Abstract

The application discloses a 10kV live installation device for a grounding wire clamp, which is used for the physical connection of a main wire and a grounding ring, and comprises the following components: the device comprises a mounting base, a wire hanging frame mechanism, a striking device, a grounding wire clamp clamping mechanism and a grounding ring bracket, wherein the grounding wire clamp clamping mechanism is arranged on the mounting base and comprises clamping assemblies for positioning vertical slots on two side walls of a fixing seat of the grounding wire clamp on two sides of the grounding wire clamp, and the grounding ring bracket is connected to the front end of the mounting base and is used for holding a grounding ring therein and being in a vertical placing posture. According to the application, the problem that the posture of the grounding ring on the grounding wire clamp is difficult to maintain in the rapid installation tool is solved through the grounding ring bracket structure, the operation requirement of rapid installation of the grounding wire clamp is met, and the working efficiency and the safety of high-altitude operation are improved.

10kV live installation device for grounding wire clamp
Technical Field
The application relates to a 10kV live installation device for a grounding wire clamp, which is used for the physical connection of a main wire and a grounding ring.
Background
Overhead insulated wires are generally adopted in the lines of the urban distribution network, and when circuits or equipment are overhauled, in order to ensure the safety of overhauling staff, the ground protection wires are hung after the non-electricity of the lines are verified.
A rectangular grounding ring can be commonly arranged on the side close to the insulator in the overhead insulating line, the grounding ring is connected with the main wire through a grounding wire clamp, a part (lower section of the ring body) of the grounding ring is selectively exposed, and the purpose of hanging the grounding wire can be achieved.
Chinese patent document CN301776439S shows a ground ring and a ground clip adapted thereto. The ground clip is typically manually mounted on the main conductor.
The ground wire clamp is an insulating puncture wire clamp, and relevant standards about the insulating puncture wire clamp are as follows: insulated piercing wire (DL/T1190-2012) with rated voltage of 10kV and below, distribution line live working technical guideline (GB/T18857-2008).
Chinese patent document CN108134340a discloses a quick installation tool with which live-line ignition operation can be achieved in a situation of being far away from an insulating piercing wire clamp.
Unlike conventional insulated piercing clamps for main wire and lead connections, ground clamps are used for main wire and ground ring connections, and there is currently no corresponding quick installation tool.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide a 10kV live installation device for a grounding wire clamp, which is used for realizing live installation operation of the grounding wire clamp.
To this end, the present application provides a 10kV live installation device for a ground clamp for physical connection of a main wire and a ground ring, comprising: a mounting base having a mounting joint connected to the insulating rod; the wire hanging frame mechanism is arranged on the mounting base and comprises two U-shaped frames arranged in parallel at intervals and a main wire locking mechanism for locking the openings of the U-shaped frames; the striking device is arranged at the tail part of the mounting base and comprises a motor and a double-driving sleeve driven by the motor, and is used for screwing a pair of fixed torque bolts of the grounding wire clamp; the grounding wire clamp clamping mechanism is arranged on the mounting base and comprises clamping assemblies for positioning vertical slots on two side walls of a fixed seat of the grounding wire clamp on two sides of the grounding wire clamp; and a ground ring bracket connected to the front end of the mounting base for holding the ground ring therein in a vertically mounted posture.
Further, the grounding ring bracket comprises a connecting backboard, a left holding claw and a right holding claw which are connected with the side edge of the connecting backboard, and two towing hooks which are connected with the bottom edge of the connecting backboard.
Further, the towing hook includes a shoe portion and a front stop tab, wherein the front stop tab extends at a lower corner of the ground ring and over a portion of the length of the lower wire segment.
Further, the connection backboard is of an H-shaped structure.
Further, the grounding ring bracket is a sheet metal part.
Further, the 10kV live installation device for the grounding wire clamp further comprises an insulation rod, and the insulation rod is detachably connected with the installation joint of the installation base.
Further, the mounting substrate is an aviation aluminum alloy member.
Further, the clamping assembly comprises a fixed guide block, a guide pillar which is automatically and slidably supported on the fixed guide block, a movable guide block which is fixedly connected with the guide pillar, and a reset spring which is sleeved on the guide pillar and forces the movable guide block to reset, wherein the movable guide block is provided with a guide key which is in plug-in fit with a vertical slot on two side walls of a fixed seat of the grounding wire clamp.
Further, the distance between the two U-shaped frames is larger than the width of the grounding ring.
