In some embodiments, the first support base further comprises a first side plate 35, a second side plate 37, a third side plate 39, a first stiffening plate 41 and a second stiffening plate 42, the first side plate 35 being fixed to the first inner side 36 of the L-shaped base plate 1 perpendicular to the L-shaped base plate. The second side plate 37 is fastened to a second inner edge 38 of the L-shaped base plate 1 perpendicular to the L-shaped base plate 1. The third side plate 39 is fixed on the first outer edge 40 of the L-shaped bottom plate 1 perpendicular to the L-shaped bottom plate 1; the first stiffening plate 41 is parallel to the first right trapezoid board 4 and fixedly connected with the first ear board 2 and the first side board 35 respectively; the second stiffening plate 42 is connected in parallel with the first stiffening plate 7 and fixedly to the second ear plate 3 and the third side plate 39, respectively. The side plates and the reinforcing plates are additionally arranged, so that the force of the lug plates, the right-angle trapezoid plates and the reinforcing plates can be effectively transmitted, and the occurrence of safety accidents caused by deformation of the supporting seat or torsion breakage of main stress parts after the herringbone rocker arm holding pole is stressed in use is prevented.
In some embodiments, the second support base further comprises a first side plate 43 and a second side plate; the right angle opening formed by the lower surface of the first mounting plate 14 and the second mounting plate 17 and the first side plate 43 and the second side plate aligned with each other is B, and the first side plate 43 and the second side plate can enable the T-shaped structure formed by the first mounting plate 14 and the second mounting plate 17 to be more stable and prevent deformation of the T-shaped structure.
In some embodiments, the third support seat is provided with two first reinforcing plates 22, and the two first reinforcing plates 22 are mutually aligned and fixed at the openings of the first L-shaped angle steel 21; the fourth supporting seat is provided with two second reinforcing plates 25, the two second reinforcing plates 25 are mutually aligned and fixed at the openings of the second L-shaped angle steel 24, and the arrangement of the first reinforcing plates 22 and the second reinforcing plates 25 enables the structures of the first L-shaped angle steel 21 and the second L-shaped angle steel 24 to be more stable.

Claims (10)

1. A connection device for a herringbone pole bottom, comprising:
the first supporting seat comprises an L-shaped bottom plate, a first lug plate, a second lug plate, a first right-angle trapezoidal plate, a second right-angle trapezoidal plate, a nut plate, a first rib plate, a second rib plate and angle steel; the first ear plate and the second ear plate are fixed at preset positions of the L-shaped bottom plate in a vertical mode, and the first ear plate and the second ear plate are in parallel relation; the lower bottom edges of the first right-angle trapezoidal plate and the second right-angle trapezoidal plate are fixed on the L-shaped bottom plate, and the waists of the first right-angle trapezoidal plate and the second right-angle trapezoidal plate, which are perpendicular to the lower bottom edges, are fixed on the outer sides of the first ear plates; the nut plate is fixedly arranged between the upper bottom edge of the first right-angle trapezoidal plate and the upper bottom edge of the second right-angle trapezoidal plate; the first rib plate and the second rib plate are mutually parallel and fixed on the outer side of the second lug plate; the first right-angle side of the angle steel is fixed on the outer side edges of the first rib plate and the second rib plate; mounting holes are formed in two ends of the L-shaped bottom plate, mounting holes are formed in the top ends of the first lug plate and the second lug plate, mounting holes are formed in the second right-angle side of the angle steel, and nut holes are formed in the nut plate;
the second supporting seat comprises a first mounting plate, a first sharp corner plate, a second mounting plate and channel steel; the second mounting plate and the first mounting plate are fixed on the lower surface of the first mounting plate in a T shape; the first sharp angle plate and the second sharp angle plate are mutually parallel and fixed on the upper surface of the first mounting plate, and the channel steel is fixed at right angle openings of the first sharp angle plate and the second sharp angle plate; the first mounting plate, the second mounting plate and the channel steel are provided with mounting holes;
the third supporting seat comprises a first L-shaped angle steel and a first reinforcing plate fixed at the opening of the first L-shaped angle steel, and mounting holes are formed in two sides of the first L-shaped angle steel;
the fourth supporting seat comprises a second L-shaped angle steel and a second reinforcing plate fixed at the opening of the second L-shaped angle steel, and mounting holes are formed in two sides of the second L-shaped angle steel;
the bottom of the herringbone holding pole is hinged and fixed with the mounting holes of the first ear plate and the second ear plate through bolts, and the first ear plate is close to the outer side of the herringbone holding pole; the mounting holes of the second right-angle side of the angle steel are fixed with the mounting holes of the channel steel through bolts; the mounting holes on two sides of the second L-shaped angle steel are fixedly connected with the mounting holes of the first mounting plate and the mounting holes of the second mounting plate through bolts and with the horizontal angle steel at the top of the iron tower respectively; the mounting hole at one end of the L-shaped bottom plate and the mounting hole at one side of the first L-shaped angle steel are fixed through bolts, the nut plate is fixedly provided with a screw rod, and the screw rod pushes the bolts for fixing the L-shaped bottom plate and the first L-shaped angle steel; the mounting hole of the other end of the L-shaped bottom plate is fixedly connected with the horizontal cross arm connecting plate at the top of the iron tower through a bolt, and the mounting hole of the other side of the first L-shaped angle steel is fixedly connected with the longitudinal cross arm connecting plate at the top of the iron tower through a bolt.

The connection device for the bottom of a herringbone pole of claim 1, wherein the first support further comprises a first wing plate and a second wing plate, wherein the right-angle long side of the first wing plate is fixed on the outer top side of the first rib plate, the right-angle long side of the second wing plate is fixed on the outer top side of the second rib plate, and the first wing plate and the second wing plate are on the same plane.
3. The connection device for the bottom of a herringbone pole of claim 1, wherein the first support base further comprises angle iron side plates, the angle iron side plates being fixed at both ends of the angle iron.
4. The connection device for the bottom of a herringbone pole of claim 1, wherein the first support base further comprises a first sideboard; the first side plate is perpendicular to the L-shaped bottom plate and fixed on the first inner edge of the L-shaped bottom plate.
5. The connection device for the bottom of a herringbone pole of claim 4, wherein the first support base further comprises a second sideboard; the second side plate is perpendicular to the L-shaped bottom plate and fixed on the second inner edge of the L-shaped bottom plate.
6. The connection device for the bottom of a herringbone pole of claim 5, wherein the first support base further comprises a third sideboard; the third side plate is perpendicular to the L-shaped bottom plate and fixed on the first outer edge of the L-shaped bottom plate.
7. The connection device for the bottom of a herringbone pole of claim 6, wherein the first support base further comprises a first stiffener and a second stiffener; the first stiffening plate is parallel to the first right-angle trapezoidal plate and is fixedly connected with the first lug plate and the first side plate respectively; the second stiffening plate is parallel to the first stiffening plate and is fixedly connected with the second lug plate and the third lug plate respectively.
8. The connection device for the bottom of a herringbone pole of claim 1, wherein the second support further comprises a first side plate, a second side plate; the first side plate and the second side plate are mutually aligned and fixed on a right angle opening formed by the lower surface of the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate.
9. The connecting device for the bottom of the herringbone pole according to claim 1, wherein the third support base is provided with two first reinforcing plates, and the two first reinforcing plates are mutually aligned and fixed at the openings of the first L-shaped angle steel.
10. The connecting device for the bottom of the herringbone pole according to claim 1, wherein the fourth support base is provided with two second reinforcing plates, and the two second reinforcing plates are mutually aligned and fixed at the openings of the second L-shaped angle steel.
