本发明所述的一种防水防火防腐蚀电缆,包括缆芯、活性炭、绕包层、防水膜、云母层和石墨层,所述云母层外侧设置有石墨层,内侧设有防水膜,所述绕包层内侧设有缆芯,外侧包裹有防水膜,所述活性炭位于缆芯外侧和绕包层内侧,所述缆芯由内到外依次设有导体线芯、屏蔽层、阻水层和绝缘层。本发明所述的有益效果为:活性炭颗粒的直径比较小,可以保证活性炭颗粒之间的紧密接触,起到较好的防水效果;最外侧设置的石墨层能够起到很好的防腐蚀效果,从而延长电缆的使用寿命。

背景技术
随着科技和经济的发展,电缆成为一种必不可少的一种电力设备。现有的电缆常由于柔性和绝缘性能较差而影响使用。目前常用的电缆绝缘层和护套层大都有采用含卤的绝缘材料,在燃烧过程中会产生刺激性很强的卤化氢气体,污染环境,危害人体健康。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种防水防火防腐蚀电缆。
本发明所述的一种防水防火防腐蚀电缆,其采用的技术方案为: 一种防水防火防腐蚀电缆,包括缆芯(1)、活性炭(2)、绕包层(3)、防水膜(4)、云母层(5)和石墨层(6),其特征在于:所述云母层(5)外侧设置有石墨层(6),内侧设有防水膜(4),所述绕包层(3)内侧设有缆芯(1),外侧包裹有防水膜(4),所述活性炭(2)位于缆芯(1)外侧和绕包层(3)内侧,所述缆芯(1)由内到外依次设有导体线芯(1-1)、屏蔽层(1-2)、阻水层(1-3)和绝缘层(1-4)。
进一步地,所述活性炭(2)的直径不大于0.2毫米。
进一步地,所述绕包层(3)由阻燃耐高温玻纤布绕包而成。
进一步地,所述防水膜(4)是聚氨酯防水涂料制成的防水膜。
本发明所述的有益效果为:活性炭(2)颗粒的直径比较小,可以保证活性炭(2)颗粒之间的紧密接触,起到较好的防水效果;最外侧设置的石墨层能够起到很好的防腐蚀效果,从而延长电缆的使用寿命。

如图1所示,本发明所述的一种防水防火防腐蚀电缆,包括缆芯(1)、活性炭(2)、绕包层(3)、防水膜(4)、云母层(5)和石墨层(6);所述云母层(5)外侧设置有石墨层(6),内侧设有防水膜(4),所述绕包层(3)内侧设有缆芯(1),外侧包裹有防水膜(4),所述缆芯(1)由内到外依次设有导体线芯(1-1)、屏蔽层(1-2)、阻水层(1-3)和绝缘层(1-4),所述绕包层(3)由阻燃耐高温玻纤布绕包而成,所述防水膜(4)是聚氨酯防水涂料制成的防水膜,具有很好的防水效果;所述活性炭(2)位于缆芯(1)外侧和绕包层(3)内侧,其颗粒直径不大于0.2毫米,从而可以保证颗粒之间的紧密接触,起到较好的防水效果;所述石墨层(6)能够起到很好的防腐蚀效果,从而延长电缆的使用寿命。
