技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,具体是一种抗拉电力电缆。
背景技术
随着城市化建设的兴起,电缆的使用越来越广泛,现在需要使用的电缆都需要具有高强度抗拉耐磨、耐扭转、耐弯曲、耐油、防紫外线、耐若酸碱、耐腐蚀、防水、芯线不易断,护套不开裂等一系列优异的性能,能满足上述性能的电缆目前在市场上的售价较高且难以满足所有需求,而以常见的材料做出满足上述要求的电缆是本次需要提出的重点。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出一种抗拉电力电缆。
一种抗拉电力电缆,包括数组电缆芯,所述的电缆芯包括镀锡铜丝导体、挤包在镀锡铜丝导体外部的聚醚醚酮绝缘层,所述的电缆中心位置处设置有用于提供支撑的抗拉芳纶圆绳,所述的抗拉芳纶圆绳的外部挤包有提高电缆内部抗拉性能的抗拉装置,所述的抗拉装置包括挤包在抗拉芳纶圆绳外部的抗拉层一、挤包在抗拉层一外部的抗拉层二、挤包在抗拉层二外部的抗拉层三,所述的数组电缆芯与抗拉装置绞合,所述的数组电缆芯的外部绕包有芳纶编织抗拉层,所述的芳纶编织抗拉层的外部绕包有铜丝编织铠装屏蔽层,所述的铜丝编织铠装屏蔽层的外部挤包有聚四氟乙烯外护套。
所述的抗拉层一、抗拉层二、抗拉层三均为聚乙烯胺制成。
所述的抗拉层一与抗拉层二之间、抗拉层二与抗拉层三之间均设置有用于减震提拉的弹簧一和减震层,所述的减震层为PU泡棉碎块。
所述的相邻的电缆芯之间设置有用于提高稳定性和抗拉性的弹簧二。
所述的镀锡铜丝导体和聚醚醚酮绝缘层之间、芳纶编织抗拉层和聚醚醚酮绝缘层之间均设置有用于提供缓冲的玻纤缓冲层。
本发明的有益效果是:采用聚乙烯胺制成的抗拉层一、抗拉层二、抗拉层三具有防水防潮、密封、耐化学腐蚀等性能,同时抗拉性能强,提高了电缆整体的抗拉及抗腐蚀性能;利用位于电缆中心处作为支撑及提高电缆内部的抗拉芳纶圆绳可为整个电缆提供中心绞合处,提高电缆内部的稳定性;同时利用弹簧一和弹簧二进一步提高内部的稳定性;利用玻纤缓冲层可在提高电缆内部缓冲性能的同时提高电缆内部的防火性能。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1和图2所示,一种抗拉电力电缆,包括数组电缆芯,所述的电缆芯包括镀锡铜丝导体1、挤包在镀锡铜丝导体1外部的聚醚醚酮绝缘层3,所述的电缆中心位置处设置有用于提供支撑的抗拉芳纶圆绳12,所述的抗拉芳纶圆绳12的外部挤包有提高电缆内部抗拉性能的抗拉装置,所述的抗拉装置包括挤包在抗拉芳纶圆绳12外部的抗拉层一11、挤包在抗拉层一11外部的抗拉层二9、挤包在抗拉层二9外部的抗拉层三7,所述的数组电缆芯与抗拉装置绞合,所述的数组电缆芯的外部绕包有芳纶编织抗拉层4,所述的芳纶编织抗拉层4的外部绕包有铜丝编织铠装屏蔽层5,所述的铜丝编织铠装屏蔽层5的外部挤包有聚四氟乙烯外护套6。
采用聚乙烯胺制成的抗拉层一11、抗拉层二9、抗拉层三7具有防水防潮、密封、耐化学腐蚀等性能,同时抗拉性能强,提高了电缆整体的抗拉及抗腐蚀性能。
所述的抗拉层一11、抗拉层二9、抗拉层三7均为聚乙烯胺制成,所述的抗拉层一11、抗拉层二9、抗拉层三7的横截面均为相似形状。
所述的抗拉层一11与抗拉层二9之间、抗拉层二9与抗拉层三7之间均设置有用于减震提拉的弹簧一8和减震层10,所述的减震层10为PU泡棉碎块。
所述的PU泡棉碎块具有有弹性、重量轻、快速压敏固定、使用方便、弯曲自如、体积超薄、性能可靠等一系列特点
所述的相邻的电缆芯之间设置有用于提高稳定性和抗拉性的弹簧二13。
利用位于电缆中心处作为支撑及提高电缆内部的抗拉芳纶圆绳12可为整个电缆提供中心绞合处,提高电缆内部的稳定性;同时利用弹簧一8和弹簧二13进一步提高内部的稳定性。
所述的镀锡铜丝导体1和聚醚醚酮绝缘层3之间、芳纶编织抗拉层4和聚醚醚酮绝缘层3之间均设置有用于提供缓冲的玻纤缓冲层2。
利用玻纤缓冲层2可在提高电缆内部缓冲性能的同时提高电缆内部的防火性能。

1.一种抗拉电力电缆,包括数组电缆芯,其特征在于:所述的电缆芯包括镀锡铜丝导体(1)、挤包在镀锡铜丝导体(1)外部的聚醚醚酮绝缘层(3),所述的电缆中心位置处设置有用于提供支撑的抗拉芳纶圆绳(12),所述的抗拉芳纶圆绳(12)的外部挤包有提高电缆内部抗拉性能的抗拉装置,所述的抗拉装置包括挤包在抗拉芳纶圆绳(12)外部的抗拉层一(11)、挤包在抗拉层一(11)外部的抗拉层二(9)、挤包在抗拉层二(9)外部的抗拉层三(7),所述的数组电缆芯与抗拉装置绞合,所述的数组电缆芯的外部绕包有芳纶编织抗拉层(4),所述的芳纶编织抗拉层(4)的外部绕包有铜丝编织铠装屏蔽层(5),所述的铜丝编织铠装屏蔽层(5)的外部挤包有聚四氟乙烯外护套(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗拉电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的抗拉层一(11)、抗拉层二(9)、抗拉层三(7)均为聚乙烯胺制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗拉电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的抗拉层一(11)与抗拉层二(9)之间、抗拉层二(9)与抗拉层三(7)之间均设置有用于减震提拉的弹簧一(8)和减震层(10),所述的减震层(10)为PU泡棉碎块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗拉电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的相邻的电缆芯之间设置有用于提高稳定性和抗拉性的弹簧二(13)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗拉电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的镀锡铜丝导体(1)和聚醚醚酮绝缘层(3)之间、芳纶编织抗拉层(4)和聚醚醚酮绝缘层(3)之间均设置有用于提供缓冲的玻纤缓冲层(2)。
