Abstract

The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a pair of bottomless integrated shoes, which comprises the following steps: (1) cutting the shoe cloth cover; (2) adhering the waterproof membrane on the outer surface of the shoe cloth cover to form a waterproof vamp; (3) adhering KPU polyurethane to the waterproof vamp by a KPU laminating machine to form an integrated vamp, wherein a support bottom is formed at the adhesion part of the KPU polyurethane on the waterproof film; (4) and (3) sewing the periphery of the support sole on the integrated vamp, and sewing the seams on the inner surface of the waterproof vamp to form a sole area which is convenient for the integrated vamp to be shaped into a shoe shape, and then further shaping by using a shoe cover last to manufacture the bottomless integrated shoe. Compared with the prior art, the process is simplified, economical and environment-friendly, and the later processes (such as gluing and jointing the vamp and the sole) of the traditional shoe making mode are omitted. Background
At present, in the manufacturing method of sports and leisure shoes, the method commonly used is to glue and attach the upper and the outsole, but because the attaching process needs baking, the physical characteristics of the materials are easily affected in the baking process, and the method also has certain harm to the health of operators.
In the manufacturing process of the sole, a rubber outsole and a foamed midsole are usually required to be manufactured respectively, and the process of manufacturing and mutually laminating the traditional rubber outsole and the traditional foamed midsole respectively (normally, glue-free lamination is performed by using a mechanical pressurization mode) is too complicated, a large amount of labor is required, the manufacturing time is long, and material loss is easily caused in the manufacturing process.
Furthermore, integrally sewn shoe products are available in the market, and usually, the integrally sewn shoe products are formed by directly sewing a plurality of shoe components or the whole shoe making process can be completed only by locally attaching the shoes. The process flow of the shoe making is not simple and environment-friendly enough, and the shoe cannot be well protected against the sole of the foot.

In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a manufacturing process of a sole-free integrated shoe, which is simple in shoe making process and environment-friendly.

a manufacturing process of a bottomless integrated shoe comprises the following steps:
(1) cutting the cloth cover of the shoe according to the shape and the size of the unfolded vamp of the designed shoe;
(2) primary waterproof sealing: bonding the waterproof film on the outer surface of the shoe cloth cover by using a seamless bonding machine to form a waterproof vamp;
(3) adhering KPU polyurethane to the waterproof vamp by a KPU laminating machine to form an integrated vamp, wherein a support bottom is formed at the adhesion part of the KPU polyurethane on the waterproof film;
(4) according to the three-dimensional shape of the designed shoe, sewing is carried out on the integrated vamp along the peripheral edge part of the supporting sole, and the sewing stitches are enclosed on the inner surface of the waterproof vamp to form a sole area which is convenient for the integrated vamp to be shaped into a shoe shape;
further using shoe-tree to make shaping to obtain the invented sole-free integrated shoe.

