Detailed Description
The noodle producing and selling apparatus of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following embodiments.
Fig. 1 is an internal structural view of a preferred embodiment of the noodle making and vending apparatus of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the noodle making and vending apparatus of the present invention comprises: noodle processing and producing section 100, noodle bowl supplying section 200, noodle section 300, and sauce tank supplying section 400.
In the present embodiment, the noodle processing and producing unit 100 includes: flour supply part 110, and face part 120, noodle forming part 130, and cooking part 140. In the noodle processing and producing unit 100, the flour supply unit 110 supplies flour to the dough kneading unit 120, receives water from a water supply unit, not shown, in the dough kneading unit 120, and supplies the flour and the dough to the noodle molding unit 130 below. In the noodle molding part 130, the crushed dough from the dough kneading part 120 is pressed into a sheet shape, and the sheet is cut into noodles by a dough cutter, and falls into the lower cooking part 140. In the cooking section 140, the raw noodles from the noodle molding section 130 are cooked and sent to the noodle section 300.
On the other hand, the bowl feeder 200 separates the plurality of bowls 210 one by one from the lower part, conveys them to the outlet 300, and feeds the cooked noodles from the cooking unit 140 into the bowls in the outlet 300 and out from the outlet 310 at the front part.
Thus, the cooked noodles can be supplied to consumers.
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, sauce stored in a canned manner is stored in the sauce tank supply unit 400, and these sauce tanks are stored in accordance with the taste classification, and the sauce tanks of the respective tastes are supplied from the sauce tank supply unit 400 to the consumers according to the consumer's selection, and after the consumer takes out the sauce tanks, the sauce in the sauce tanks is opened and poured onto the cooked noodles, thereby tasting the delicious noodles. In this embodiment, since the sauce is stored in the can-made container, the sauce can be stored in a liquid state, a gel state, or a viscous state mixed with a solid substance, and the sauce in the can be kept from being degraded for a long period of time, thereby keeping good taste and mouthfeel. And can provide the sauce material of multiple different tastes for the consumer to select, make the noodless make and sell equipment and can bring good consumption experience for the consumer.
In the present embodiment, the noodle processing and producing unit 100 produces raw noodles using flour and provides the cooked noodles to consumers, but may be a noodle processing and producing unit that produces cooked noodles such as semi-finished raw noodles or instant noodles and provides the cooked noodles to consumers. The bowl feeding unit 200 and the outlet 300 may be configured in any manner as long as they can receive noodles and feed them to consumers.
Fig. 2 is a structural view of the sauce tank supply unit in the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the sauce tank supply unit 400 includes a main body 401 and a ventilation path 402 provided above the main body 401 as an attachment to the main body.
The main body 401 includes a case 410 and a storage rack 420 accommodated in the case 410. As shown in fig. 2, the main body 401 has a cylindrical shape, main components are mounted in the housing 410, an observation window 412 is formed in the housing 410 to allow the state of storing the sauce cans on the internal storage rack 420 to be observed, and a discharge port 413 for discharging the sauce cans is formed in the lower portion of the housing 410.
Since the left side of the noodle making and vending apparatus is the noodle making and producing section 100, which is to provide boiled noodles, steam and heat are generated in the boiling section 140, and the steam stays in the apparatus for a long time to condense and affect the life of the apparatus, especially if the steam gathers and leaks to the bowl supplying section 200, the bowl is wetted, the sanitary condition of the bowl is affected, and the steam and heat are also leaked to other parts of the apparatus to cause adverse effects.
In the present embodiment, since the sauce tank supply part 400 has the housing 410 and is provided above the cooking part 140, the ventilation path 410 is provided at the uppermost part of the noodle making and selling device, and functions as a chimney, and the steam generated in the cooking part can be timely discharged to the outside of the noodle making and selling device, thereby avoiding the occurrence of the above-described problems.
The structure of the storage rack 420 will be described in detail. Fig. 3 is a structural view of a storage rack according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the storage rack 420 has a spindle 421 which rotates about an axis O, and storage locations 422 are provided on the outer peripheral side of the spindle 421 in the direction of the axis O, and these storage locations 422 are each capable of stacking and storing a plurality of sauce cans T in the direction of the vertical axis O, and in fig. 3, only a state in which one sauce can T is stored in each storage location 422 is shown.
In the present embodiment, in order to reduce the weight of the plurality of storage locations 422 on the circumferential side of the spindle 421 and to reduce the weight of the entire storage rack 420, each storage location 422 is constituted by a plurality of rod-shaped guide rails 423 in the axis O direction, and the number of guide rails 423 in each storage location 422 is not limited as long as the sauce cans T in the storage locations 422 can be restricted from tilting when stacked and stored in the axis O direction. Preferably, each storage location 422 is defined by three rails 423 or a set of four rails 423 to define the stacking position of the sauce cans T.
The plurality of brackets 424, which are fixedly protruded perpendicular to the axis O direction of the spindle 421 with the spindle 421, support the respective guide rails 423, ensuring that the guide rails 423 are not deformed to be unable to support the sauce cans T in the stacked state due to an increase in load increase of the stacking height of the sauce cans T when stacking the plurality of the sauce cans T in the storage place 422.
In the present embodiment, the core 421 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and the holder 424 is formed in a sheet shape, and is fixed to the core 421 in a direction perpendicular to the axis O. So that the plurality of the sauce cans T are maintained in a stacked state in a direction along the axis O by supporting the plurality of the guide rails 423 with the brackets 424. Thereby, the weight of the storage rack 420 can be reduced as much as possible.
