本发明涉及工业乳化剂技术领域,尤其是一种低粘原油乳化剂。
背景技术
乳化剂是能够改善乳浊液中各种构成相之间的表面张力,使之形成均匀稳定的分散体系或乳浊液的物质。乳化剂是表面活性物质,分子中同时具有亲水基和亲油基,它聚集在油/水界面上,可以降低界面张力和减少形成乳状液所需要的能量,从而提高乳状液的能量,其中,现有原油乳化剂的热稳定性和乳化性能较差,不易成型,驱油效果差,满足不了稠油降黏的要求,不利于开采和运输。
发明内容
为了克服现有的上述的不足,本发明提供了一种低粘原油乳化剂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种低粘原油乳化剂,包括以下质量份的组分:水78~82份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵1.5~4.5份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯聚醚6~10份,氟碳表面活性剂0.05~0.25份和碳酸钠1.5~3..5份。
进一步的,包括水79~81份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵2~4份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯聚醚7~9份,氟碳表面活性剂0.1~0.2份和碳酸钠2.0~3.0份。
进一步的,包括水80份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵3份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯聚醚8份,氟碳表面活性剂0.12份和碳酸钠2.5份。
本发明的有益效果是,利用该配方制得的原油乳化剂具有较好的热稳定性和乳化性能,易形成乳状液,从而具有一定的驱油效果,并且可满足稠油降黏的要求,利于开采和运输。

一种低粘原油乳化剂,包括以下质量份的组分:水80份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵3份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯聚醚8份,氟碳表面活性剂0.12份和碳酸钠2.5份。
