Abstract

本发明为多用途的气体检测及净化器,包括电源供给组件、感应控制组件、执行组件和空气净化组件;感应控制组件包括单片机、气敏传感器、气体浓度传感器;气敏传感器用于检测异味、有毒气体及其浓度信息;气体浓度传感器用于检测风机作用后的中药气体浓度信息;执行组件包括分别与单片机连接的高温中药蒸发器、风机和显示屏,高温中药蒸发器放置在风机前面用于蒸发中药气体;单片机根据中药气体浓度信息控制风机间断性工作,根据有毒气体浓度信息控制高温中药蒸发器是否工作。本发明能消除封闭空间内的有毒气体,使用中药气体来间断性中和气味,且中药气体的浓度可控,避免了中药气体浓度过高所带来的不适感。

一种多用途的气体检测及净化器
技术领域
本发明涉及环保领域,尤其是空气检测及净化领域,具体为一种多用途的有毒气体检测及净化装置,适用于车内、住房、公共场所、仓库等较封闭的空间。
背景技术
随着社会经济的迅猛发展,汽车已经成为人们日常活动的重要的代步工具。但是,不少人买车之后会发现新车里会有难闻的异味,若长时间留在车里,甚至会头晕呕吐。新车异味主要来源于车内的皮革、塑料、密封胶等,这些物质会散发出甲醛、丙酮、苯系物、TVOC等有害物质,严重危害车内人员的身体健康。同时,对于低端车型还存在一些有机物污染,这些污染主要是由于汽车发动机舱与驾驶舱等地方的密封性不好所造成。
不仅是在车内会存在一些有毒气体,在新装修的房屋、较为密封的公共场所或仓库也会存在有毒气体。有毒气体的存在都潜移默化地威胁人们的身体健康和生命安全。其中甲醛对人们的影响显著。当甲醛浓度在每立方米空气中达到0.08-0.09mg时,儿童就会发生轻微气喘;当室内空气中甲醛达到0.1mg/m3时,就会有异味和不适感;达到0.5mg/m3时,会刺激眼睛,引起流泪;达到0.6mg/m3,会引起咽喉不适或疼痛。浓度更高时,可引起恶心呕吐,咳嗽胸闷,气喘甚至肺水肿。而长期接触低剂量的甲醛更会引起皮肤红疹、慢性呼吸道疾病、青少年记忆力智力下降、胎儿畸形和癌症等多种疾病。
目前,市面上出售的空气净化器大都具有空气污染物过滤净化的功能。一部分空气净化器主要由风扇、空气过滤网等系统组成,工作过程是由风扇等带动室内空气循环流动,污染的空气通过空气过滤网后,被清除或吸附,空气不断电离,产生大量负离子,被风扇送出,形成负离子气流,达到清洁、净化空气的目的。但是这些净化器对于甲醛等有毒气体,都未采用光触媒技术,净化效果不高。最终,甲醛不能被净化。一部分空气净化器采用过滤纸、过滤芯、过滤网技术或静电、臭氧、正负离子技术净化,但由于污染的空气,例如汽车室内有甲醛等有毒气体以及一些室内出现大量混杂的有毒可燃气体,只通过过滤、静电、臭氧等技术,不仅不能达到全面净化空气的目的,还会对人体造成一定的伤害。
还有一部分空气净化器在前面所述的空气净化器的基础上,采取中药药包来净化各种室内空气,达到清除甲醛等有毒气体的目的。但是中药药包散发的药味气体浓度未能得到有效的控制。此外,药包气体浓度过高将会造成二次污染。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中所存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种多用途的气体检测及净化器,能消除车内、住房、公共场所、仓库等封闭空间内的有毒气体,可使用中药气体来间断性中和气味,且中药气体的浓度可控,在有效清除有毒有害气体的同时,避免了中药气体浓度过高所带来的不适感。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种多用途的气体检测及净化器,包括电源供给组件、感应控制组件、执行组件和空气净化组件,感应控制组件分别与电源供给组件、执行组件和空气净化组件连接;多用途的气体检测及净化器设有出风口和吸风口;
