The limiting protrusion 1004 is matched with the limiting groove, and can limit the right supporting upright 1001 in the second direction and the vertical direction, so as to prevent the right supporting member 10 from rotating relative to the positioning seat 11, and the shape of the limiting protrusion 1004 is matched with the shape of the limiting groove. When the right supporting member 10 needs to be switched from the positioning position to the tilting position, even if the right supporting upright 1001 is switched from the vertical state to the inclined state, the right supporting member 10 is lifted upwards to move the limiting protrusion 1004 out of the limiting groove, the third right pin shaft moves upwards along the mounting hole, and then the right supporting member 10 is rotated downwards until the right supporting member 10 is laid on the lower layer positioning device, the laid right supporting member 10 is in the inclined state, the right supporting member 10 is switched to the tilting position, and the right supporting member 10 in the tilting position is supported by the bracket 17 of the lower layer positioning device. After the right support piece 10 is laid down, the material rack is convenient to store, the height of the material rack is reduced, and the space occupied by the material rack is reduced. The bracket 17 is a component which is arranged on the chassis 1 and is used for providing a supporting effect for the right supporting piece 10 in the turnover position, the bracket 17 is fixedly connected with the third positioning block 16, in the second direction, the bracket 17 is positioned between the third positioning block 16 and the positioning seat 11, the top surface of the bracket 17 is used for contacting with the right supporting piece 10, and the height of the top surface of the bracket 17 is smaller than that of the top surface of the third positioning block 16.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 10 to 14, the upper positioning block 1002 has a plurality of second upper positioning grooves for embedding the secondary muffler assembly of the automobile, all the second upper positioning grooves are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the upper positioning block 1002 and are equidistantly distributed, the upper positioning block 1002 has a certain length, the length direction of the upper positioning block 1002 is parallel to the first direction, the length of the upper positioning block 1002 is slightly smaller than the width of the chassis 1, the length of the upper positioning block 1002 is substantially the same as the length of the left door flap 18, and two ends of the left door flap 18 are respectively aligned with two ends of the upper positioning block 1002. The upper positioning block 1002 is fixedly connected to one end of each of the two right support columns 1001 in the length direction, and the third right pin is fixedly connected to the other end of each of the right support columns 1001 in the length direction. The second upper positioning groove is a semicircular groove, the second upper positioning groove is a groove formed by downwards recessing from the top surface of the upper positioning block 1002 to the inside of the upper positioning block 1002, the height of the top surface of the upper positioning block 1002 at the positioning position is greater than that of the top surface of the left door turning plate 18 at the positioning position, the number of the second upper positioning grooves is the same as that of the first upper positioning grooves, the shape of the second upper positioning grooves is matched with that of the automobile auxiliary silencer assembly, and the inner circular surface of the second upper positioning grooves is attached to the outer circular surface of the automobile auxiliary silencer assembly. The axis of the second upper positioning slot on the right support 10 in the positioning position is parallel to the second direction. When the right supporting piece 10 is switched from the positioning position to the turnover position, the right supporting piece 10 is turned downwards, and finally the right supporting piece 10 abuts against the bracket 17, and an included angle is formed between the axis of the second upper positioning groove on the right supporting piece 10 in the turnover position and the second direction and is an acute angle.