Further, the above-mentioned ground ring bracket is detachably provided on the mounting base.
According to the application, the problem that the posture of the grounding ring on the grounding wire clamp is difficult to maintain in the rapid installation tool is solved through the grounding ring bracket structure, the operation requirement of rapid installation of the grounding wire clamp is met, and the working efficiency and the safety of high-altitude operation are improved.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present application and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other. The application will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in connection with embodiments.
Fig. 1-5 illustrate some embodiments according to the application.
In the present application, the ground clip refers to an insulated piercing clip that can be used for physical connection of a main wire and a ground ring.
As shown in fig. 1, the main conductor 10 and the ground ring 20 are connected together by a ground clip 30.
The grounding ring 20 is rectangular, the upper wire segment 21 of the ring body is connected with the grounding wire clamp 30, the lower wire segment 22 of the ring body is exposed or exposed under the condition of opening the protective cover/shell, and the grounding ring is suitable for hanging a grounding wire. The lower wire segment 22 is connected to the side wire segment 24 by a lower corner 23.
The ground clip 30 includes a fixed seat 31, a movable seat 32, and a pair of fixed torque bolts 33 having a plurality of piercing members (not shown) fitted to each other therebetween, the pair of fixed torque bolts forcing the movable seat to move toward the fixed seat by screwing of an external striking device while forcing the plurality of piercing members to pierce the insulation of the main conductor 10 and the upper conductor segment 21 held therein.
The left and right sides of fixing base 31 are respectively provided with vertical slots 311 for clamping and positioning the grounding wire clamp.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3 in combination, the ground clip live installation apparatus of the present application includes a mounting base 40, a wire hanger mechanism 50 provided on the mounting base, a ground ring bracket 60, a ground clip holding mechanism 70, and a striking device 80.
Fig. 2 shows an insulation rod mounting joint 41 on the mounting base 40, the insulation rod mounting joint 41 being used for mounting an insulation rod.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3 in combination, the wire hanger mechanism 50 includes two U-shaped brackets 51 disposed in parallel at a spacing on the mounting base 40 and a main wire locking mechanism 52 disposed on each of the U-shaped brackets. Wherein the main wire locking mechanism controllably closes/opens the opening of the U-shaped frame for locking/releasing the main wire 10.
The distance between the two U-shaped frames is larger than the width of the grounding ring.
The grounding ring is arranged between the two U-shaped frames, and the posture of the grounding ring is kept stable by the grounding ring bracket, so that the grounding ring can be stably matched with the grounding wire clamp in a loose state.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4 in combination, the ground ring bracket 60 is fixedly attached to the front end surface of the mounting base 40, for example, by a screw connection, so that the ground ring is maintained in a vertically seated posture.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 5 in combination, the ground ring bracket 60 includes a connection back plate 61, a left holding claw 62, a right holding claw 63, and two towing hooks 64.
The towing hook 64 of the bracket can firmly lock the ground ring so that the ground ring cannot fall and swing back and forth. The left and right holding claws of the bracket limit the grounding ring and cannot move left and right. The upper conducting wire section of the grounding ring is limited by the grounding wire clamp. Thus, the grounding ring can be stably matched with the grounding wire clamp.
In one embodiment, the hook 64 is comprised of a base 641 and a front stop 642. Wherein the front stop tab 642 is parallel to the connecting back plate 61 and extends over a portion of the length of the lower corner 23 and lower wire segment 22 of the ground ring, which is slightly larger in height than the outer diameter of the ground ring.
In one embodiment, the grounding ring bracket is a sheet metal part, the connecting backboard is of an H-shaped structure, the left holding claw and the right holding claw are of right angles, the towing hook is U-shaped, and the structure is light and flexible and is formed through stamping, bending and other processes. In another embodiment, the ground ring carrier is an injection molded part formed from insulating plastic particles/powder by injection molding.
The mounting mode of the local ring bracket is as follows:
the connection backplate of ground ring bracket passes through the screw connection to on the preceding terminal surface of mounting base, and the ground ring supports on the couple to keep between left embracing claw and right embracing claw, each front stop portion extends at the lower ring section and the bent angle position of ground ring, at the in-process that ground clamp pressed from both sides tight ground ring, the ground ring can the mounting position steadily.
After the grounding ring bracket with the structure is adopted, the grounding ring is stable in placement posture, and the grounding ring bracket can be easily separated from the grounding ring after live installation operation, so that unlocking is easy.
