In the embodiment, any one of government supervision systems is set as the supervision node in the blockchain system, a plurality of supervision nodes can be arranged in the blockchain system, the supervision node can check the house source information through the blockchain system, and can also carry out subsequent statistics on the house source information, and for the house source information which does not accord with rules, the violation content is added, so that the aim of conveniently supervising and renting houses in real time is fulfilled. The block chain system comprises government supervision, so that the benefits of both lessors and lessees can be guaranteed.
In one embodiment, after the property leasing node records the property source information containing the illegal content, the property leasing node downloads the property source information containing the illegal content from the property source viewing interface, and the property leasing node displays the property source information which does not contain the illegal content in the uplink list in the property source viewing interface.
The house source information containing the illegal contents is defined as that the house renting process cannot be carried out, so that the house source information without the illegal contents is displayed in the house source viewing interface by the house renting node for viewing by a lessee. And the room source information containing the offending content is taken off line from the room source viewing interface.
The embodiment embodies the supervision result after the government participates in the blockchain system, and realizes the aim of checking the house source information from the source of the renting house, namely, the lessee, so as to avoid the possibility that the source of the renting house is rented.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, five nodes are included in the blockchain system, namely, a property leasing node 1, a property leasing node 2, a financial service node 3, a financial service node 4 and a supervision node 5. The five nodes are all preset with a uplink list, and the uplink list can be shown in the following table 1:

A lessor may provide house source information through either of the house renting nodes 1 or 2. The house information input interface can be preset in the house viewing interface, and when the lessor provides the house information, the house information can be provided through the house viewing interface. For example, if a lessor provides a piece of room source information to the room source lease node 1 through the room source information input interface, the room source lease node 1 acquires the room source information, generates a unique identifier, and determines whether the room source information is a unique room source.
As shown in fig. 6, the property leasing node 1 compares the unique identifier with all the unique identifiers in the uplink list, determines whether the uplink list contains the unique identifier, and when the uplink list does not have the unique identifier, the property leasing node 1 links the property information, records the property information and the like into the uplink list, broadcasts the property information to other nodes, and the other nodes synchronously update the property information. When the unique identifier is contained in the uplink list, whether the house source information is the same as the house source information corresponding to the unique identifier in the uplink list is continuously judged, if so, the house source information is defined as repeated house source information, the uplink is not performed, and a prompt that the repeated house source is not uplink can be fed back to a lessor through a house source information input interface. If the house source information is different, the house source information is defined as the house source information on the update chain, after the house source block is generated by the house property leasing node 1 to be uplink, the house source information and the like are recorded in the uplink list and broadcast to other nodes, and the other nodes synchronously update the house source information.
A tenant can view all the up-linked house source information without illegal contents in the blockchain system through a house source viewing interface of the house rental node 1 or the house source rental node 2. When renters and lessees agree on intermediary parties of the house renting node 1, the renters, the lessees and the intermediary parties sign house renting contracts after the renters and the lessees agree on line, the house renting contracts contain electronic signatures of three parties, the house renting contracts are uploaded to the house renting node 1 through a house source checking interface, the house renting node 1 links the house renting contracts with the house renting nodes, the house renting contracts are recorded in a linked list and broadcast to other nodes, and the other nodes synchronously update the house renting contracts.
When a lessee needs to pay the lease, a payment request can be initiated through the financial service node 3 or the financial service node 4, for example, a payment request is initiated to the financial service node 3, after the financial service node 3 pays the lease to the lessor, the payment record is recorded in the uplink list and is broadcast to other nodes, and the other nodes synchronously update the payment record.
And for the illegal sources, the supervisory personnel uploads the illegal contents through the source checking interface, and the supervisory node 5 records the illegal contents into the uplink list and broadcasts the uplink list to other nodes, so that the other nodes synchronously update the illegal contents.
And the property leasing node 1 and the property leasing node 2 are used for off-line in a property viewing interface for property information containing illegal contents, and only display the property information without the illegal contents.