The pressing device in the assembling state is used for limiting the automobile auxiliary silencer assembly above the automobile auxiliary silencer assembly, the automobile auxiliary silencer assembly is prevented from jumping in the vertical direction, stability of the automobile auxiliary silencer assembly during transferring is guaranteed, and the pressing device in the assembling state is installed on the left portal frame 2 and the right portal frame 3. As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 15 to 22, the pressing device includes a first horizontal blocking frame 8, a second horizontal blocking frame 9, and a left pressing rod 12 and a right pressing rod 13 detachably connected to the first horizontal blocking frame 8 and the second horizontal blocking frame 9, when the pressing device is in an assembled state, the first horizontal blocking frame 8 and the second horizontal blocking frame 9 are installed on the left door frame 2 and the right door frame 3, the first horizontal blocking frame 8 and the second horizontal blocking frame 9 are oppositely arranged, the length directions of the first horizontal blocking frame 8 and the second horizontal blocking frame 9 are parallel to the second direction, the first horizontal blocking frame 8 and the second horizontal blocking frame 9 are on the same straight line parallel to the first direction, and the left door frame 2, the left pressing rod 12, the right pressing rod 13, and the right door frame 3 are sequentially arranged along the second direction. Left depression bar 12 and right depression bar 13 are located between left portal 2 and the right portal 3, the position of left depression bar 12 is close to left portal 2, the position of right depression bar 13 is close to right portal 3, and left depression bar 12 is located the top of the left door turnover board 18 that is in the locating position, right depression bar 13 is located the top of the right support piece 10 that is in positioner, left depression bar 12, right depression bar 13, first crosspiece frame 8 and second crosspiece frame 9 all are located the top of the vice muffler assembly of car, the length direction and the first direction of left depression bar 12 and right depression bar 13 are parallel. Preferably, one end of the first crosspiece 8 is connected with the left door frame 2 through a bolt 22, the other end of the first crosspiece 8 is connected with the right door frame 3 through another bolt 22, two ends of the first crosspiece 8 are respectively provided with a pin hole into which the bolt 22 is inserted, the bolt 22 is of an L-shaped structure, and the axis of the pin hole is parallel to the first direction; one end of the second transverse blocking frame 9 is connected with the left door frame 2 through a bolt 22, the other end of the second transverse blocking frame 9 is connected with the right door frame 3 through another bolt 22, two ends of the second transverse blocking frame 9 are respectively provided with a pin hole into which the bolt 22 is inserted, and the axis of the pin hole is parallel to the first direction; one end of the left pressure lever 12 is connected with the first transverse baffle frame 8 through a bolt 21, the other end of the left pressure lever 12 is connected with the second transverse baffle frame 9 through another bolt 21, two ends of the left pressure lever 12 are respectively provided with a pin hole for inserting the bolt 21, the axis of the bolt 21 is parallel to the second direction, the bolt 21 is a drawing pin capable of drawing along the second direction, and the two bolts 21 are arranged on the first transverse baffle frame 8 and the second transverse baffle frame 9. One end of the right pressing rod 13 is connected with the first transverse blocking frame 8 through a bolt 21, the other end of the right pressing rod 13 is connected with the second transverse blocking frame 9 through another bolt 21, two ends of the right pressing rod 13 are respectively provided with a pin hole for inserting the bolt 21, the axis of the bolt 21 is parallel to the second direction, the bolt 21 is a drawing pin capable of drawing along the second direction, and the two bolts 21 are installed on the first transverse blocking frame 8 and the second transverse blocking frame 9.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 15 to 22, the first crosspiece frame 8 includes a first upper beam 801, and a first left hanging rod 802 and a first right hanging rod 803 which are disposed on the first upper beam 801, the second crosspiece frame 9 includes a second upper beam 901, and a second left hanging rod 902 and a second right hanging rod 903 which are disposed on the second upper beam 901, the left pressure rod 12 is detachably connected to the first left hanging rod 802 and the second left hanging rod 902, the right pressure rod 13 is detachably connected to the first right hanging rod 803 and the second right hanging rod 903, the length directions of the first upper beam 801 and the second upper beam 901 are parallel to the second direction, the length sizes of the first upper beam 801 and the second upper beam 901 are the same, and two ends of the first upper beam 801 and the second upper beam 901 are aligned. As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 15 to 22, the second left hanging rod 902 and the second right hanging rod 903 have a certain length, the length directions of the second left hanging rod 902 and the second right hanging rod 903 are parallel, the length directions of the second left hanging rod 902 and the second right hanging rod 903 are perpendicular to the length direction of the second upper cross beam 901, one end of the second left hanging rod 902 and the second right hanging rod 903 in the length direction is fixedly connected to the second upper cross beam 901, the other end of the second left hanging rod 902 in the length direction is detachably connected to the left pressure lever 12, the other end of the second right hanging rod 903 in the length direction is detachably connected to the right pressure lever 13, and a latch 21 is respectively disposed on the second left hanging rod 902 and the second right hanging rod 903. As shown in fig. 5, the right gantry 3 further includes a first right upper supporting rod 304 disposed on the first right upright 301 and a second right upper supporting rod 305 disposed on the second right upright 302, the first right upper supporting rod 304 and the second right upper supporting rod 305 both have a certain length, and the length directions of the first right upper supporting rod 304 and the second right upper supporting rod 305 are parallel, the length direction of the first right upper supporting rod 304 is perpendicular to the length direction of the first right upright 301, the length direction of the second right upper supporting rod 305 is perpendicular to the length direction of the second right upright 302, the first right upper supporting rod 304 is fixedly connected to the first right upright 301 at a position between two ends of the first right upright 301 in the length direction, and the second right upper supporting rod 305 is fixedly connected to the second right upright 302 at a position between two ends of the second right upright 302 in the length direction.