所述感应控制组件包括单片机,以及分别与单片机连接的气敏传感器、气体浓度传感器;气敏传感器分布在吸风口附近,用于检测异味、有毒气体及其浓度信息;气体浓度传感器用于检测风机作用后的中药气体浓度信息;
所述执行组件包括分别与单片机连接的高温中药蒸发器、风机和显示屏,其中风机与气体浓度传感器连接;高温中药蒸发器放置在风机前面,用于蒸发中药气体;
单片机根据气体浓度传感器反馈回来的中药气体浓度信息,控制风机间断性工作;单片机根据气敏传感器所检测的有毒气体浓度信息,控制高温中药蒸发器是否工作。
优选地,高温中药蒸发器所加热的中药药包设有四种,其中第一个中药药包在甲醛浓度在每立方米空气中小于0.08mg时使用,第二个中药药包在甲醛浓度在每立方米空气中达到0.08-0.09mg时使用,第三个中药药包在甲醛浓度达到0.5mg/m3而小于0.6mg/m3时使用,第四个中药药包在甲醛浓度达到0.6mg/m3时使用。
优选地,所述感应控制组件还包括与单片机连接的可燃气体传感器;所述执行组件还包括与单片机连接的可燃气体催化器,可燃气体催化器对存在的可燃气体进行催化,生成无污染的物质。
优选地,所述执行组件还包括与单片机连接的声光二极管、蓝牙传输模块,声光二极管在紧急情况下发出光与声音进行报警,蓝牙传输模块与手机移动端无线连接。
优选地,所述多用途的气体检测及净化器包括外壳,吸风口设置在外壳顶部,出风口设置在外壳左右两侧;外壳背部设有用于拆换空气净化组件的抽拉板;外壳底部有后盖,安装高温中药蒸发器的中药包。
本发明具有识别车内、住房、公共场所、仓库等封闭空间的异味,能通过过滤、吸附等方式消除有毒有害气体,当有毒气体浓度超过限定值时,强制打开风机进行循环的太阳能空气净化器;必要时使用中药气体来间断性中和气味,且中药气体的浓度可控,在有效清除有毒有害气体的同时,避免了中药气体浓度过高所带来的不适感。本发明与现有技术相比较,取得了如下技术效果:
(1)本发明为多用途的空气净化器,适用范围广泛,能够有效、彻底地清除车内、住房、公共场所、仓库等较封闭的室内的异味及有毒气体,并且能确保每个角落的有害气体都检测到,更全面清除掉。
(2)本发明采取闭环控制,控制目标明确。甲醛为本发明的重要的控制目标,对于不同浓度的甲醛中毒的各种症状,采取了不同的中药药物。采用中药的香气作为空气清新的成分,无化学成分,避免对人体造成危害。
此外,还设置气体浓度传感器用于检测风机带出中药气体的浓度,避免长时间释放中药气体导致浓度太高,造成人体不适。当检测到某些值达到设定的阈值时,执行器会停止工作,节约电能。
(3)本发明能够催化净化CO、瓦斯、煤气等可燃气体,降低可燃气体发生燃烧、爆炸的危险;还安装有逆变器,可实现交流电源与直流电源的转换。

下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例
如图1、2所示,一种多用途的气体检测及净化器,包括外壳、电源供给组件、感应控制组件、执行组件和空气净化组件,其中:
(1)所述外壳带有吸风口1和出风口2,外壳内安装电源供给组件、感应控制组件、执行组件、空气净化组件;外壳的前端有吸风口和显示屏。显示屏上有按键,分别为高档、中档、低挡,用户可以根据需要调节出风的大小。并且显示屏能够实时显示车内、住房、公共场所、仓库等封闭室内异味或有毒气体的浓度数据,也能够实时显示中药药包发出气体的浓度数据。吸风口设置在外壳顶部,出风口设置在外壳左右两侧;外壳背部有抽拉板,用于拆换空气净化组件;外壳底部有后盖,安装可燃气体催化器和中药包。
