The capacitive proximity switch 9 is a well-known technology in the prior art, and is used for ensuring that the primary feed pipe 1 opens the primary feed outlet 4 of the required feed and the other primary feed outlet 4 is closed by detecting the condition of the primary feed outlet 4, so that the discharging operation is better performed.
