Abstract
The invention discloses a piano soundboard ribbed wood press which comprises a rectangular top frame, four supporting legs, a first workbench and a plurality of filler strips, wherein the first workbench is connected with the four supporting legs and positioned below the rectangular top frame; each filler strip is detachably provided with a pressing strip, the bottom of each pressing strip is provided with a groove with a circular arc-shaped cross section along the length direction of the pressing strip, a cylindrical air bag used for compressing the rib wood of the piano is arranged in each groove, and one end of each cylindrical air bag is connected with a compressed air source through an air pipe. The piano soundboard ribbing press provided by the invention can completely press the bottom surface of the ribbing and the soundboard, so that the quality of the soundboard is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of piano manufacturing, in particular to a rib wood press for a piano soundboard.
Background

In view of the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a piano soundboard and ribwood pressing machine, which aims to solve the technical problem that the two ends of the bottom surface of the ribwood cannot be firmly bonded with the soundboard due to no compression between the soundboard and the ribwood in the compression process of the soundboard and the ribwood in the prior art.

In the soundboard rib wood press, the radiuses of the circular arcs of the cross sections of the grooves are equal, and the outer diameter of each cylindrical air bag is equal to the radius of the circular arc of the cross section of each groove.
In the soundboard ribbed wood press, the grooves are respectively communicated with two ends of the pressing strip; the angle of the cross section circular arc of the groove is 180-240 degrees.
In the soundboard rib wood pressing machine, two ends of the cylindrical air bag respectively extend out of two ends of the corresponding groove.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a piano soundboard rib wood press, which is further described in detail below by referring to the attached drawings and embodiments in order to make the purpose, technical scheme and effect of the invention clearer and clearer. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the invention provides a rib wood press for a piano soundboard. The air pipes corresponding to the respective air bags are not shown in the drawings, as are components such as control valves, compressed air sources, sound boards to be pressed, and ribs.
The rib wood pressing machine for the piano soundboard comprises a rectangular top frame 101, four support legs 102 arranged at four corners of the rectangular top frame, a first workbench 20 connected with the four support legs and positioned below the rectangular top frame, and a plurality of filler strips 30 arranged on the first workbench; the number of the cushion strips is the same as that of the ribs on the soundboard to be pressed, and the inclination directions of the cushion strips are the same; each backing strip is detachably provided with a pressing strip 40, the bottom of each pressing strip is provided with a groove 401 with a circular arc-shaped cross section along the length direction of the pressing strip, each groove is internally provided with a cylindrical air bag 50 used for compressing a piano rib, and one end of each cylindrical air bag is connected with a compressed air source through an air pipe. The cushion strips and the pressing strips are preferably solid wood strips, so that the cushion strips and the pressing strips are convenient to process and low in cost. The first workbench is preferably a rectangular steel plate and is connected with the four support legs through welding. The length of the groove and the air bag is longer than that of the corresponding rib wood, so that the pressing effect is guaranteed.
During operation, each pressing strip is firstly loosened, the soundboard bonded with the ribs is placed above the filler strips of the first workbench, and the ribs are ensured to be aligned with the filler strips. The battens are then placed over the battens and reconnected to the battens, with the ribs of the soundboard being located below the cylindrical cells. And opening a control valve (not shown in the figure) to enable compressed air to enter each cylindrical air bag, expanding the cylindrical air bags, enabling each air bag to upwards abut against the groove, enabling each air bag to downwards press the corresponding rib, and keeping the pressure for a period of time until each rib is pressed against the soundboard. Because the air bags have certain deformability, the upper surfaces (including the upper surfaces at the notches) of the ribs can be completely contacted with the air bags in the whole length direction and are subjected to downward pressure exerted by the air bags, so that the slightly arc-shaped bottom surfaces of the ribs can be completely pressed with the soundboard, and the pressing quality of the soundboard and the ribs is ensured; furthermore, the surface of the rib is not damaged or an impression is not left by the air bag compression.
Further, in the soundboard rib wood press, because the widths of all the ribs are approximately equal, the radiuses of the circular arcs of the cross sections of all the grooves 401 are set to be equal, and the outer diameters of all the cylindrical air bags 50 are equal to the radiuses of the circular arcs of the cross sections of all the grooves, so that the air bags can be abutted to the grooves after being inflated.
As shown in fig. 4, further, in the soundboard rib wood press, the grooves are respectively communicated with two ends of the pressing strip, so that the arrangement of the air bags is facilitated; the angle of the arc of the cross section of the groove is 180-240 degrees, so that the air bag has enough contact area with the top surface of the filler strip, and meanwhile, the air bag is guaranteed to have enough deformation in the vertical direction so as to be capable of abutting against the upper surfaces of the gaps at the two ends of the rib.
As shown in fig. 4, further, in the soundboard rib wood pressing machine, two ends of the cylindrical air bag respectively extend out of two ends of the corresponding groove, and through the arrangement, the installation of the air bag is further facilitated.
As shown in fig. 4, two opposite vertical clamping bars 41 (only one clamping bar is observed in the view angle in the figure) are respectively arranged on two sides of the rear end of each cushion bar and the corresponding pressing bar, the upper parts of the two opposite clamping bars are hinged with the pressing bar, and the lower parts of the two opposite clamping bars are fixedly connected with the cushion bars through bolts. In addition, the front ends of each cushion strip and the corresponding pressing strip are connected in a buckling mode through a buckling piece. Through this setting, further simplified the connection between layering and the filler strip, the during operation only needs open each buckle spare, can upwards rotate the front end of each filler strip to the soundboard after will compressing tightly takes out or will treat the soundboard that compresses tightly and prevent on the filler strip of first workstation, thereby improved work efficiency.
As shown in fig. 4, further, the fastener is a clip 42 having a substantially inverted U shape, two legs of the clip (only one leg of the clip is seen from the view) are hinged to two sides of the front end of the pad strip, and the top end of the clip is used for clamping the bead. The front ends of the pressing strips and the cushion strips can be hooped or loosened by only rotating the clamp, so that the clamping device is convenient and fast.
Referring to fig. 5, further, each airbag includes a section of airbag tube 501, and a first cylinder 502 and a second cylinder 503 respectively sleeved on two ends of the airbag tube; one end of the first cylinder, which is exposed out of the air bag pipe, is provided with a cover plate (not visible from the view angle in the figure), and the cover plate is connected with an air pipe connector (not visible from the view angle in the figure), and the air pipe connector is communicated with the inner cavity of the first cylinder; the end of the second cylinder exposed from the balloon tube is provided with a blind plate 504. Wherein the air bag tube and the first and second cylinders are respectively clamped by a tube clamp (not shown in the figure). Preferably, the first cylinder and the second cylinder are both metal cylinders. The material of the air bag pipe can be canvas, PVC or other materials which are pressure-resistant, air-leakage-proof and have a certain deformation. In practical application, the first cylinder and the second cylinder respectively extend out of two ends of the groove and are not extruded by the pressing strip and the cushion strip. Through the mode, a piano manufacturer can manufacture a proper air bag according to the size of the rib wood on the piano soundboard manufactured by the piano manufacturer, and the air bag is very simple to manufacture and low in cost.
Furthermore, in the soundboard rib wood press, a second workbench is further arranged on the rectangular top frame, and a plurality of cushion strips, pressing strips and air bags are arranged on the second workbench (not shown in the figure) in the same manner as the first workbench. Each air bag is connected with a compressed air source through another control valve (not shown in the figure), namely the first workbench and the second workbench can be independently operated, namely, double-station operation can be realized on the basis of not increasing the occupied area of the press and needing no auxiliary ascending tools for operators, so that the working efficiency of the press is doubled.
In summary, the cushion strips with the same number and the same cutting direction as the ribs on the sound board are arranged on the first workbench, each cushion strip is detachably provided with one pressing strip, the bottom of each pressing strip is provided with an arc-shaped groove, and each groove is internally provided with one air bag, so that the pressing of each rib is realized in an air bag inflation mode, the lower surface of each rib is ensured to be completely pressed with the sound board, and the pressing efficiency and the pressing quality of the sound board and the ribs are improved. Through articulating each layering and the rear end of filler strip, with the front end buckle connection of each layering and filler strip, make things convenient for the operation of the pine between layering and the filler strip and chucking, improved work efficiency. The press machine has the advantages that the plurality of cushion strips, the pressing strips, the air bags and other parts are arranged on the second workbench according to the arrangement mode of the first workbench, so that the working efficiency of the press machine is doubled.

