5) assembling the valve cover, the bracket and the driving device: the valve cover is arranged at the upper end of the valve body, the guide sleeve is arranged between the valve body and the valve cover, the guide rod and the guide sleeve are kept to form upper and lower guide, the filler is arranged in the groove and is downwards compressed by the gland, the lower end of the support is fixedly arranged at the upper part of the valve cover, the driving device is arranged at the upper part of the support, and the upper end of the upper valve rod upwards penetrates through the valve cover, the groove and the support, extends into the driving device and is connected with the driving device;
6) pressure test: carrying out a gas pressure seal test: closing the valve, inputting air from the inlet channel, slowly boosting the pressure to a test pressure, and observing whether the outlet channel leaks or not;
7) and drying the qualified double-seat type regulating valve, painting the outer surface and storing.
