A spring 16 is also provided in the middle rod 10. The spring 16 is accommodated in an inner tube 19. One end of the spring 16 is arranged at the top end of the outer tube 17, and the other end of the spring 16 extends into the handle 15.
It will be appreciated that the spring wire 56 and a portion of the draw cord 32 extend through the spring 16.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the handle 15 is fixed to an end of the inner tube 19 away from the upper nest 13, the lower nest 11 is slidably sleeved on the outer peripheral wall of the outer tube 17, the upper nest 13 is fixed to an end of the outer tube 17 away from the handle 15, when the umbrella opening button 511 is pressed, the outer tube 17, at least one middle tube 18 and the inner tube 19 are stretched by the elastic force of the spring 16 in the middle rod 10, and the lower nest 11 slides along the outer peripheral wall of the outer tube 17 under the driving of the pull rope 32 to abut against the upper nest 13, so as to complete the movement of opening the umbrella.
The invention also provides an umbrella 100.
The umbrella 100 includes the center stick 10.
Since the umbrella 100 adopts all the technical solutions of all the embodiments, at least the technical solutions of the embodiments have all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
The umbrella 100 further comprises an umbrella rib assembly 70, the umbrella rib assembly 70 comprises a first umbrella rib 71, a second umbrella rib 72 and a tension spring 73, one end of the first umbrella rib 71 is connected with the upper nest 13, one end of the second umbrella rib 72 is connected with the lower nest 11, the other end of the second umbrella rib 72 is slidably connected with the first umbrella rib 71, and two ends of the tension spring 73 are respectively connected with the first umbrella rib 71 and the second umbrella rib 72.
Preferably, the first rib 71 is a multi-folded first rib 71, so that the umbrella 100 is a foldable multi-folded umbrella, which is smaller in size, more attractive in appearance, and more convenient for a user to carry and use.
In the technical scheme of the invention, one end of the first rib 71 is connected to the upper nest 13, one end of the second rib 72 is connected to the lower nest 11, the other end of the second rib 72 is slidably connected to the first rib 71, and two ends of the tension spring 73 are respectively connected to the first rib 71 and the second rib 72. When the umbrella retracting button 513 is pressed, the pull cord 32 pulls the end of the middle rod 10 away from the upper nest 13, that is, the inner tube 19 and the middle tube 18 are moved in a direction approaching to the upper nest 13, so that the inner tube 19, the middle tube 18 and the outer tube 17 are sleeved in sequence from inside to outside, and simultaneously, the lower nest 11 can retract the first umbrella rib 71 and the second umbrella rib 72 inwards by means of the tension spring 73, so that the lower nest 11 moves towards the handle 15, thereby achieving the purpose of retracting an umbrella.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention, but rather should be understood to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the following description and drawings or any application directly or indirectly to other relevant art(s).
