Abstract
An auxiliary bracket for deep venous catheter occlusion thrombolysis. The invention belongs to the field of medical auxiliary equipment application, and particularly discloses a support frame design method suitable for foot joint venous thrombolysis. The stress response of the foot joint bending is spontaneously generated from time to time by the patient due to the pain of the joint during the thrombolysis process. This reaction may cause some hindrance to the foot joint thrombolysis process and may even cause the thrombolysis tube to puncture the venous vessels of the foot. The method provides a foot supporting platform for a patient with foot joint venous thrombolysis in the thrombolysis process, can inhibit the stress reaction of the patient and improve the comfort of the patient in the thrombolysis process. Greatly reduces the pain and discomfort of the patient in the thrombolysis process and reduces the workload of medical staff in the thrombolysis operation process.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of interventional medical equipment auxiliary equipment, in particular to stent equipment for assisting a human body intravascular treatment venous thrombus thrombolysis process.
Background
The deep Popliteal-iliac vein thrombosis (Popliteal-iliac femoral thrombosis) is a disease caused by thrombus formed by blood coagulation in a deep vein, the disease is caused by limb necrosis and pulmonary embolism risk, and the disease must be treated through deep vein thrombosis such as Popliteal-iliac femoral intervention, and the method mainly comprises catheter thrombus extraction, catheter contact thrombolysis and the like.
In the process of thrombolysis, the legs of a patient are extremely painful, and the legs are difficult to fix and place normally. And the catheter thrombolysis process is greatly hindered by the accompanying actions of leg and limb convulsion, leg megajoint curling and the like. Therefore, in order to facilitate the thrombolysis process and reduce the pain of a patient and the working strength of medical staff, the medical auxiliary device for supporting the leg during the catheter thrombolysis process is developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a leg placing support in a leg large-joint venous intravascular catheter thrombolysis process, which is used for reducing the influence of stress reflex of a patient on a thrombolysis operation in the thrombolysis process. And the problem of placing and fixing the legs of the patient in the operation process is solved, and the comfort of the patient in the operation process is improved.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the problems is as follows: an auxiliary bracket for thrombolysis of deep venous catheter blockage comprises a thigh support frame, a foot large joint support frame and a shank support frame, wherein the three parts are in semi-arc design and are integrally connected, and a pair of bandage holes are formed in the tail ends of arcs and used for fixing thighs on the bracket.
Furthermore, the thigh support frame and the shank support frame are respectively provided with 9 air holes for leg perspiration and ventilation, so that the breeding phenomenon of microorganisms caused by the non-circulation of air in the long-time thrombolysis operation of the legs is prevented.
Furthermore, the lower end of the foot large joint support is provided with a thrombolysis three-way pipe arrangement notch on the foot large joint support. And the three-way pipe conduit and the blood conduit are provided with grooves, the diameter of the groove is 10 mm;
the lower end of the foot large joint support is also provided with a thrombolysis operation window which is used for detecting the intraoperative conditions of the three-way pipe and the intravenous administration injection port at any time so as to facilitate the operation and control of medical staff in the thrombolysis operation at any time.
Furthermore, a lower bottom transparent cover plate is arranged below the large joint support and used for covering the thrombolytic operation window and preventing foreign matters of external dust from entering to pollute the three-way pipe and related infusion pipes.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1 the fixation of the administration catheter and the blood output tube which are connected with the three-way tube in the thrombolysis process. As the invention designs the arrangement grooves of the related catheters, the pipelines can be orderly arranged in the operation process, and the phenomenon that the pipelines are staggered and knotted with each other is avoided.
2 in addition, in the thrombolysis, the operation process is relatively long, and the patient is painful in the operation, and the support is favorable for relieving the uncomfortable feeling of the leg of the patient and reducing unsafe factors caused by the curling of the leg in the operation.
3 the bracket is helpful to reduce the workload of medical workers in the leg large joint venous thrombolysis, can directly insert a catheter and inject medicines through the operation window below the large joint bracket, and reduces the thrombolysis operation difficulty caused by the overlarge movement of the leg joint in the patient operation.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
an auxiliary support for thrombolysis of deep venous catheter blockage comprises a shank support frame 1, air holes 2 on the shank support frame, a thigh support frame 3, air holes 4 on the thigh support frame, a foot large joint support frame 5, a thrombolysis three-way pipe arrangement notch 6 on the foot large joint support frame, a three-way pipe and blood pipe arrangement groove 7, a thrombolysis operation window 8, a transparent cover plate 9 at the lower bottom and a bandage hole 10;
as shown in the exploded views of fig. 2 and 3, the left side is a shank support frame 1, the right side is a thigh support frame 3, and the middle part is a foot large joint support 5, which are respectively used for fixing thigh joints of a patient in catheter thrombolysis. Two bandage holes 10 are respectively arranged above the upper parts of the upper parts and the lower parts, and are used for putting on the bandage, so that the thigh and the bracket can be fixed and can be prevented from falling off.
The foot large joint support 5 is provided with a thrombolysis three-way pipe arrangement notch 6 on the foot large joint support, which is used for placing a thrombolysis three-way pipe in catheter thrombolysis, and three interfaces connected with the three-way pipe are respectively an operation administration catheter inlet, a thrombus catheter outlet and a vein communicating pipe. Meanwhile, four blood conduit arrangement grooves 7 are distributed around the three-way pipe and used for placing the conduits connected with the three-way pipe, so that staggered knotting among the conduits is avoided.
As shown in fig. 3, a lower transparent cover plate 9 is provided at the bottom of the foot large joint support 5, and 2 functions are provided: 1 is used for pushing and pulling the operation opening to close in the thrombolytic operation to prevent the entry of impurities. 2 is convenient for medical staff to observe the flowing condition of the medicine and blood in the thrombolysis pipeline when the cover plate is closed.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, but all equivalent flow design changes made by using the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or the direct or indirect application of the present invention to other related technical fields are included in the scope of the present invention.