The ground clip clamping mechanism 70 includes clamping assemblies disposed on each of the left and right sides of the ground clip. The clamping assembly is used for being in plug-in connection with vertical slots 311 on two sides of the fixing base of the grounding wire clamp so as to clamp and position the grounding wire clamp.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the clamping assembly includes a fixed guide block 71, a movable guide block 72, a guide post 73, and a return spring 74 fixedly disposed on the mounting base.
The guide post 73 is fixedly connected to the movable guide block 72, and the guide post 73 is automatically slidably supported on the fixed guide block 71, and the movable guide block 72 is slidably moved forward with respect to the fixed guide block 71 and is reset by the force of the reset spring 74.
The movable guide block 72 has a guide key 721, and the guide key 721 is in plug-in fit with the vertical slots 311 on both sides of the fixed seat of the ground clip, allowing relative movement in the vertical direction.
The installation operation mode of the grounding wire clamp is as follows:
the method comprises the steps of firstly inserting the grounding wire clamp on a guide key of a movable guide block from top to bottom, then pulling the grounding wire clamp outwards, simultaneously adjusting the height position of the grounding wire clamp, enabling a pair of fixed torque bolts to be aligned with a driving sleeve of a striking device at the height position, then loosening the grounding wire clamp, and after the grounding wire clamp is elastically reset, combining the heads of the pair of fixed torque bolts with the driving sleeve to finish the installation process of the grounding wire clamp on a clamping mechanism.
The striking device 80 is fixedly connected to the mounting base 40, and comprises a striking motor 81, a synchronous transmission mechanism 82 and two driving sleeves 83 which are driven by the striking motor and move synchronously. The striking motor can be controlled by a remote controller, so that the two driving sleeves can be screwed simultaneously.
The application also provides an emergency unlocking mechanism 90 for forcibly pulling the movable guide block away from the fixed guide block, thereby forcibly disengaging the head of the fixed torque bolt from the drive sleeve.
In one embodiment, the present application results from retrofitting an existing quick-install tool, which is disclosed in chinese patent CN108134340a, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Claims (8)

1. A 10kV live installation device for a ground clamp for physical connection of a main wire to a ground ring, comprising:
a mounting base having a mounting joint connected to the insulating rod;
the wire hanging frame mechanism is arranged on the mounting base and comprises two U-shaped frames arranged in parallel at intervals and a main wire locking mechanism for locking the openings of the U-shaped frames;
the striking device is arranged at the tail part of the mounting base and comprises a motor and a double-driving sleeve driven by the motor, and is used for screwing a pair of fixed torque bolts of the grounding wire clamp;
the grounding wire clamp clamping mechanism is arranged on the mounting base and comprises clamping assemblies for positioning vertical slots on two side walls of a fixed seat of the grounding wire clamp on two sides of the grounding wire clamp; and
a grounding ring bracket connected to the front end of the mounting base for holding the grounding ring therein and in a vertical placement posture,
the clamping assembly comprises a fixed guide block, a guide pillar which is automatically and slidably supported on the fixed guide block, a movable guide block which is fixedly connected with the guide pillar and a reset spring which is sleeved on the guide pillar and forces the movable guide block to reset, wherein the movable guide block is provided with a guide key which is in plug-in fit with a vertical slot on two side walls of a fixing seat of the grounding wire clamp, and the grounding ring bracket comprises a connecting backboard, a left holding claw and a right holding claw which are connected with the side edge of the connecting backboard, and two towing hooks which are connected with the bottom edge of the connecting backboard.
2. The 10kV live mounting device for a ground clamp of claim 1, wherein the tow hook includes a collet and a front stop tab, wherein the front stop tab extends at a lower corner of the ground ring and over a portion of the length of the lower wire segment.
3. The 10kV live mounting device for a ground clip of claim 1, wherein the connection back plate is an H-shaped structure.
4. The 10kV live mounting device for a ground clamp of claim 1, wherein the ground ring bracket is a sheet metal part.
5. The 10kV live mounting device for a ground clamp of claim 1, further comprising an insulating rod removably connected to the mounting connector of the mounting base.
6. The 10kV live mounting device for a ground clamp of claim 1, wherein the mounting base is an aerospace aluminum alloy member.
7. The 10kV live mounting device for a ground clip of claim 1, wherein the two U-shaped brackets are spaced apart by a distance greater than the width of the ground ring.
8. The 10kV live mounting device for a ground clamp of claim 1, wherein the ground ring bracket is removably disposed on the mounting base.