In one embodiment, a real estate lease system is provided, as shown in fig. 7, including the following units:
the system comprises a house source information uplink unit, a house source information leasing node and a house source information processing unit, wherein the house source information uplink unit is used for acquiring house source information provided by a lessor, generating a unique identifier, generating a house source block by the unique identifier and the house source information, and uplink the house source block in a block chain system to form a new block chain;
The real estate information display unit is used for displaying all real estate information in the uplink list in a preset real estate checking interface by the real estate lease node;
the house renting node generates a contract block from the house renting contract and house source information corresponding to the unique identifier, links the contract block in a block chain system, links the contract block to a hash value corresponding to the unique identifier through a chain structure of the block chain system to form a new block chain, and records the house renting contract into the uplink list.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided that includes a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein computer readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform the steps of: the method comprises the steps that a property leasing node obtains property information provided by a lessor, generates a unique identifier, generates a property block by the unique identifier and the property information, uplinks the property block in a block chain system to form a new block chain, and records the unique identifier, the property information and a hash value in the uplinked property block in a preset uplinked list. And the property leasing node displays all the property information in the uplink list in a preset property viewing interface. The house renting node receives a house renting contract containing renters, lessees and intermediary electronic signatures, the house renting contract contains unique identifiers, the house renting node generates a contract block from the house renting contract and house source information corresponding to the unique identifiers, the contract block is linked in a block chain system and is linked to a hash value corresponding to the unique identifiers through a chain structure of the block chain system to form a new block chain, and the house renting node records the house renting contract in a linked list.
In one embodiment, a storage medium storing computer-readable instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the steps of: the method comprises the steps that a property leasing node obtains property information provided by a lessor, generates a unique identifier, generates a property block by the unique identifier and the property information, uplinks the property block in a block chain system to form a new block chain, and records the unique identifier, the property information and a hash value in the uplinked property block in a preset uplinked list. And the property leasing node displays all the property information in the uplink list in a preset property viewing interface. The house renting node receives a house renting contract containing renters, lessees and intermediary electronic signatures, the house renting contract contains unique identifiers, the house renting node generates a contract block from the house renting contract and house source information corresponding to the unique identifiers, the contract block is linked in a block chain system and is linked to a hash value corresponding to the unique identifiers through a chain structure of the block chain system to form a new block chain, and the house renting node records the house renting contract in a linked list.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps in the various methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by a program to instruct related hardware, the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and the storage medium may include: read Only Memory (ROM), random access Memory (RAM, random Access Memory), magnetic or optical disk, and the like.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The above-described embodiments represent only some exemplary embodiments of the invention, which are described in more detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Claims (10)

1. A house property renting method, comprising:
a house renting node obtains house information provided by a renter, generates a unique identifier, generates a house block by the unique identifier and the house information, uplinks the house block in a block chain system to form a new block chain, and records the unique identifier, the house information and a hash value in the uplinked house block in a preset uplinked list;
the house property leasing node displays all the house source information in the uplink list in a preset house source checking interface;
the house property leasing node receives a house leasing contract containing electronic signatures of a lessor, a lessee and an intermediary party, wherein the house leasing contract contains a unique identifier, the house property leasing node generates a contract block from the house leasing contract and house source information corresponding to the unique identifier, the contract block is uplinked in the blockchain system, the same block is linked to a hash value corresponding to the unique identifier through a chain structure of the blockchain system to form a new blockchain, and the house property leasing node records the house leasing contract in the uplinked list.
2. The property rental method of claim 1, wherein after the property rental node is finished ascending a chain, the house source block or the contract block of the ascending chain is also broadcasted to other nodes in the blockchain system;
after receiving the broadcast, the other nodes update the house source information and the hash value corresponding to the house source block into the uplink list of the respective node, and the other nodes record the house lease contract corresponding to the contract block into the uplink list of the respective node.
