本发明涉及一种抗拔出医用螺钉,包括螺钉本体,螺钉本体外设有医用胶层,医用胶层外设有异体骨层。本发明的抗拔出医用螺钉设有生物涂层,可有效增加螺钉的抗拔出性。

抗拔出医用螺钉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗拨出性能较好的医用螺钉,属于医疗器械领域。
背景技术
医用螺钉常用于骨折创伤的固定,骨畸形的矫形和脊柱退行性疾病的内固定等。现有的医用螺钉主体由医用金属材质制成,靠螺纹阻力将螺钉固定在骨内,螺钉和骨之间的界面易发生移动。尤其是骨质疏松患者在脊柱手术使用椎弓根螺钉,在手术过程中和手术以后,都容易出现椎弓根螺钉的松动和拔出的情况,会影响治疗效果,给患者带来痛苦。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种设有生物涂层,可有效增加螺钉的抗拔出性的抗拔出医用螺钉以及该抗拔出医用螺钉的制造方法。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的一种技术方案是:一种抗拔出医用螺钉,包括螺钉本体,所述螺钉本体外设有医用胶层,所述医用胶层外设有异体骨层。
所述医用胶层包覆在所述螺钉本体的螺纹部的外表面,所述异体骨层包覆在所述医用胶层的外表面。
所述医用胶层的组分中包括α-氰基丙烯酸高碳烷基脂。
所述α-氰基丙烯酸碳烷基脂是α-氰基丙烯酸甲酯、α-氰基丙烯酸乙酯、α-氰基丙烯酸仲辛酯、α-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯和α-氰基丙酸异丁酯中的一种。
所述异体骨层的组分中包括脱矿同种异体皮质骨。
所述螺钉本体是钛合金材质。
所述螺钉本体是椎弓根螺钉,可以是万向椎弓根螺钉、单向椎弓根螺钉或单平面椎弓根螺钉。
所述医用胶层的厚度为0.1mm至0.3mm,所述异体骨层的厚度为0.2mm至0.5mm。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的另一种技术方案是:一种抗拔出医用螺钉的制造方法,在医用螺钉的螺钉本体的螺纹部的外表面涂覆医用胶从而形成医用胶层,再在所述医用胶层外涂覆异体骨骨粉从而形成异体骨层。
所述医用胶通过浸涂工艺涂覆在在螺钉本体的螺纹部的外表面,所述医用胶层的厚度为0.1mm至0.3mm;所述异体骨骨粉通过喷涂工艺涂覆在医用胶层外,骨粉的颗粒大小为0.2mm至0.5mm。
所述医用胶的组分中包括α-氰基丙烯酸高碳烷基脂,所述α-氰基丙烯酸碳烷基脂是α-氰基丙烯酸甲酯、α-氰基丙烯酸乙酯、α-氰基丙烯酸仲辛酯、α-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯和α-氰基丙酸异丁酯中的一种;所述异体骨骨粉是脱矿同种异体皮质骨骨粉;所述螺钉本体是椎弓根螺钉,所述螺钉本体是钛合金材质。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的抗拔出医用螺钉,是三层结构,最内层的螺钉本体是医用金属材质,中间层是医用胶,最外层是异体骨。当该螺钉,植入体内时,其外层的异体骨,将与患者的松质骨,发生重建融合,加强椎弓根螺钉的抗拔能力。中间层的医用胶作为过渡层,可以将螺钉和异体骨有效地黏合在一起,增加结合强度。本发明的抗拔出医用螺钉术后长期位于人体体内生物相容性较好,与现有的金属医用螺钉相比,不易出现松动和拔出的情况,安全稳定。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例的抗拔出医用螺钉的制造方法是先在钛合金材质的螺钉本体1螺纹部的外表面通过浸涂工艺涂覆医用胶从而形成厚度为0.2mm的医用胶层2,医用胶优选EC耳脑胶,主要成分是α-氰基丙酸异丁酯,配以适量的增粘剂、增强剂、增韧剂制成,也可以采用和市场上常用的医用胶相同的成分。浸涂时为了获得所需的涂层厚度,可以在医用胶中添加一定的增稠剂从而调节流挂性。然后在医用胶未固化时,在医用胶层2上均匀喷涂颗粒大小为0.3mm的异体骨骨粉,待医用胶固化后形成厚度为0.3mm的异体骨层3。异体骨骨粉的主要成分是脱矿同种异体皮质骨,易与患者的松质骨发生融合,长在一起。
异体骨层3的厚度大于医用胶层2的厚度。
本实施例的抗拔出医用螺钉制成后的直径为4mm(也可以是5mm,6mm或7 mm),螺钉本体的直径要根据医用胶层2和异体骨层3的厚度进行调整,长度分别为24mm(也可以是40mm,45mm,或30mm,长度为30mm优选螺钉直径为7mm)),螺钉螺纹与松质骨螺钉一致,近侧螺纹与螺柱所成角度为90°,螺钉末端无自攻沟槽。
实施例2
本实施例的抗拔出医用螺钉其余部分与实施例1相同,不同之处在于:医用胶层2的厚度为0.15mm。
实施例3