(2)所述电源供给组件包括太阳能电池板、蓄电池、电压保护模块、电源插头、电源开关和逆变器;太阳能电池板通过电压保护模块与蓄电池连接,蓄电池通过逆变器与电源开关连接,电源开关与感应控制组件连接。太阳能电池板安装在外壳顶部,蓄电池安装在外壳内,蓄电池通过电压保护模块与太阳能电池板连接进行充电。电源插头设置在外壳背部,方便使用者在不知道电源供给组件电量的情况下,对其进行充电,确保整个电源供给组件有足够的电量;使用逆变器,可以实现直流电与交流电的转换,进而实现对风机组件、负离子发生器、空气加湿器、紫外光源以及感应控制组件的供电;电源开关安装在外壳背部,控制电路的开断。蓄电池可以通过太阳能电池板充电,也可以通过电源插头充电。
(3)所述感应控制组件包括单片机,以及分别与单片机连接的气敏传感器、甲醛检测仪、气体浓度传感器、可燃气体传感器、温湿度传感器。单片机可采用AVR单片机ATmega128;气敏传感器分布在吸风口附近,用于检测异味、有毒气体及其浓度信息;气体浓度传感器用于反馈控制中,检测风机作用后车内、住房、公共场所、仓库等封闭室内中药气体的浓度;可燃气体传感器用于检测可燃气体,如车中的有机污染物以及家庭等一些封闭场所的可燃气体的存在,防止气敏传感器出现故障检测不到危险的可燃气体;温湿度传感器用于检测外部空气的温度(如夏天高温的仓库);单片机安装在壳体内与气敏传感器、气体浓度传感器和显示屏连接。
各传感器可以根据实际情况装在不同位置,更准确地测定各角落的气体。若空气净化器安装在车中,则气敏传感器安装在吸风口附近,甲醛检测仪安装于车内,温湿度传感器安装在车内顶端,可燃气体传感器可以安装在车内靠近发动机舱处,气体浓度传感器安装在住房、公共场所、仓库等封闭室内。空气净化器中的传感器分布情况如下:气敏传感器、甲醛检测仪、可燃气体传感器、温湿度传感器均分布在吸风口附近,且各个传感器互不干扰。
在本实施例中,气敏传感器用于监测车内的甲醛、苯、甲苯、TVOC等的气体浓度以及住房、公共场所、仓库等封闭室内异味和有毒气体,并将检测到的气体浓度信息发送给单片机。甲醛检测仪用于检测车内以及住房、公共场所、仓库等封闭室内存在的甲醛气体浓度。
(4)所述执行组件包括分别与单片机连接的可燃气体催化器、高温中药蒸发器、空气加湿器、风机、显示屏、声光二极管、蓝牙传输模块,其中风机与气体浓度传感器连接。可燃气体催化器对存在的可燃气体进行催化,生成无污染的物质;高温中药蒸发器放置在风机前面,用于蒸发中药气体;声光二极管在可燃物存在等紧急情况下发出光与声音进行报警;蓝牙传输模块与手机移动端无线连接,向手机移动端用户传输信息,例如:在家庭等封闭场所中存在可燃气体,达到可燃气体燃烧的限定值时,蓝牙传输模块会预先向手机移动端用户发出危险信号,用户可以及时通过求助他人,避免危险的发生;显示屏与单片机连接;风机及声光二极管与电源供给组件连接。
(5)所述空气净化组件与感应控制组件连接,包括防尘网、活性炭吸附网、HEPA过滤网、静电除尘网、甲醛清除活性炭、光触媒过滤网、紫外光源、中药包、负离子发生器;其中,防尘网置于吸风口下方,活性炭吸附网、HEPA过滤网、静电除尘网、甲醛清除活性炭、光触媒过滤网依次排列,安装在抽拉板上,在壳体内置于防尘网的下方;紫外光源置于光触媒过滤网下方,与电源供给组件连接,照射光触媒过滤网;中药包安置在两侧出风口内且中药包是放置在高温中药蒸发器内的,高温中药蒸发器对中药包进行蒸发,使药物向四周熏散,有效清除异味或有毒气体;负离子发生器安装于出风口的附近,负离子发生器与电源供给组件连接,对车内、住房、公共场所、仓库等较封闭的室内的异味和有毒气体进行首次的分解。
