Abstract
The invention discloses a self-punching rivet which comprises a riveting mechanism, a punching and riveting mechanism and a fixing mechanism, wherein the riveting mechanism comprises a mounting cylinder and a hammering piece, the hammering piece is mounted at the upper end of the mounting cylinder, threads are arranged on the outer side of the mounting cylinder, the punching and riveting mechanism is mounted at the inner side of the riveting mechanism, the punching and riveting mechanism comprises a punching hammer, a riveting piece and a first spring, the punching hammer is movably mounted at the upper end of the inner side of the mounting cylinder through the threads, the riveting piece is movably mounted at the lower end of the inner side of the mounting cylinder, a rotary handle is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the punching hammer, and the first spring is mounted between the rotary handle and the hammering piece. According to the invention, two materials to be riveted are fixed well, the rivet is fixed at the riveting place of the two materials through the fixing mechanism, the riveting mechanism is fixed through the riveting mechanism, and meanwhile, the riveting piece is driven to fix the two materials through the riveting mechanism, so that the stability and the firmness of riveting of the two materials are ensured.
