Abstract

本发明涉及一种利用河水推动卧式水力推转叶轮带动扬水泵工作的提灌装置。本发明是在河流坝体外侧上部装有扬水泵,泵转轴上装有小转动轮;其下坝腰设有放水孔,孔端面装有闸门;其下,河面上方坝体外悬壁上装有水力推转叶轮,叶轮轴上的大传动轮经传动件直接或间接带动小传动轮。需提灌时,打开放水孔闸门,强压河水喷出,推动水力转轮转动,水泵内转轮亦转动工作,水泵下伸吸水管吸取河水,经水泵上伸排水管排入远输管道。如此,只要河流正常供水,即可自行提灌,方便实用,可靠省电。

技术领域 本发明涉及一种利用河水推动卧式水力推转叶轮带动扬水泵工作的提灌装置。
背景技术 目前,在大量用水需提灌时,多以通电电动机带动水泵工作,虽方便实用,但需大量耗电;若是不用电,以流动河水强压推力为动力,推动水轮机转动代替电动机工作完成河流或水库的对外提灌供水,岂不更好?
发明内容 本发明的目的是要提供一种利用河水推动卧式水力推转叶轮带动扬水泵工作的提灌装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:在河流坝体外侧上部外伸臂上装有扬水泵,泵转轴上装有小传动轮,泵上伸管伸入远输管道,下伸管伸入河水内;其下,坝腰设有放水孔,并装有闸门;再下,河水上方坝体外伸臂上平装有卧式水力推转叶轮,叶轮轴上装有大传动轮,大传动轮经传动件直接或间接带动小传动轮,必要时,可设张紧轮;为方便操作,亦可在传动轮或轴上设离合器。
需要提灌时,打开坝腰放水闸门,强压河水自放水孔中喷出,推动水力转轮转动,大传动轮亦转动,经传动件带动水泵小传动轮转动,水泵内转轮亦转动,水泵下伸吸水管吸入河水,并从上伸排水管排出,射进远输管道;无需耗电,可长期正常供水,方便可靠。

具体实施方式该装置包括一个坝体[1],坝体[1]外上部悬臂上装有扬水泵[2],泵[2]转轴上装有小传动轮[3];其下,坝体[1]设有排水孔[5],孔[5]端面装有闸门;再下,坝体[1]外伸悬臂上平装有水力转轮[6],轮[6]转轴上装有大传动轮[7],大轮[7]经传动件[4]直接或间接带动小传动轮[3];水力转轮[6]下方有河水[8]。
需提灌时,打开排水孔[5]的闸门,强压水流自孔[5]喷出,推动水力转轮[6]转动,大轮[7]亦转动,大轮[7]经传动件[4]带动小传动轮[3]转动,水泵[2]内转轮转动工作,水泵[2]下吸水管从河水[8]吸入河水,由泵[2]上排水管送入远输管道;不需供水时,可关闭孔[5]的闸门即可。传动轮或轴上设有离合器时,亦可操作离合器关停。

1.一种卧式水力推转叶轮带动扬水泵工作的提灌装置,该装置是在河流上建有坝体[1],其特征在于坝体[1]外侧上部装有扬水泵[2],泵[2]转轴上装有小传动轮[3],泵[2]下伸吸水管伸入河水[8]中,上伸排水管伸入远输管道;其下,坝体[1]设有放水孔[5],孔[5]装有闸门;再下,河水[8]上方坝体[1]外侧装有水力转轮[6],转轮[6]转轴上装有大传动轮[7];大轮[7]经传动件[4]直接或间接带动小轮[3]。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是坝体[1]外侧上部装有扬水泵[2]及小传动轮[3]。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是坝体[1]中部设有放水孔[5],并装有闸门。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是坝体[1]下部外侧装有转轮[6]及大轮[7]。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是大轮[7]经传动件[4]直接或间接带动小轮[3]。