本实施例中,空气净化组件为一个独立的长方体组件(防尘网、紫外光源、负离子发生器和中药包除外),插置在空气净化器中,可进行插拔式拆装。紫外光源为紫外光发光二极管,大部分紫外光线照射在光触媒过滤网上,少量紫外光线照射到机器壳体内部的其它区域;但不会外泄。采用紫外线技术及光触媒技术,更有效地杀菌,并且甲醛等有毒气体更彻底地被消除。
所述单片机分析气敏传感器的数据,将气体浓度信息通过显示屏展示给用户,并起到计时器作用,每隔20分钟向风机发送信号促使风机工作(即控制风机间断性工作),实现中药香气间断供给,防止香气过浓;并且单片机会对气体浓度传感器反馈的信息进行分析,然后对执行组件的高温中药蒸发器发出执行指令。若中药药包发出的气体浓度达到设定的阈值,高温中药蒸发器就停止工作,不再蒸发中药药包,减少中药药包的消耗。
所述中药药包的组成为薄荷10份、紫苏叶5份、荆芥10份、苍术5份、白芷5份、陈皮15-20份、薰衣草5份、姜黄5份,菊花和金银花各10-15份。这些中药为基础方,还可以适当加入一些芳香化湿类药物及花类药物,上述的药物作为第一个中药药包(也可称为基础方),在甲醛浓度在每立方米空气中小于0.08mg时使用。(其中薄荷为芳香药,有辟除污秽的作用;紫苏叶可以吸附异味;荆芥及白芷有芳香化浊的作用;陈皮和薰衣草有清新、芳香的作用;菊花和金银花有清热解毒的作用。对于前面所述的检测到的甲醛浓度,中药药包中的药物会加入其它一些药物,做成另外3个中药药包,具体如下:①当甲醛浓度在每立方米空气中达到0.08-0.09mg时,儿童就会发生轻微气喘;在原有药包(即第一个中药药包)药物的基础上加入胖大海3-5份、桔梗5-8份、小柴胡7-10份、黄芩5-6份,形成第二个中药药包。②当甲醛浓度达到0.5mg/m3而小于0.6mg/m3时,会刺激眼睛,引起流泪;此时,在原有药包药物的基础上加入皂荚10份(中药包中的皂荚不经过过度处理,只需要刮去皮)及石菖蒲10份,形成第三个中药药包,皂荚及石菖蒲有降逆、化痰的功效。③当甲醛达到0.6mg/m3,会引起咽喉不适或疼痛,浓度更高时可引起恶心呕吐,咳嗽胸闷,气喘甚至肺水肿;在原有药包的基础上加入红花5份、冰片15份,形成第四个中药药包,可以活血化瘀。药包中的药物可以更换;中药药包中的药物用到一定程度,显示屏会有更换药物的提示,这4个中药药包不同时工作。上述各中药药包中,每份代表10g,第一个中药药包的各成分质量,以及另外三个中药药包在第一个中药药包的基础上所增加的各成分质量,如表1所示。

当本发明应用在住房、公共场所、仓库等较封闭的室内时,其工作原理如下:
S11、气敏传感器监测车内、住房、公共场所、仓库等较封闭的室内的气体,实时将检测到的气体及其浓度信息发送给单片机;单片机分析气敏传感器输送的气体及其浓度信息。若气敏传感器检测到封闭的室内存在异味或有毒气体在限定值的范围内时,即当空气中存在异味或有毒气体、可燃气体,但浓度小于或者等于500ppm时,空气净化组件中的防尘网、活性炭吸附网、HEPA过滤网、静电除尘网、甲醛清除活性炭、光触媒过滤网、紫外光源、负离子发生器会主动工作,高温中药蒸发器高温加热第一个中药药包,使中药药包挥发中药气体,风机启动,风机将中药药包的香气散发出外部环境。风机的工作并不是无间断的,单片机根据气体浓度传感器反馈回来的中药气体浓度信息,控制风机是否继续工作。但是各工作部件工作的时间较短。此外,值得强调的地方是,本发明也可以通过显示屏上的触摸按键来设置中药药包的香气散发时长:显示屏与单片机相连接,上面设置有控制中药药包散发香气时间长短的高档、中档、低档按键,用户可根据实际情况按下档位,单片机根据档位高低工作,使香气浓度控制范围更为理想,给用户舒适的感受。
