according to the control instruction, namely correspondingly closing the power generation equipment 1# to the power generation equipment n #, or correspondingly reducing the output power of the power generation equipment according to the control instruction; and/or the energy storage device 1# is charged.
S804: continuously monitoring the difference value between the actual electricity consumption B or electricity selling transaction electricity quantity A and the load prediction electricity quantity C, and judging whether the difference value is in a preset range; if yes, ending; if not, go to S801.
Specifically, the actual electricity consumption B, the electricity selling transaction electricity A and the load prediction electricity C are continuously monitored, and the adjustment is continuously carried out according to the electricity selling deviation result obtained by the positive and negative deviation until the electricity selling deviation result is in the assessment range.
According to the electricity selling deviation control method and the electricity selling control system provided by the embodiment of the invention, based on demand side management, the electricity selling deviation control system acquires an electricity selling deviation result according to the competitive electricity quantity, the long-time electricity quantity, the load forecast electricity quantity and the actual electricity consumption, the demand side management system monitors the state information of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load, the power grid central control system generates a corresponding control instruction according to the electricity selling deviation result given by the electricity selling deviation control system and the state information of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load collected by the demand side management system, and sends the corresponding control instruction to the demand side management system, and the demand side management system adjusts the state of at least one of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load according to the control instruction so as to realize the adjustment of the electricity selling deviation, thereby realizing the management of the electricity quantity and balancing the electricity selling. On the basis, the assessment cost of the electricity selling company due to the electricity selling deviation can be effectively reduced.
According to the electricity selling deviation control method and the electricity selling control system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the demand side management system can comprise the first data acquisition system and/or the second data acquisition system, the MC and the LC, the first data acquisition system and/or the second data acquisition system can be respectively connected with the MC and the LC, the real-time information of the power generation equipment and the energy storage equipment connected with the MC and the real-time information of the load connected with the LC are monitored, the operation working conditions of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load can be timely known, and the utilization rates of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load can be more efficiently exerted.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that all or some of the steps of the methods, systems, functional modules/units in the devices disclosed above may be implemented as software, firmware, hardware, and suitable combinations thereof. Claims (13)

1. A power selling deviation control method is suitable for a power selling control system comprising a power selling deviation control system, a demand side management system and a power grid central control system, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the electricity selling deviation control system acquires the bidding electric quantity, the long coordination electric quantity and the load forecasting electric quantity of a user;
the electricity selling deviation control system receives the actual electricity consumption of a user;
the electricity selling deviation control system obtains an electricity selling deviation result according to the bidding electric quantity, the long coordination electric quantity, the load forecasting electric quantity and the actual electricity consumption;
when the electricity selling deviation result is not in the preset range, the electricity selling deviation control system sends the electricity selling deviation result to the power grid central control system; the power selling deviation result is used for the power grid central control system to determine a corresponding control instruction, and the control instruction is used for instructing the demand side management system to adjust the state of at least one of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load;

the sum of the bidding electric quantity and the long coordination electric quantity is differed from the load prediction electric quantity to obtain the electric selling deviation result;

and obtaining the electricity selling deviation result by differentiating the actual electricity consumption and the load predicted electricity consumption.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein before obtaining the bid amount, the long contract amount and the load prediction amount of the user, the method further comprises:
and receiving power consumption information of power generation equipment, energy storage equipment and a load, and adjusting the load prediction electric quantity according to the power consumption information.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein before obtaining the bid amount, the long contract amount and the load prediction amount of the user, the method further comprises:
and adjusting the bidding electric quantity according to the long coordination electric quantity and the load prediction electric quantity.
5. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the bid amount comprises a monthly bid amount or a daily bid amount;
when the bidding electric quantity is monthly bidding electric quantity, acquiring the power selling deviation result at an interval of one month;
and when the bidding electric quantity is daily bidding electric quantity, acquiring the power selling deviation result at intervals of one day.
6. A power selling deviation control method is suitable for a power selling control system comprising a power selling deviation control system, a demand side management system and a power grid central control system, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the demand side management system monitors state information of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load;
the demand side management system sends state information of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load to the power grid central control system, and receives a corresponding control instruction obtained by the power grid central control system according to the state information and the power selling deviation result;
the electricity selling deviation result is obtained by the electricity selling deviation control system according to the bidding electric quantity, the long-term coordination electric quantity, the load forecasting electric quantity and the actual electricity consumption quantity of the user;
and the demand side management system adjusts the state of at least one of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load according to the control instruction.

The method according to claim 6, wherein when the electricity selling deviation result is that the difference between the predicted electricity amount or the actual electricity consumption amount of the load and the sum of the bid electricity amount and the long coordination electricity amount is greater than zero and is not within a preset range, the adjusting the state of at least one of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load according to the control instruction comprises at least one of the following modes or any combination thereof:
the method comprises the following steps of firstly, disconnecting a load controller connected with a load;
starting the power generation equipment or improving the output power of the power generation equipment in a second mode;
and thirdly, discharging the energy storage device.

The method according to claim 6, wherein when the electricity selling deviation result is that the difference between the predicted electricity amount or the actual electricity consumption amount of the load and the sum of the bid electricity amount and the long coordination electricity amount is less than zero and is not within a preset range, the adjusting the state of at least one of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load according to the control instruction comprises at least one of the following modes or any combination thereof:
the method comprises the following steps that firstly, a load controller connected with a load is closed;
the second mode is to close the power generation equipment or reduce the output power of the power generation equipment;
and thirdly, charging the energy storage device.
9. The method according to any one of claims 6-8, further comprising:
monitoring power consumption information of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load, and sending the power consumption information, wherein the power consumption information is used for indicating and adjusting the load prediction electric quantity.
10. A power selling deviation control method is suitable for a power selling control system comprising a power selling deviation control system, a demand side management system and a power grid central control system, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the power grid central control system receives a power selling deviation result obtained by the power selling deviation control system and state information of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load monitored by the demand side management system;
the electricity selling deviation result is obtained according to the user's competitive electricity quantity, long-term coordination electricity quantity, load prediction electricity quantity and actual electricity consumption quantity which are obtained by the electricity selling deviation control system;
and the power grid central control system sends a corresponding control instruction according to the power selling deviation result and the state information of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load, wherein the control instruction is used for instructing the demand side management system to adjust the state of at least one of the power generation equipment, the energy storage equipment and the load.

The method according to claim 10, wherein when the power selling deviation result is that the difference between the predicted load power amount or the actual power consumption amount and the sum of the bid power amount and the long coordination power amount is greater than zero and is not within a preset range, the control instruction comprises at least one of the following manners or any combination thereof:
the method comprises the following steps of firstly, disconnecting a load controller connected with a load;
starting the power generation equipment or improving the output power of the power generation equipment in a second mode;
and thirdly, discharging the energy storage device.
12. The method according to claim 10, wherein when the power selling deviation result is that a difference between the predicted load power amount or the actual power consumption amount and a sum of the bid power amount and the long contract power amount is less than zero and is not within a preset range, the control instruction comprises at least one of the following manners or any combination thereof:
the method comprises the following steps that firstly, a load controller connected with a load is closed;
the second mode is to close the power generation equipment or reduce the output power of the power generation equipment;
and thirdly, charging the energy storage device.
13. An electricity vending control system, comprising: a sales electricity deviation control system for performing the method according to any one of claims 1-5, a demand side management system for performing the method according to any one of claims 6-9 and a grid central control system for performing the method according to any one of claims 10-12.
