The containing box 10 comprises a box body 11 and a box cover 12 arranged on one side of the box body 11, an opening 111 is formed in one side of the box body 11, the bottom of the box cover 12 is in pivot connection with the bottom of the box body 11, the box cover 12 can rotate to cover the opening 111, and when the box cover 12 is completely opened, the outer side surface of the box cover 12 is flush with the bottom surface of the box body 11, so that the containing box can be flatly placed on a supporting table, and the follow-up analyzer main body 50 is prevented from being obliquely placed after being taken out.
The loading board 20 is accommodated in the box 11, the bottom of the loading board 20 is pivotally connected with the bottom of the box 11, and the length of the loading board 20 is smaller than the height of the space in the box cover 11, so that the loading board 20 can be poured out from the box 11 by taking the bottom of the loading board as a pivot center, and simultaneously, when the box cover 12 is completely opened and the loading board 20 is completely laid down, the loading board 20 is horizontally attached to the box cover 12, so that the subsequent analyzer body 50 is ensured not to be obliquely arranged after being taken out.
The link mechanism 30 includes a link 31 and two sliders 32 pivotally connected to two ends of the link 31, wherein one of the sliders 32 is slidably connected to the case cover 12, and the other slider 32 is slidably connected to the carrier plate 20, and the case cover 12 and the carrier plate 20 are respectively provided with a sliding slot a to accommodate the installation of the slider 32. Under the driving action of the link mechanism 30, the falling and lifting processes of the loading plate 20 and the opening and closing processes of the box cover 12 are linked with each other, that is, when the box cover 12 is opened, the loading plate 20 is pulled to fall through the link mechanism 30, and when the box cover 12 is closed, the loading plate 20 is pushed to lift through the link mechanism 30.
The switch mechanism 40 is accommodated in the box body 11 and comprises a power source 41, a rotating shaft 42, a traction rope 43, a winding wheel 44 and a pushing column 45, one end of the rotating shaft 42 is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the power source 41, the other end of the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the box body 11, the winding wheel 44 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 42, one end of the traction rope 43 is connected with the top of the box cover 12, the other end of the traction rope is wound on the winding wheel 44, the pushing column 45 is fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft 42, and when the box cover 12 covers the opening 111, the pushing column 45 can rotate around the rotating shaft 42 to push the box cover 12.
Preferably, the pushing post 45 is made of a flexible material, so that direct rigid impact between the pushing post 45 and the case cover 12 can be avoided.
It is understood that, in the implementation, the arrangement position of the pushing column 45 can be located when the box cover 12 covers the opening 111, and the locating should satisfy the following conditions: the pushing column 45 is not in contact with the case cover 12, but can rotate around the rotating shaft 42 to push the case cover 12 (as shown in fig. 3), and the opening and closing processes of the case cover 12 are completely reversible, so that the pushing column meeting the positioning conditions can push the case cover 12 outwards when the case cover 12 is opened, so that the case cover 12 inclines outwards by a certain angle, the gravity center deviates from the vertical center, and when the case cover 12 is to be completely closed, the pushing column 45 cannot be in contact with the case cover 12, and the case cover 12 is not limited to be completely closed.