S12、若单片机根据气敏传感器输送的气体及其浓度信息,分析到封闭的室内存在异味或有毒气体大于限定值时,即当空气中存在异味或有毒气体、可燃气体,且浓度大于500ppm时,空气净化组件中的防尘网、活性炭吸附网、HEPA过滤网、静电除尘网、甲醛清除活性炭、光触媒过滤网、紫外光源、负离子发生器会主动工作,高温中药蒸发器高温加热第二或第三或第四个中药药包,使中药药包挥发中药气体,风机启动,风机将中药药包的香气散发到风机外部环境。这时各工作部件工作的时间延长,香气散发的时间也延长。
S13、若气敏传感器和可燃气体传感器同时检测到车内、住房、公共场所、仓库等较封闭的室内存在可燃气体,且达到可燃烧的阈值时,声光报警器(即声光二极管)工作,向周围发出求救信号,并且可燃气体催化器进行工作,将可燃气体催化成无害的其它物质。
S14、某些仓库等地方在夏天时高温,容易发生火灾,本发明设置有温湿度传感器,对这些地方的温度及湿度进行检测。若温湿度达到阈值,容易发生火灾时,执行组件的空气加湿器迅速润湿周围环境,降低这些地方的温度,提高湿度。同时,风机也进入工作状态,不断散热,直到温度降下来。
S15、空气净化器采用了吸附技术、负离子技术、催化技术、光触媒技术、HEPA高效过滤技术、静电除尘技术、紫外线技术等。若车内、住房、公共场所、仓库等较封闭的室内存在细菌、大量灰尘,该空气净化器会进行紫外线杀菌、静电除尘等工作。
当本发明应用在车内时,会实时检测异味或甲醛等有毒气体的浓度,但并不是在车上有人的情况下,还使高温中药蒸发器执行工作命令,加热中药药物,直接挥发气体;其工作原理如下:
S21、车上的气敏传感器监测车内的气体,实时将检测到的气体及其浓度信息发送给单片机。单片机进一步分析气敏传感器输送的气体及其浓度信息。若气敏传感器检测到的车内异味或者有害气体没有达到设定的阈值,不会对人体造成多大的影响,则单片机控制风机打开,让风机工作一段时间,使车内气体与外界气体进行交换。
S22、甲醛检测仪和气敏传感器,同步进行甲醛浓度的检测,使检测结果更为准确。若气敏传感器和甲醛检测仪检测到车内的甲醛等气体浓度在0.08-0.09mg/m3时,空气净化组件中的防尘网、活性炭吸附网、HEPA过滤网、静电除尘网、甲醛清除活性炭、光触媒过滤网、紫外光源、负离子发生器会主动工作,高温中药蒸发器高温加热第二个中药药包,使中药药包挥发中药气体,风机启动,风机将会将中药包的香气散发到风机外部环境。
S23、当气敏传感器检测到甲醛浓度达到0.5mg/m3时,空气净化组件中的防尘网、活性炭吸附网、HEPA过滤网、静电除尘网、甲醛清除活性炭、光触媒过滤网、紫外光源、负离子发生器会主动工作,高温中药蒸发器高温加热第三个中药药包,使中药药包挥发中药气体,风机启动,风机将中药药包的香气散发出风机外部环境。
S24、当气敏传感器检测到甲醛浓度达到0.6mg/m3及以上时,空气净化组件中的防尘网、活性炭吸附网、HEPA过滤网、静电除尘网、甲醛清除活性炭、光触媒过滤网、紫外光源、负离子发生器会主动工作,高温中药蒸发器高温加热第四个中药药包,使中药药包挥发中药气体,风机启动,风机将中药包的香气散发出风机外部环境。
第一至第四个中药药包对甲醛去除的效果如表2所示,可见,四种中药药包在相应的甲醛浓度环境下,均能有效地去除甲醛,去除率都在85%左右,甚至高于85%。

强调一下,本发明是采取闭环控制,当中药药包挥发的气体清除完甲醛,达到一定的浓度时,单片机将中断高温中药蒸发器高温加热中药药包;并且高温中药蒸发器高温加热药物,挥发气体是在车内无人的情况下进行,汽车一启动,高温中药蒸发器不再高温加热药物。也就是说,高温中药蒸发器的工作也受控于单片机,当有毒气体(如甲醛)的浓度未达到所设定的阈值时,单片机控制高温中药蒸发器不工作。该空气净化器在车子启动后仍会工作,只是简单检测车内一些气体,打开风机通风。
