Abstract

The invention discloses a personalized adjacent surface forming system and a method for preparing and assisting in filling affected teeth. The filling method of the invention comprises the following steps: 1) if the adjacent surface of the affected tooth has caries but the anatomical appearance is intact or the tooth body has defect, the appearance is quickly recovered by using glass ions; 2) preparing a personalized adjacent surface forming system of the affected tooth; 3) removing caries from affected teeth, and preparing teeth; 4) resetting the personalized adjacent surface forming system, namely, re-positioning the retention ring and the cured flowing resin at the target affected tooth so that the bean petal forming piece is tightly attached between the affected tooth and the flowing resin; 5) and carrying out resin filling on the target affected tooth, carrying out occlusion adjustment on the resin filling material cured by light, grinding occlusion interference points, and polishing the resin filling material. Technical Field

Background
At present, the treatment mode of the decayed and affected teeth is mainly resin filling treatment. For the adjacent surface caries of posterior teeth, the problem of adjacent surface forming is involved in resin filling, and the adjacent surface forming system which is conventionally used clinically is a bean petal forming sheet system. The bean-shaped tablet system is suitable for the adjacent surface caries of the affected tooth, but the affected tooth is required to remove the caries tissue and the adjacent area is not damaged after the tooth body is prepared. If the adjacent area of the affected tooth is damaged after the carious tissue is removed and the tooth is prepared, the adjacent area is not in good shape after filling, the external expansion gap is not in good shape, and the contact of the adjacent area is poor, so that complications such as food impaction, breakage of the filling body and the like can be caused.
For the bean mold piece system, the main components thereof comprise: bean cotyledon forming piece, retaining ring, wedge between adjacent parts, and pliers. Method for filling caries lesion on posterior teeth occlusal surface, buccal surface and lingual surface (as shown in FIG. 2)

2. Basic anatomy to restore tooth appearance: and for the diseased tooth with the defective small range of the adjoining region of the diseased tooth, the appearance of the adjoining region is restored by using glass ions after the diseased tooth is isolated from moisture. (Note: if the adjacent region has a complete shape, this step is omitted.)
3. Manufacturing a personalized adjacent surface forming system: conventionally, before removing carious tissues and preparing a tooth body, the rubber dam 4 is arranged, the bean-shaped sheets 1, the retention ring 3 and the interproximal wedge 2 are arranged, so that the bean-shaped sheets are tightly attached to the tooth surface. 5.