本实施例的抗拔出医用螺钉其余部分与实施例1相同,不同之处在于:异体骨层3的厚度为0.2mm。
实施例4
本实施例的抗拔出医用螺钉其余部分与实施例1相同,不同之处在于:螺钉长度为20mm。
实施例5
本实施例的抗拔出医用螺钉其余部分与实施例1相同,不同之处在于:医用胶层2的主要成分是α-氰基丙烯酸仲辛酯。
实施例6
本实施例的抗拔出医用螺钉其余部分与实施例1相同,不同之处在于:医用胶层2的主要成分是α-氰基丙烯酸甲酯。
实施例7
本实施例的抗拔出医用螺钉其余部分与实施例1相同,不同之处在于:螺钉本体是万向椎弓根螺钉,其螺栓是万向头结构,螺栓与螺钉之间可活动,便于术中调整螺栓方向。
实施例8
本实施例的抗拔出医用螺钉其余部分与实施例1相同,不同之处在于:螺钉本体1是不锈钢材质。
对比例1
本对比例的螺钉是AO公司钛合金全螺纹松质骨螺钉,直径为4mm,长度为24mm,形状与实施例1基本一致。
对比例2
本对比例的螺钉其余部分与对比例1相同,不同之处在于:螺钉长度为20mm。
采用实施例1至4和对比例1和2的螺钉,选用2只成年绵羊进行动物模拟实验,根据椎弓根螺钉内固定术的手术位置,将六根螺钉分别固定在L2、L3、L4三个椎骨的两侧,实施例1和对比例1在L2椎骨的两侧,实施例2和3在L3椎骨的两侧,实施例4和对比例2在L4椎骨的两侧。螺钉固定时,未攻丝,螺钉拧入时未予以加压,速度均匀,最后一圈螺纹没入骨质后停止拧入。术后饲养2周动物无感染宰杀1只后测定各组椎体的骨密度和轴向最大拔出力,术后12周动物无感染基本达到骨性融合宰杀另1只后测定各组椎体的骨密度和轴向最大拔出力。轴向最大拔出力采用材料测试机,将椎体固定在夹具内,夹头将一颗螺钉的螺钉头夹住,加载速度为2.5mm/min,出现螺钉拔出破坏后停止,螺钉出现破坏的标准是位移增加但拔出强度不增加。
测得数据如表1所示,术后2周后虽然骨性融合不明显,但是最大拔出力已经有所增加,12周后基本达到骨性融合,最大拔出力明显增加,说明本发明实施例的抗拔出医用螺钉,抗拔出效果显著。

1.一种抗拔出医用螺钉,包括螺钉本体(1),其特征在于:所述螺钉本体(1)外设有医用胶层(2),所述医用胶层(2)外设有异体骨层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗拔出医用螺钉,其特征在于:所述医用胶层(2)包覆在所述螺钉本体(1)的螺纹部的外表面,所述异体骨层(3)包覆在所述医用胶层(2)的外表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗拔出医用螺钉,其特征在于:所述医用胶层(2)的组分中包括α-氰基丙烯酸高碳烷基脂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗拔出医用螺钉,其特征在于:所述α-氰基丙烯酸碳烷基脂是α-氰基丙烯酸甲酯、α-氰基丙烯酸乙酯、α-氰基丙烯酸仲辛酯、α-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯和α-氰基丙酸异丁酯中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗拔出医用螺钉,其特征在于:所述异体骨层(3)的组分中包括脱矿同种异体皮质骨。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗拔出医用螺钉,其特征在于:所述螺钉本体(1)是椎弓根螺钉,所述螺钉本体(1)是钛合金材质。
7.根据权利要求1所述的抗拔出医用螺钉,其特征在于:所述医用胶层(2)的厚度为0.1mm至0.3mm,所述异体骨层(3)的厚度为0.2mm至0.5mm。
8.一种抗拔出医用螺钉的制造方法,其特征在于:在医用螺钉的螺钉本体(1)的螺纹部的外表面涂覆医用胶从而形成医用胶层(2),再在所述医用胶层(2)外涂覆异体骨骨粉从而形成异体骨层(3)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的抗拔出医用螺钉的制造方法,其特征在于:所述医用胶通过浸涂工艺涂覆在在螺钉本体(1)的螺纹部的外表面,所述医用胶层(2)的厚度为0.1mm至0.3mm;所述异体骨骨粉通过喷涂工艺涂覆在医用胶层(2)外,骨粉的颗粒大小为0.2mm至0.5mm。
10.根据权利要求8所述的抗拔出医用螺钉的制造方法,其特征在于:所述医用胶的组分中包括α-氰基丙烯酸高碳烷基脂,所述α-氰基丙烯酸碳烷基脂是α-氰基丙烯酸甲酯、α-氰基丙烯酸乙酯、α-氰基丙烯酸仲辛酯、α-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯和α-氰基丙酸异丁酯中的一种;所述异体骨骨粉是脱矿同种异体皮质骨骨粉;所述螺钉本体(1)是椎弓根螺钉,所述螺钉本体(1)是钛合金材质。
