Description

Registration method, device and equipment of IP multimedia subsystem
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a registration method, apparatus, and device for an IP multimedia subsystem.
Background
Voice Over LTE (VOLTE) is a Voice service based on an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), that is, a Voice service based on an IP Multimedia Subsystem. After completing network attachment of Long Term Evolution (LTE) or Evolved Packet Core (EPC), the VOLTE user may initiate registration to the IMS network after establishing data bearer and IMS signaling bearer, and after IMS registration is successful, the user may use VOLTE, and may also implement IMS network roaming. However, whether the user is located in the home network or the visited network, when the user performs IMS registration, the registration needs to be completed in the user's home network.
When a user needs IMS registration in a visiting network, an IMS signaling bearer needs to be established first, and then a registration request is sent to a proxy call session control function (P-CSCF) of the visiting network, wherein the registration request carries a domain name of a user home network. The visiting network P-CSCF can find the inquiry call session control function (I-CSCF) of the user Home network according to the domain name of the user Home network, and inquire the Home Subscriber Server (HSS) of the user through the I-CSCF of the Home network, and determine the service call session control function (S-CSCF) for executing IMS registration for the user, thereby completing the registration process. In the above process, when the P-CSCF of the visited network determines, through the I-CSCF of the home network, the S-CSCF for performing IMS registration for the user, the topology hiding inter-network gateway (THIG) function of the I-CSCF of the home network may be used to hide a network structure inside the home network, thereby ensuring the security of the home network.
At the time of IMS registration of a user, if the user uses an ISIM (IP Multimedia Service Identity Module) card, the home network domain name may be directly read from the ISIM card. However, currently, a large number of VOLTE users use Universal Subscriber Identity Module (USIM) cards, and the USIM cards cannot store the home network domain names thereof, so that the users using the USIM cards complete the attachment of the LTE or EPC network through the temporary public Identity. At this time, if the user wants to perform IMS registration, the visiting network P-CSCF can only obtain all S-CSCF capability sets signed by the user in the home network from the HSS in the user equipment home network through the I-CSCF of the visiting network because the visiting network P-CSCF does not have the domain name of the user home network, and the I-CSCF of the visiting network inquires the self-stored S-CSCF capability set corresponding table according to the S-CSCF capability sets distributed by the HSS, and designates the S-CSCF of a home location for the user to complete the IMS registration.
However, in the above-mentioned IMS registration method by the user of the USIM card, since the IMS registration is not performed by the home network I-CSCF, the gateway function between the topologically hidden networks cannot function, and the I-CSCF of the visited network needs to store data of all S-CSCFs in other networks having roaming agreements with the I-CSCF, which exposes the S-CSCF topology structures of other networks to the visited network, brings potential safety hazards to other networks, and is not favorable for network security.

The service setting proxy gateway may send the request message to the home network domain name query server in various ways, for example, sending the request message through a Diameter signaling message from a DRA signaling network.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic flow chart of a registration method of an IP multimedia subsystem according to a further embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps 210-240, which may be used for a user equipment.
And 210, establishing a data bearer with the visiting network where the user equipment is located.
Before the user equipment needs to perform IMS registration, a home network domain name may be acquired from a home network domain name query server of a home network through a service setting proxy gateway. The user equipment needs to communicate between the visited network and the service setting proxy gateway through the visited network, so the user equipment needs to establish a data bearer between the user equipment and the visited network where the user equipment is located.
It should be noted that the home network domain name query server includes an HSS or other network device corresponding to the home network of the user equipment.
220, sending a request message including the user identity corresponding to the user equipment to the service setting proxy gateway through the data bearer.
Wherein the request message is for requesting a home network domain name of the user equipment home network. The user equipment acquires the home network domain name from the home network domain name query server of the home network through the service setting proxy gateway, so that a request message including a user identity identifier corresponding to the user equipment is sent to the service setting proxy gateway. The user identity may include a cell phone number, an international mobile subscriber identity, and the like. The Request message may be a Request Home Network Domain message.
And 230, receiving the service setting proxy gateway response information.
Wherein the response information includes a home network domain name. After the service setting proxy gateway acquires the response information of the home network domain name query server to the request information from the home network domain name query server, the response information is forwarded to the user equipment, so that the user equipment can acquire the home network domain name.
And 240, performing the registration process of the IP multimedia subsystem based on the home network domain name.
After the user equipment acquires the home network domain name from the response information of the home network domain name query server, the IMS registration can be executed, and a registration request including the home network domain name is sent to the visiting network P-CSCF, so that the IMS registration is completed.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the user equipment establishes the data bearer with the visiting network where the user equipment is located, the user equipment sends a request message comprising a user identity identifier corresponding to the user equipment to a service setting proxy gateway through the data bearer to request the home network domain name of the home network of the user equipment; and after receiving the home network domain name sent by the service setting proxy gateway, the user equipment executes the registration process of the IP multimedia subsystem based on the home network domain name. Therefore, before the user equipment carries out IMS registration, the home network domain name is obtained from a home network domain name inquiry server of the home network through the service setting proxy gateway, then the IMS registration process is executed, so that the visiting network P-CSCF determines the S-CSCF which executes the user equipment registration in the home network through the I-CSCF of the home network, the registration process is further completed, the I-CSCF of the visiting network does not need to store the data of the S-CSCF in the home network of the user equipment, the network structure in the home network can be hidden through the gateway function between topology hiding networks in the home network I-CSCF, and the problem of hidden danger brought to the home network safety is avoided.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the home network domain name may include the home network access point identifier and the type of network to which the home network belongs. For example, the home network domain name may be: home network access point identity ims. MNC. MCC. 3gppnetwork. org.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic flow chart of a registration method of an IP multimedia subsystem according to another embodiment of the present invention. In the embodiment of the present invention, the method shown in fig. 3 is used to describe a procedure that the user equipment obtains the home network domain name of the user equipment through the service setting proxy gateway before performing IMS registration.
301, the user equipment establishes a data bearer with the visited network where the user equipment is located.
The data transmission between the user equipment and the service setting proxy gateway needs to be realized through a visited network where the user equipment is located, that is, data transparent transmission is realized through the visited network where the user equipment is located, so that the user equipment needs to establish data bearer with the visited network.
302, the user equipment sends a request message to the service provisioning proxy gateway over the data bearer.
The user equipment carries out data transmission with the service setting proxy gateway through data bearing. The request message is used for requesting a home network domain name of the user equipment, and the request message may include a user identity corresponding to the user equipment.
It should be noted that the user id may include a mobile phone number, an international mobile subscriber identity, and the like. The Request message may be a Request Home Network Domain message.
303, the service setting proxy gateway determines the destination information based on the user identity.
The destination information is used for indicating a home network domain name query server corresponding to the home network of the user equipment.
The service provisioning proxy gateway sends 304 a request message including the destination information to the home network domain name query server.
After determining the destination information, the service setting proxy gateway sends a request message including the destination information to a home network domain name query server.
