the heart rate sensor (31) detects the current heart rate H of a user, the blood pressure sensor (32) detects the current blood pressure B of the user, the respiratory rate sensor (21) detects the current respiratory rate D of the user, the pressure sensor (112) detects the average pressure M within 1 day and the maximum pressure P within 1 day of the user, and the GPS terminal (113) calculates the current speed V of the user through the positioning speed measuring system;
calculating the current physical fitness index T of the user by detecting the heart rate, the blood pressure, the respiratory rate, the minimum pressure, the maximum pressure and the speed of the current state of the user, wherein the physical fitness index T is obtained by a first formula, and the first formula is as follows:
