Description of the embodiments

The large material particles are sheared and crushed by the triangular diamond cutter teeth 11 and the diamond saw teeth 14 to become small and medium particles, the small and medium particles gradually move to the rear of the crushing working cavity 8 to enter the coarse grinding teeth 19, the large material particles are thrown out of the inner tooth grooves of the coarse grinding teeth 19 under the action of centrifugal force and enter the tooth grooves of the double-sided grinding teeth 18, the small material particles are sheared and ground by the outer side surface of the coarse grinding teeth 19 and the inner side surface of the double-sided grinding teeth 18 when passing through, then the small material particles flow into the upper plane of the fine grinding teeth 20 from the lower plane of the double-sided grinding teeth 18, the material particles are crushed and ground again, and the fine material particles are thrown out of the tooth grooves of the fine grinding teeth 20 of the stepped grinding teeth 13 and flow to an outlet. The bearing 21 of the rotor 12 is sleeved on the main shaft 6, and a mechanical seal is arranged between the main shaft 6 and the stainless steel pump body 2. The rotor 12 is a squirrel cage type, so that the material is smoothly conveyed, and the problem that the prior crushing equipment cannot enter a next process due to the blockage of a pipeline valve nozzle and the like by particles is solved.
During crushing and grinding, under the high-speed drive of the motor 3, various size particles in the material must bear hundreds of thousands of times of high-speed shearing and impact crushing of conical saw teeth 15 of the rotor when entering a channel of the non-blocking crushing working cavity 8 of the rotor 12 through a feed inlet, gradually roll axially and radially, and under the action of centrifugal force of conical saw teeth blades 15 in the rotor, the particles in the material are thrown into a shearing crushing area between diamond saw teeth 14 on the outer side of the rotor and triangular diamond cutter teeth 11 of the stator to perform centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting, crushing and grinding. Under the action of the strong high-speed shearing effect and the high-frequency oscillation effect generated by the superposition crushing motion, the particles in the material are continuously subjected to shearing crushing grinding fineness so as to flow out of a discharge hole of the pump after the particle size reaches the specified particle size requirement. The material particles ground and refined by the crushing grinder are generally between 0.1 and 3mm (can also be determined according to the discharging requirement), the general conveying lift can reach 3 to 12 meters, and the maximum lift can reach 50 meters.