A piano soundboard ribbing press is characterized by comprising a rectangular top frame, four support legs arranged at four corners of the rectangular top frame, a first workbench connected with the four support legs and positioned below the rectangular top frame, and a plurality of filler strips arranged on the first workbench; the number of the cushion strips is the same as that of the ribs on the soundboard to be pressed, and the inclination directions of the cushion strips are the same; each cushion strip is respectively and detachably provided with a pressing strip, the bottom of each pressing strip is respectively provided with a groove with a circular arc-shaped cross section along the length direction of the pressing strip, each groove is respectively provided with a cylindrical air bag for pressing a piano rib, and one end of each cylindrical air bag is respectively connected with a compressed air source through an air pipe;
two sides of the rear end of each cushion strip and the corresponding pressing strip are respectively and vertically provided with two clamping strips oppositely, the upper parts of the two clamping strips oppositely arranged are hinged with the pressing strip, and the lower parts of the two clamping strips oppositely arranged are fixedly connected with the cushion strip through bolts;
the front ends of each cushion strip and the corresponding pressing strip are connected in a buckling mode through a buckling piece.
2. The soundboard rib press as claimed in claim 1 wherein the radii of the circular cross-sectional arcs of the respective recesses are equal and the outer diameter of the respective cylindrical bladders is equal to the radii of the circular cross-sectional arcs of the respective recesses.
3. The soundboard rib wood press according to claim 2, wherein each of the grooves communicates with both ends of the hold-down bar, respectively; the angle of the cross section circular arc of the groove is 180-240 degrees.
4. The soundboard rib press as claimed in claim 3 wherein the cylindrical air pockets project at opposite ends from the respective recesses.
5. The soundboard rib wood press according to claim 1, wherein the snap means is a clip having a substantially inverted U-shape, two legs of the clip being hinged to the sides of the front end of the backing strip, the top end of the clip being for gripping the bead.

The soundboard rib wood press according to claim 1 wherein each air bag comprises a section of air bag tube, and a first cylinder and a second cylinder sleeved into the two ends of the air bag tube, respectively; one end of the first cylinder, which is exposed out of the air bag pipe, is provided with a cover plate, and the cover plate is connected with an air pipe connector which is communicated with the inner cavity of the first cylinder; one end of the second cylinder, which is exposed out of the air bag pipe, is provided with a blind plate.
7. The soundboard rib wood press according to claim 1, wherein a second table is further provided on the rectangular top frame, the second table being provided with a plurality of beads, battens and air bags in the same manner as the first table.
