本发明公开了一种用于型材切割的切割台，包括切割平台，以及安装在切割平台上的砂轮切割机，所述切割平台在砂轮切割机的左右两侧均设有一个气缸压紧装置，所述的气缸压紧装置包括缸筒和顶出杆，所述的缸筒通过支架与切割平台固定，所述的顶出杆竖直向下。本发明通过气缸压紧装置对型材进行非常好的压紧，便于砂轮切割机对型材的切割。

技术领域
本发明涉及型材加工设备领域，尤其涉及一种用于型材切割的切割台。
背景技术
型材是铁或钢以及具有一定强度和韧性的材料通过轧制、挤出、铸造等工艺制成的具有一定几何形状的物体，其用途非常广泛，尤其在护栏、门窗等领域，使用颇多。
在利用型材生产护栏、门窗时，需要对型材进行裁切，才能得到所需长度的型材，型材的裁切通常采用砂轮切割机进行切割，在进行切割时，首先需要在型材上标出需要切割的位置，然后再用砂轮切割机对该位置进行切割，切割时缺少型材的夹紧装置，无法实现精确切割。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供了一种用于型材切割的切割台，有效解决背景技术中指出的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种用于型材切割的切割台，包括切割平台，以及安装在切割平台上的砂轮切割机，所述切割平台在砂轮切割机的左右两侧均设有一个气缸压紧装置，所述的气缸压紧装置包括缸筒和顶出杆，所述的缸筒通过支架与切割平台固定，所述的顶出杆竖直向下。
作为优选，所述顶出杆的外端部固定有一层弹性层。
弹性层能够提高顶出杆与型材之间的摩擦力，提高气缸压紧装置的型材的压紧效果，防止型材在切割时发生移动。
本发明通过气缸压紧装置对型材进行非常好的压紧，便于砂轮切割机对型材的切割。

下面通过具体的实施例并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
如图1所示，一种用于型材切割的切割台，包括切割平台21，以及安装在切割平台21上的砂轮切割机22，所述切割平台21在砂轮切割机22的左右两侧均设有一个气缸压紧装置，所述的气缸压紧装置包括缸筒23和顶出杆24，所述的缸筒23通过支架25与切割平台21固定，所述的顶出杆24竖直向下。
所述顶出杆24的外端部固定有一层弹性层26。
本发明在使用时，将型材需要切割的位置置于砂轮切割机22的切割处，然后通过气缸压紧装置将型材的前后两端进行压紧，再进行切割。

1.一种用于型材切割的切割台，其特征在于，包括切割平台(21)，以及安装在切割平台(21)上的砂轮切割机(22)，所述切割平台(21)在砂轮切割机(22)的左右两侧均设有一个气缸压紧装置，所述的气缸压紧装置包括缸筒(23)和顶出杆(24)，所述的缸筒(23)通过支架(25)与切割平台(21)固定，所述的顶出杆(24)竖直向下。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于型材切割的切割台，其特征在于，所述顶出杆(24)的外端部固定有一层弹性层(26)。