When the pressing device is in an assembled state, the left door frame 2 and the right door frame 3 are in supporting positions, one end of the first upper cross beam 801 is connected with the first left upper supporting rod 204 through a bolt 22, the bolt 22 penetrates through a pin hole formed in the end part of the first upper cross beam 801 and a pin hole formed in the first left upper supporting rod 204, the end part of the first upper cross beam 801 is sleeved on the first left upper supporting rod 204, an opening through which the first left upper supporting rod 204 passes is formed in the bottom surface of the end part of the first upper cross beam 801, and the bolt 22 enables the first upper cross beam 801 and the first left upper supporting rod 204 to be relatively fixed; the other end of the first upper cross beam 801 is connected with the first right upper supporting rod 304 through another bolt 22, the bolt 22 passes through a pin hole formed in the other end of the first upper cross beam 801 and a pin hole formed in the first right upper supporting rod 304, the end of the first upper cross beam 801 is sleeved on the first right upper supporting rod 304, an opening through which the first right upper supporting rod 304 passes is formed in the bottom surface of the end of the first upper cross beam 801, the first upper cross beam 801 and the first right upper supporting rod 304 are relatively fixed through the bolt 22, the first left upper supporting rod 204 is matched with the first right upper supporting rod 304 to support the first cross stop frame 8, the first left hanging rod 802 and the first right hanging rod 803 are in a vertical state, and the first left hanging rod 802 and the first right hanging rod 803 extend towards the lower part of the first upper cross beam 801; similarly, one end of the second upper cross beam 901 is connected to the second left upper supporting rod 205 through a plug 22, the plug 22 passes through a pin hole formed in the end of the second upper cross beam 901 and a pin hole formed in the second left upper supporting rod 205, the end of the second upper cross beam 901 is sleeved on the second left upper supporting rod 205, an opening through which the second left upper supporting rod 205 passes is formed in the bottom surface of the end of the second upper cross beam 901, and the second upper cross beam 901 and the second left upper supporting rod 205 are kept relatively fixed by the plug 22; the other end of the second upper cross beam 901 is connected with the second right upper supporting rod 305 through another plug 22, the plug 22 passes through a pin hole formed in the other end of the second upper cross beam 901 and a pin hole formed in the second right upper supporting rod 305, the end of the second upper cross beam 901 is sleeved on the second right upper supporting rod 305, an opening through which the second right upper supporting rod 305 passes is formed in the bottom surface of the end of the second upper cross beam 901, the second upper cross beam 901 and the second right upper supporting rod 305 are relatively fixed through the plug 22, the second left upper supporting rod 205 is matched with the second right upper supporting rod 305 to support the second cross frame 9, the second left hanging rod 902 and the second right hanging rod 903 are in a vertical state, and the second left hanging rod 902 and the second right hanging rod 903 extend towards the lower part of the second upper cross beam 901. One end of the left pressure lever 12 is connected with the first left hanging lever 802 through a bolt 21, the bolt 21 is arranged on the first left hanging lever 802, and the bolt 21 is inserted into a pin hole arranged at the end of the left pressure lever 12; the other end of the left pressure lever 12 is connected with a second left hanging lever 902 through another bolt 21, the bolt 21 is arranged on the second left hanging lever 902 and the bolt 21 is inserted into a pin hole arranged at the end part of the left pressure lever 12, and the two bolts 22 make the left pressure lever 12 and the first and second crosspiece frames 8 and 9 relatively fixed; one end of the right pressing rod 13 is connected with the second left hanging rod 902 through a bolt 21, the bolt 21 is arranged on the second left hanging rod 902, and the bolt 21 is inserted into a pin hole arranged at the end of the right pressing rod 13; the other end of the right pressing rod 13 is connected with the second right hanging rod 903 through another bolt 21, the bolt 21 is arranged on the second right hanging rod 903, the bolt 21 is inserted into a pin hole arranged at the end part of the right pressing rod 13, and the two bolts 22 enable the right pressing rod 13 to be relatively fixed with the first transverse blocking frame 8 and the second transverse blocking frame 9.