上述的实施例为本发明的较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限定,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所做的改变或其它等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种多用途的气体检测及净化器,包括电源供给组件、感应控制组件、执行组件和空气净化组件,感应控制组件分别与电源供给组件、执行组件和空气净化组件连接;多用途的气体检测及净化器设有出风口和吸风口,其特征在于:

所述执行组件包括分别与单片机连接的高温中药蒸发器、风机和显示屏,其中风机与气体浓度传感器连接;高温中药蒸发器放置在风机前面,用于蒸发中药气体;
单片机根据气体浓度传感器反馈回来的中药气体浓度信息,控制风机间断性工作;单片机根据气敏传感器所检测的有毒气体浓度信息,控制高温中药蒸发器是否工作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多用途的气体检测及净化器,其特征在于,高温中药蒸发器所加热的中药药包设有四种,其中第一个中药药包在甲醛浓度在每立方米空气中小于0.08mg时使用,第二个中药药包在甲醛浓度在每立方米空气中达到0.08-0.09mg时使用,第三个中药药包在甲醛浓度达到0.5mg/m3而小于0.6mg/m3时使用,第四个中药药包在甲醛浓度达到0.6mg/m3时使用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多用途的气体检测及净化器,其特征在于,所述感应控制组件还包括与单片机连接的可燃气体传感器;所述执行组件还包括与单片机连接的可燃气体催化器,可燃气体催化器对存在的可燃气体进行催化,生成无污染的物质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多用途的气体检测及净化器,其特征在于,所述感应控制组件还包括与单片机连接的温湿度传感器;所述执行组件还包括与单片机连接的空气加湿器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多用途的气体检测及净化器,其特征在于,所述执行组件还包括与单片机连接的声光二极管、蓝牙传输模块,声光二极管在紧急情况下发出光与声音进行报警,蓝牙传输模块与手机移动端无线连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多用途的气体检测及净化器,其特征在于,所述多用途的气体检测及净化器包括外壳,吸风口设置在外壳顶部,出风口设置在外壳左右两侧;外壳背部设有用于拆换空气净化组件的抽拉板;外壳底部有后盖,安装高温中药蒸发器的中药包。
7.根据权利要求1所述的多用途的气体检测及净化器,其特征在于,所述显示屏设置有控制中药药包散发香气时间长短的高档、中档、低档按键。
8.根据权利要求2所述的多用途的气体检测及净化器,其特征在于,所述第一个中药药包的组成为薄荷10份、紫苏叶5份、荆芥10份、苍术5份、白芷5份、陈皮15-20份、薰衣草5份、姜黄5份,菊花和金银花各10-15份;
所述第二个中药药包在第一个中药药包的基础上加入胖大海3-5份、桔梗5-8份、小柴胡7-10份、黄芩5-6份;
所述第三个中药药包在第一个中药药包的基础上加入皂荚10份及石菖蒲10份;
所述第四个中药药包在第一个中药药包的基础上加入红花5份、冰片15份;
在上述第一个至第四个中药药包中,每份代表10g。
