Abstract

本发明公开了一种高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料,所述高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料包括最上层的聚乙烯树脂组合物、中间层的抗氧化复合材料和最下层的基料层组合而成,所述聚乙烯树脂混合物包括聚乙烯树脂、聚酰胺树脂和聚丙烯酸,所述的抗氧化复合材料包括硫酸钠、抗氧化剂、稳定剂和膨润土,所述基料层包括聚乙烯塑料和三元乙丙橡胶。通过上述方式,本发明不仅具具有良好的耐磨性能,同时还具有优异的抗氧化性,本发明通过在聚乙烯塑料中加入抗氧化复合材料能够增加聚乙烯塑料的高性能强度,大幅度的提高了聚乙烯塑料的抗氧化性。

Description

一种高性能抗氧化新型聚乙烯塑料
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,特别是涉及一种高性能抗氧化新型聚乙烯塑料。
背景技术
聚乙烯(简称PE)是乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂。在工业上,也包括乙烯与少量α-烯烃的共聚物。聚乙烯无臭,无毒,手感似蜡,具有优良的耐低温性能(最低使用温度可达-100~-70°C),化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀(不耐具有氧化性质的酸)。常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性优良,聚乙烯为典型的热塑性塑料,是无臭、无味、无毒的可燃性白色粉末。成型加工的PE树脂均是经挤出造粒的蜡状颗粒料,外观呈乳白色。分子量越高,其物理力学性能越好,越接近工程材料的要求水平。但分子量越高,其加工的难度也随之增大。聚乙烯熔点为100-130C·其耐低温性能优良。在-60℃下仍可保持良好的力学性能,但使用温度在80~110℃;聚乙烯化学稳定性较好,室温下可耐稀硝酸、稀硫酸和任何浓度的盐酸、氢氟酸、磷酸、甲酸、醋酸、氨水、胺类、过氧化氢、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾等溶液。但不耐强氧化的腐蚀,如发烟硫酸·浓硝酸、铬酸与硫酸的混合液。在室温下上述溶剂会对聚乙烯产生缓慢的侵蚀作用,而在90-100℃下,浓硫酸和浓硝酸会快速地侵蚀聚乙烯,使其破坏或分解。聚乙烯在大气、阳光和氧的作用下,会发生老化,变色、龟裂、变脆或粉化,丧失其力学性能。在成型加工温度下,也会因氧化作用,使其熔
戮度下降,发生变色、出现条纹,因此针对这一现状,需要开发一种高性能抗氧化新型聚乙烯塑料,以解决现实中存在的实际问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高性能抗氧化新型聚乙烯塑料,不仅具
具有良好的耐磨性能,同时还具有优异的抗氧化性,本发明通过在聚乙烯塑料中加入抗氧化复合材料能够增加聚乙烯塑料的高性能强度,大幅度的提高了聚乙烯塑料的抗氧化性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料,其特征在于:所述高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料包括最上层的聚乙烯树脂组合物、中间层的抗氧化复合材料和最下层的基料层组合而成,所述聚乙烯树脂混合物包括聚乙烯树脂、聚酰胺树脂和聚丙烯酸,所述的抗氧化复合材料包括硫酸钠、抗氧化剂、稳定剂和膨润土,所述基料层包括聚乙烯塑料和三元乙丙橡胶,所述聚乙烯塑料占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的70%-75%,所述三元乙丙橡胶占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的25%-30%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚乙烯树脂占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的60%-65%,所述聚酰胺树脂占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的15-18%,所述聚丙酸占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的20%-22%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述中间层的厚度为0.05-0.009cm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述硫酸钠、抗氧化剂、稳定剂和膨润土混合物质量比例为:3:7:5:4。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述最上层的厚度为3-5um。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种高性能抗氧化新型聚乙烯塑料,不仅具
具有良好的耐磨性能,同时还具有优异的抗氧化性,本发明通过在聚乙烯塑料中加入抗氧化复合材料能够增加聚乙烯塑料的高性能强度,大幅度的提高了聚乙烯塑料的抗氧化性。