Detailed Description

preferably, when the TPU seamless adhesive film 02 is seamlessly adhered through a set die and a seamless adhering machine, the upper layer temperature of the seamless adhering machine is 220 ℃, the lower layer temperature is 90 ℃ and the pressure is 120 kg. The setting of the die and the seamless laminator is conventional and will not be described in detail.
(3) Bonding a KPU polyurethane material on a TPU seamless adhesive film 02 by using a KPU laminating machine to form an integrated vamp, forming a support sole 03 at the part of the KPU polyurethane material attached on the TPU seamless adhesive film 02 (namely, the waterproof vamp), correspondingly attaching the support sole 03 to a sole bonding part, wherein the shape of the support sole 03 is as the shape of a traditional sole, the surface of the support sole 03 bonded with the integrated vamp is an inner surface, the surface opposite to the inner surface is an outer surface, and anti-skid patterns are formed on the outer surface of the support sole 03;
preferably, when the KPU polyurethane material is bonded by a set mould and a KPU press, the upper layer temperature of the KPU press is 90 ℃, the lower layer temperature is 90 ℃, and the pressure is 150 KG. The setting of the mold and the KPU press is conventional, and will not be described in detail.
The integrated vamp can be a plane unfolding body which is unfolded integrally with the shoe body or an unfolding body which is unfolded locally with the shoe body;
(4) according to the three-dimensional shape of the designed shoe, referring to fig. 2, the free ends (corresponding to the section A and the section B) of the integrated vamp are sewn correspondingly by using a sewing process, a four-needle six-thread seam splicing structure is adopted for corresponding splicing during sewing, sewing is carried out on the integrated vamp along the peripheral edge part of the supporting sole 03, and the sewing stitches are enclosed on the inner surface of the waterproof vamp to form a sole area, so that the integrated vamp can be shaped into a shoe shape conveniently;
preferably, an insole is fixed in the sole region by sewing or the like, and is disposed corresponding to the support sole 03, and further, is shaped by a slip-on last (not shown) to form a sole-less integrated shoe.
(5) Secondary waterproof sealing: for the needle hole formed by sewing the needle thread, the rubber sheet or the TPU sheet with the corresponding shape is arranged for bonding for secondary waterproof sealing, so that the sealing and waterproof effects are achieved. Preferably, the rubber sheet or the TPU sheet is attached to the outer surface of the support base 03 and the TPU seamless adhesive film 02 located at the outer peripheral portion of the base adhesive portion, and as shown in fig. 3, the attached rubber sheet or TPU sheet is flush with the skid-proof pattern of the support base 03, so that the flatness of the contact between the support base 03 and the ground is ensured, and the wearing and walking of the integrated shoe are not affected. The following description will be made by taking a rubber sheet as an example, and as shown in fig. 4 to 5, the rubber sheet includes a toe piece 05 and a heel piece 06. The toe piece 05 is attached to correspond to the butt seam of the toe piece, and the heel piece 06 is attached to correspond to the butt seam of the heel. Preferably, the toe cap piece 05 and the heel piece 06 are both decorative pieces, which have a decorative effect and do not affect the overall aesthetic property of the shoe.
In the integrated shoe, the support sole 03 is positioned at the sole of the shoe body, and the outer periphery of the middle sole bonding part of the fly-woven fabric 01 is positioned at the shoe side upper of the shoe body, so that the TPU seamless rubber film 02 can prevent the integrated shoe from being soaked by water accumulated on the road when the shoe is walking.
It should be noted that (a) the operation steps of the present invention, which are not described in detail, such as adhesion of KPU polyurethane to a waterproof upper and setting with a shoe last, are well known in the art, and the present invention is not described in more detail. In the invention, the fly-woven cloth cover 01 and the support bottom 03 can be customized individually and can be adjusted adaptively according to different shoe types. The fly-woven cloth cover 01 is cut according to the shoe shape, the splicing position and the like, and has flexibility. Example two
(1) Cutting a fly-woven cloth cover according to the shape and size of the unfolded vamp of the designed shoe, wherein the fly-woven cloth cover comprises a bottom bonding part and a surface bonding part;
(2) primary waterproof sealing: bonding a waterproof film on the outer surface of the fly-woven cloth cover by using a seamless laminating machine, wherein the waterproof film is a TPU seamless adhesive film, the TPU seamless adhesive film is integrally bonded on the bottom bonding part and the peripheral part of the bottom bonding part, and the fly-woven cloth cover and the TPU seamless adhesive film form a waterproof vamp together;
(3) KPU polyurethane material is adhered to the outer surface of the flying-weaving cloth cover and the TPU seamless adhesive film by a KPU laminating machine to form an integrated vamp, a supporting bottom and a decoration part are formed at the part of the KPU polyurethane adhered to the waterproof vamp, the supporting bottom is correspondingly adhered to the bottom adhesion part, the decoration part is correspondingly adhered to the surface adhesion part, the supporting bottom and the decoration part are integrally formed by the KPU polyurethane material, the decoration part can be customized along with individuation, has decoration effect, and can also increase the wear resistance and stability of the vamp;