When the pressing device needs to be switched from an assembling state to a disassembling state, the plug pins 21 are firstly pulled out from pin holes at two ends of the right pressing rod 13, the right pressing rod 13 is detached from the first transverse blocking frame 8 and the second transverse blocking frame 9, the plug pins 21 are then pulled out from pin holes at two ends of the left pressing rod 12, the left pressing rod 12 is detached from the first transverse blocking frame 8 and the second transverse blocking frame 9, the plug pins 22 are then pulled out from pin holes at two ends of the first upper cross beam 801, the first transverse blocking frame 8 is detached from the left door frame 2 and the right door frame 3, the plug pins 22 are finally pulled out from pin holes at two ends of the second upper cross beam 901, the second transverse blocking frame 9 is detached from the left door frame 2 and the right door frame 3, and the disassembling of the pressing device is completed. The pressing device is simple in structure, convenient to disassemble and assemble and high in efficiency.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and fig. 23 to 25, the rack body has a first receiving groove for receiving the first upper beam 801, a second receiving groove for receiving the second upper beam 901, and a third receiving groove for receiving the left pressing rod 12 and the right pressing rod 13, when the pressing device is in a disassembled state, the left pressing rod 12 and the right pressing rod 13 are placed in the third receiving groove, the first upper beam 801 is placed in the first receiving groove, and the second upper beam 901 is placed in the second receiving groove. The first containing groove is located between the second left corner wrapping plate 5 and the second right corner wrapping plate 7, the second containing groove is located between the first left corner wrapping plate 4 and the first right corner wrapping plate 6, and the third containing groove is located between the first left corner wrapping plate 4 and the second left corner wrapping plate 5. The first containing groove has a certain length, the length direction of the first containing groove is parallel to the second direction, the first containing groove is arranged on the chassis 1, the first containing groove is used for containing the first upper cross beam 801, after the first cross blocking frame 8 is detached from the left door frame 2 and the right door frame 3, the first cross blocking frame 8 is turned over for 180 degrees, then the first cross blocking frame 8 is inserted into the first containing groove, the first upper cross beam 801 is placed into the first containing groove, and the first left hanging rod 802 and the first right hanging rod 803 extend towards the upper side of the first upper cross beam 801 along the vertical direction. The second accommodating groove has a certain length, the length direction of the second accommodating groove is parallel to the second direction, the second accommodating groove is formed in the chassis 1, the second accommodating groove is used for accommodating a second upper cross beam 901, after the second cross frame 9 is detached from the left door frame 2 and the right door frame 3, the second cross frame 9 is turned over by 180 degrees, then the second cross frame 9 is inserted into the second accommodating groove, the second upper cross beam 901 is placed into the second accommodating groove, the second left hanging rod 902 and the second right hanging rod 903 extend towards the upper side of the second upper cross beam 901 along the vertical direction, and the second upper cross beam 901 and the first upper cross beam 801 are still in a parallel state. The third containing groove has certain length, the length direction of the third containing groove is parallel to the first direction, the third containing groove is arranged on the chassis 1, the third containing groove is used for containing a left pressure lever 12 and a right pressure lever 13, after the left pressure lever 12 and the right pressure lever 13 are disassembled from the first transverse baffle frame 8 and the second transverse baffle frame 9, the right pressure lever 13 is placed into the third containing groove, then the left pressure lever 12 is placed into the third containing groove, the left pressure lever 12 is pressed on the right pressure lever 13, and the left pressure lever 12 and the right pressure lever 13 are in a state parallel to the first direction. After the pressing device is disassembled, the left door turning plate 18 is switched to the turning-up position through the positioning device, the left door frame 2 is switched to the turning-over position through the supporting position, the right supporting piece 10 is switched to the turning-over position through the positioning position, and finally the right door frame 3 is switched to the turning-over position through the supporting position, so that the folding of the material frame is completed.
As shown in fig. 26, the folded material rack has small overall height and small occupied space, and a plurality of folded material racks can be stacked in the vertical direction, so that the space is greatly utilized, and the transportation cost is saved.
