The first tensioning wheel 10 is located in the same horizontal plane as the pay-off spool assembly. The second tensioning wheel 13 and the paying-off framework component are located in the same horizontal plane.
The use principle of the paying-off device for enameled wire production is as follows:
firstly, an operator can move the whole paying-off device to a required position, and can adjust different paying-off capacities by manually adjusting the telescopic length of the telescopic rod 4 on the fixed block 3, because the telescopic rod 4 stretches and contracts, the distance between the first framework 5 and the second framework 6 can be continuously increased, and the paying-off capacity can be increased; when an operator needs to adjust the paying-off tension, the paying-off tension can be adjusted by winding the first tensioning wheel 10 or the second tensioning wheel 13, so that the operation is convenient and quick; the specific tension is that the first tension wheel 10 can be adjusted in height in the first cushion block 8; thereby realizing the adjustment of the paying-off tension; the second tensioning wheel 13 can adjust the height of the second cushion block 11 up and down; thereby realizing the adjustment of the paying-off tension.