3. The property rental method of claim 1, wherein the generating the unique identifier and the property information into a property block, the property rental node further determines whether the property information is a unique property before the property block is uploaded in a blockchain system:
the house renting node compares the generated unique identifier with all the unique identifiers in the uplinked list, when the unique identifier is not in the uplinked list, the house renting node generates a house block by the unique identifier and the house information, uplinks the house block in a block chain system, causes a block chain of the house information to be generated, and records the unique identifier, the house information and the hash value corresponding to the uplinked house block in the uplinked list;
When the unique identifier is contained in the uplink list, continuing to judge whether the house source information is the same as the house source information corresponding to the unique identifier in the uplink list, if so, not linking the house source information by the house property leasing node;
if the house source information is different, the house source lease node generates a house source block from the unique identification and the house source information, the house source block is uplinked in a block chain system, the house source block is linked to a hash value corresponding to the house source information through a chain structure of the block chain system, a new block chain is formed, and the house source information and the hash value are updated into the uplinked list.
4. The house property renting method according to claim 1, wherein the house source information includes status information including three status of rentable, rented or not allowed;
before the house source renting node generates a house source block by the unique identification and the house source information, setting the state information into a rentable state, and updating the house source information into the uplink list;
and before the house renting node generates a contract block from the house renting contract and the house source information corresponding to the unique identifier, setting the state information into a rented state, and updating the house source information into the uplink list.
5. The house property renting method according to claim 1, wherein a financial service node receives a payment request initiated by the lessee, wherein the payment request comprises the lessor fund account, the rent and the unique identifier, and the financial service node pays the rent to the lessor fund account according to the payment request;
the financial service node records the content of the payment request into a payment record of the house lease contract corresponding to the unique identifier, generates a payment block according to the house lease contract containing the payment record and the house source information, links the payment block in the blockchain system, and links the payment block to a hash value corresponding to the unique identifier through a chain structure of the blockchain system to form a new blockchain;
after the financial service node finishes the uplink, the uplink payment block is also broadcasted to other nodes in the blockchain system, and the other nodes update the payment records to the uplink lists of the respective nodes after receiving the broadcast.
6. The method for renting a house property according to claim 4, wherein the supervising node displays all house source information in the node in a preset house source checking interface;
The monitoring node receives house source violation information sent by a monitoring person, wherein the house source violation information comprises violation content and unique identification, the monitoring node modifies the state in the house source information corresponding to the unique identification into a state of not allowing renting, the monitoring node generates a monitoring block from the violation content, the unique identification and the house source information, the monitoring block is uplink in a blockchain system, and the monitoring block is linked to a hash value corresponding to the unique identification in an uplink list through a chain structure of the blockchain system to form a new blockchain;
and after the supervision node is completely uplink, broadcasting the uplink supervision block to other nodes in the blockchain system, updating the house source information to an uplink list of each node after the other nodes receive the broadcast, and recording the illegal contents to the uplink list of each node.
7. The property leasing method of claim 6, wherein after the property leasing node records the property source information containing the illegal content, the property leasing node drops the property source information containing the illegal content in the property source viewing interface, and the property leasing node displays the property source information which does not contain the illegal content in the uplink list in the property source viewing interface.
8. A real estate lease system comprising:
the system comprises a house source information uplink unit, a house source information processing unit and a house source information processing unit, wherein the house source information uplink unit is used for acquiring house source information provided by a lessor by a house property leasing node, generating a unique identifier, generating a house source block by the unique identifier and the house source information, and uplink the house source block in a block chain system to form a new block chain, and the house property leasing node records the unique identifier, the house source information and a hash value in the uplink house source block in a preset uplink list;
the real estate information display unit is used for displaying all real estate information in the uplink list in a preset real estate checking interface by the real estate lease node;
and the house renting node generates a contract block from the house renting contract and the house source information corresponding to the unique identifier, links the contract block in the blockchain system, links the contract block to a hash value corresponding to the unique identifier through a chain structure of the blockchain system, and forms a new blockchain, and the house renting node records the house renting contract in the uplinked list.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein computer readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform the steps of the property rental method of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A storage medium storing computer readable instructions which, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the steps of the property rental method of any one of claims 1-7.
