Compared with the prior art, the structure of the gang saw welding machine is improved, so that the heating pipe of the high-frequency heating machine is automatically adjusted according to the height of the edge of the saw plate, the position of the heating pipe of the high-frequency heating machine is always consistent with the position of a seam between the diamond tool bit and the saw blade, the heating is further ensured to meet the welding technical requirement, and the firmness of all the diamond tool bits which are welded again in the gang saw is ensured.

The photoelectric sensor 8 and the driving piece are electrically connected with the control circuit, and the control circuit can control the driving piece to operate according to the signal of the photoelectric sensor 8.

A descending limiting trigger part 11 and an ascending limiting trigger part 12 are arranged between the saw plate positioning device 4 and the photoelectric sensor 8, and the descending limiting trigger part 11 and the ascending limiting trigger part 12 are both fixedly connected with the rack 1. The upward limiting trigger part 12 is positioned above the downward limiting trigger part 11, and when the photoelectric sensor 8 moves downwards and the photoelectric sensor 8 is triggered by the downward limiting trigger part 11, the control circuit controls the driving part to stop rotating so as to prevent the platform 2 from continuously moving downwards; when the photoelectric sensor 8 moves upwards and the photoelectric sensor 8 is triggered by the ascending limit trigger 12, the control circuit also controls the driving part to stop rotating, so that the platform 2 is prevented from continuously moving upwards; further, the heating pipe in the high-frequency heating machine 3 is prevented from being damaged due to collision with the tool bit clamping device 5 and the saw plate clamping device 6, the lifting motion of the platform 2 is prevented from reaching the limit, the driving piece is effectively protected, and the driving piece is prevented from being overloaded.
Next, the tip holding device 5 and the high-frequency heater 3 are operated to complete the welding of the first diamond tip 14.
Then, the saw plate 13 is moved to enable the welding position of the second diamond tool bit 14 to be located right below the tool bit clamping device 5, and if the height of the upper edge of the welding position of the second diamond tool bit 14 in the saw plate 13 is changed relative to the height of the upper edge of the welding position of the first diamond tool bit 14, the light beam emitted by the photoelectric sensor 8 is completely blocked or not blocked, so that the control circuit controls the driving piece to rotate to enable the platform 2 to ascend or descend until the light beam emitted by the photoelectric sensor 8 is aligned with the upper edge of the saw plate 13 again; in the process, the position of the heating pipe in the high-frequency heating machine 3 is also adjusted, so that the position of the heating pipe in the high-frequency heating machine 3 corresponds to the position of the upper edge of the welding position of the second diamond tool bit 14 in the saw plate 13, and the heating state is ensured to meet the relevant technical requirements of welding the diamond tool bit 14.