一种高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料,所述高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料包括最上层的聚乙烯树脂组合物、中间层的抗氧化复合材料和最下层的基料层组合而成,所述聚乙烯树脂混合物包括聚乙烯树脂、聚酰胺树脂和聚丙烯酸,所述的抗氧化复合材料包括硫酸钠、抗氧化剂、稳定剂和膨润土,所述基料层包括聚乙烯塑料和三元乙丙橡胶,所述聚乙烯塑料占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的70%,所述三元乙丙橡胶占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的25%;所述聚乙烯树脂占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的60%,所述聚酰胺树脂占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的15%,所述聚丙酸占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的20%;所述中间层的厚度为0.05cm;所述硫酸钠、抗氧化剂、稳定剂和膨润土混合物质量比例为:3:7:5:4;所述最上层的厚度为3um。

一种高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料,所述高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料包括最上层的聚乙烯树脂组合物、中间层的抗氧化复合材料和最下层的基料层组合而成,所述聚乙烯树脂混合物包括聚乙烯树脂、聚酰胺树脂和聚丙烯酸,所述的抗氧化复合材料包括硫酸钠、抗氧化剂、稳定剂和膨润土,所述基料层包括聚乙烯塑料和三元乙丙橡胶,所述聚乙烯塑料占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的75%,所述三元乙丙橡胶占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的30%;所述聚乙烯树脂占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的65%,所述聚酰胺树脂占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的18%,所述聚丙酸占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的22%;所述中间层的厚度为0.09cm;所述硫酸钠、抗氧化剂、稳定剂和膨润土混合物质量比例为:3:7:5:4;所述最上层的厚度为5um。

一种高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料,所述高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料包括最上层的聚乙烯树脂组合物、中间层的抗氧化复合材料和最下层的基料层组合而成,所述聚乙烯树脂混合物包括聚乙烯树脂、聚酰胺树脂和聚丙烯酸,所述的抗氧化复合材料包括硫酸钠、抗氧化剂、稳定剂和膨润土,所述基料层包括聚乙烯塑料和三元乙丙橡胶,所述聚乙烯塑料占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的72%,所述三元乙丙橡胶占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的27%;所述聚乙烯树脂占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的62%,所述聚酰胺树脂占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的17%,所述聚丙酸占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的21%;所述中间层的厚度为0.07cm;所述硫酸钠、抗氧化剂、稳定剂和膨润土混合物质量比例为:3:7:5:4;所述最上层的厚度为4um。
发明一种高性能抗氧化新型聚乙烯塑料,不仅具具有良好的耐磨性能,同时还具有优异的抗氧化性,本发明通过在聚乙烯塑料中加入抗氧化复合材料能够增加聚乙烯塑料的高性能强度,大幅度的提高了聚乙烯塑料的抗氧化性。

1.一种高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料,其特征在于:所述高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料包括最上层的聚乙烯树脂组合物、中间层的抗氧化复合材料和最下层的基料层组合而成,所述聚乙烯树脂混合物包括聚乙烯树脂、聚酰胺树脂和聚丙烯酸,所述的抗氧化复合材料包括硫酸钠、抗氧化剂、稳定剂和膨润土,所述基料层包括聚乙烯塑料和三元乙丙橡胶,所述聚乙烯塑料占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的70%-75%,所述三元乙丙橡胶占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的25%-30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯树脂占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的60%-65%,所述聚酰胺树脂占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的15%-18%,所述聚丙酸占高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料总体分量的20%-22%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料,其特征在于,所述中间层的厚度为0.05-0.09cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料,其特征在于,所述硫酸钠、抗氧化剂、稳定剂和膨润土混合物质量比例为:3:7:5:4。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高性能抗氧化聚乙烯塑料,其特征在于,所述最上层的厚度为3-5um。
