Abstract

本发明涉及一种以标识上烫印有电化铝在表面有凸出物质的载体上而形成的泛白图形信息作为防伪特征的防伪方法。该方法以一种在表面涂有一定厚度的实有物质颗粒或纤维丝的材料上烫印有色电化铝,出现不规则、无序泛白图形,在此载体上设有序号、图案和供查询使用的二维码。尔后通过录入设备将标识的图像信息存储在防伪数据中,后通过扫二维码进行查询辨别真伪的防伪方法。

Description

有色电化铝烫印泛白防伪方法
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种防伪技术,尤其是一种利用在表面有随机分布物质的材料上烫有色电化铝而形成的泛白位置图形作为防伪信息的一种防伪方法。
二、背景技术
现使用较为普通的防伪方法有几种:一种用特殊的印刷技术印刷产品防伪标贴,如用激光隐性油墨、荧光油墨印刷技术将产品的标徽或特殊的识别图案印制成产品的防伪标贴,由于同一类产品使用同一种标贴,千人一面,容易工业化伪造防伪标贴,而伪造的防伪标贴又被用在假冒产品上,造成产品的真假混淆,因此难于有效防伪。第二种是用特殊的设备和工艺制造产品的包装,如一次性酒瓶或瓶盖,但这种包装同样易形成工业化成批伪造包装,难于有效防伪。第三种密码防伪标贴,如1995年2月7日申请中国专利的密码防伪标识物(专利:95203425.5)其专利所采用的方法是每件产品编一组数码,每件产品的编码都不相同,将此数码印制在标贴上并遮盖起来,同时将此数码存入可供消费者查询的计算机数据库中,消费者购买产品时,将标识上的数码通过电话或入网计算机将标识上数码输入计算机数据库进行比较识别,相同即为真,不同即为假,方法简单,识别容易,不易伪造,但实际使用中,因编码数据是计算机统一生成后印制标贴的。代表产品真假编码数据可能被非法拷贝造假,同时,编码也可回收未查询的产品上的编码造标而贴在假产品上,防伪效果难于保证。第四种是纹理防伪(专利:99801139.8),以其标贴上的纹理特征防伪,虽然较难伪造,但由于只设标贴的序号码,且是明码,每枚标可反复查询,造假者可通过仓库保管员或售货员将标贴上的序号及查询时所反映的必要纹理特征即方格中的有无现象抄袭后按此特征批量伪造。第五种是网格微粒标识,以其标贴上的微粒数量进行防伪,虽然较难伪造,同时,载体中的纤维丝、粒易于剔除和贴加,影响防伪准确性。
三、发明内容
本发明是提供一种通过计算机数据库存储技术和图像识别技术对标识或包装物表面形成的泛白图像特征进行识别比较而判定真伪。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:首先制作一种表面含有随机分布的纤维丝·粒的纸或膜作为印刷材料。此材料是由底层纸或膜通过涂布或转印技术将实有物质纤维丝或颗粒随机分布与底层纸粘连压制而成。此材料(1)非透明的白色纸或膜,(2)涂布纤维丝·粒,(3)烫印的有色电化铝。此种材料合成后在其(3)层的表面印上图案和二维码及相应的序号,然后通过扫描录入设备将标贴上的序号编码及二维码和表面图像信息全部录入存储在计算机数据库中,消费者通过扫二维码进入数据库调取该标识的图像信息进行比较识别。如果其表面印刷序号图案及有电化铝烫印部分形成的不规则的泛白图形一致,则是真品,否则为假冒。
本发明作为防伪信息特征的图形是有色电化铝烫印在表面具有随机分布物质(纤维丝或颗粒)上面形成的不规则的泛白图形,因材料中的物质形态大小及凸显在底层纸上的高度是不一致的,因而有色电化铝烫印所呈现出的泛白图形也是不规则和无序的,而每枚标贴的序号和标贴的图像特征是对应的,一个序号对应一个泛白图形特征。不可能出现序号相同而泛白图形特征也相同的两枚标贴,真正做到了一标一码一特征,不可伪造。由于存储在数据库中的防伪信息是随机不规则的泛白图形是通过扫描录入到数据库的,这样就有效克服了数码防伪标识是由计算机生成的无规则编码印制在材料表面而容易抄码复制或防伪码被拷贝复制造假的弊端。又因为标贴上的泛白图形特征是有色电化铝在烫印时因为材料有凸起而随机分布的物质而随机形成的无序不规则的泛白图形作为防伪信息。既不可能去印刷形成,也不可能剔除添加,这样就有效的克服纹理防伪的纹理易剔除或添加的弊端。同时,标贴紧贴在产品的包装上不可完整转移,确保一次性使用,极大增强了防伪的可靠性。

电化铝泛白图形防伪标识是由普通白纸(1),在表面涂布或局部转印上随机分布的有一定厚度的纤维丝与颗粒层(2),尔后在颗粒层(2)上面烫印金色的电化铝(3),在电化铝烫印在颗粒层(2)时,由于整体表面不平而在纤维颗粒周边出现泛白的点或图形(4),尔后将标贴的完整图像及标贴序号(5)一同录入存储防伪数据库中,消费者通过扫标识表面的二维码(6),从数据库调取标识存储图像与实际标识进行比对辨别真伪。

Claims (2)

1.一种利用在标识上烫印有色电化铝而出现泛白图形进行防伪的方法,其特征是利用在表面具有随机分布的实有微小物质的材料上烫印有色电化铝后而必然出现的泛白图形的材料作为印刷载体,以此载体印刷防伪标识,每个标识设有标贴序号和印刷图案及供消费者查验使用的二维码,然后通过图像录入设备将标识的图像存储在计算机防伪数据库中,标识贴在产品包装。消费者用智能手机扫标识上二维码调用存储标识图像与实际标识进行比较辨别真伪。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防伪方法,其特征是:标识材料可以是局部转印实有物质后再在此局部烫印有色电化铝而形成的局部泛白图形进行防伪。