However, the storage rack 420 is not limited to the structure described in the present embodiment, and for example, a plurality of guide rails 423 provided in the axis O direction may be supported by a structure having a central shaft and a radial bracket integrally formed, and a plurality of storage positions 422 may be formed in the circumferential direction. The guide rail 423 may be formed of a plate material bent into an arc shape or a bar-shaped member instead of a rod shape, and the storage rack 420 of the present invention may be applied to a structure in which a plurality of sauce cans T are stacked in the circumferential direction along the axis O.
A circular tray 425 that rotates the spindle of the storage rack 420 and the storage position 422 about the axis O is provided at the lower portion of the storage rack 420, and teeth 425a are formed on the outer periphery of the tray 425.
The tray 425 is rotated by the motor 426 and the driving gear 427 engaged with the teeth 425a as a transmission member, so that the entire storage rack 420 is rotated, and the sauce tank T at the lowermost portion of the desired storage position 422 is rotated to a position corresponding to the lower outlet 413 of the housing 410. Then, the sauce tank T is pushed out from the outlet 413 in a predetermined direction by a delivery mechanism 430 described later.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a feed mechanism according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 only shows the structure related to the feeding mechanism 430 and its operation. The feed mechanism 430 includes a rocker 431, a slide block 432, and a slide rail 433 that reciprocates the block 432 along a predetermined path. In the present embodiment, the rocker arm 431 has a drive tooth 431a at one end, and the drive tooth 431a is formed in an arc shape centered on the pivot point O' of the rocker arm 431. The slide push block 432 slides along the slide rail 433 in cooperation with the slide rail 433, and has a linear driven tooth 432a provided in the sliding direction and engaged with the driving tooth 431 a. Accordingly, the slide pusher 432 moves between the positions of extending radially outward of the storage rack 420 along the bottom of the storage rack 420 and retracting to the inside along the slide rail 433 as the rocker 431 swings. Thereby, the sauce tank T, which is rotated to the lowest part of the storage place 422 to a position corresponding to the discharge outlet 413 of the lower part of the housing 410, is pushed out from the discharge outlet.
As described above, since the storage rack 420 has the plurality of storage locations 422 in the circumferential direction, it is possible to store different kinds of sauce cans T, respectively, and when a consumer selects a desired kind of sauce, it is possible to push out the sauce cans T selected by the consumer by rotating the sauce cans T of the respective storage locations 422 on the storage rack 420 to the delivery outlet 413 and using the delivery mechanism 430.
In the present embodiment, the swing mode of the rocker 431 is not particularly limited, and as shown in fig. 4, a guide groove 431b may be formed at the other end of the rocker 431, and the rocker 431 may be driven to swing by sliding an eccentric shaft pin on a driving wheel, not shown, in the guide groove 431b, the rocker 431 may be driven to swing by a link mechanism, the other end of the rocker 431 may be driven to swing by an electromagnetic driving mode, the rocker 431 may be driven to swing by a spring return mechanism, or the rocker 431 may be provided with a spring return mechanism, and the rocker 431 may be driven to swing by a cam, thereby completing the feeding operation of the sauce tank T.
As described above, according to the present invention, the sauce cans required by the consumers can be accurately delivered according to the consumer's selections. On the other hand, since the storage rack 420 is formed to have a plurality of storage locations 422 in the circumferential direction, it is possible to sort and stack the cans of different flavors (kinds) in the vertical direction, thus effectively reducing the space required when storing the cans of different kinds.
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, for the sauce cans of different tastes (types), the storage positions 422 are arranged in the circumferential direction of the storage rack 420, the corresponding types of sauce cans can be selected by rotating the storage rack 420, and the sauce cans of the required tastes are pushed out from the lowest layer of the stack by the delivery mechanism 430, so that only one group of driving mechanisms is required to drive the storage rack 420 to rotate, and the other group of driving mechanisms is required to drive, thereby effectively reducing the space for storing the sauce cans, and the delivery of the sauce cans of various tastes can be realized by the pushing action of the delivery mechanism 430. However, in the prior art, a group of driving mechanisms are respectively arranged for each kind of sauce cans, so that the corresponding driving mechanisms act to select the sauce cans with corresponding tastes, and therefore, a plurality of driving mechanisms are required to be arranged, the plurality of driving mechanisms are required to be respectively controlled, the occupied space of equipment is large, and because the control process is complex, the number of the control mechanisms is large, the installation and maintenance of equipment lines are complex, and unexpected faults are easy to cause.
Next, a structure of a storage rack in a sauce tank supply unit according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. Fig. 5 is a view of a storage rack of a sauce tank supply unit according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the structure of the storage rack 620 is the same as that of the uppermost rack 624, except that the structure of the storage rack 420 is different from that of the uppermost rack 624, and thus, the overlapping description is omitted and only the structure of the uppermost rack 624 of the storage rack 620 will be described.
As shown in fig. 5, in the storage rack 620, similarly to the aforementioned rack 424, a notch 624a for forming the storage position 422 is formed in the uppermost rack 624, and the notch 624a is sized so that the sauce tank T passes through in a vertical state and is fixed to each rail 423 at the peripheral edge of the notch to support the rail 423, and includes two outermost peripheral side rails 423a and a plurality of non-outermost peripheral side rails 423b. As an uppermost bracket 624, it supports the uppermost ends of the plurality of guide rails 423.
In the present embodiment, the uppermost rack 624 is formed as an elastically deforming portion 624b from the radially middle portion of the rack 624 to the portion of the rail 423a on the outermost peripheral side for one storage position. In the present embodiment, the elastic deformation portion 624a is formed in an arc-shaped arm shape, and the elastic deformation portion 624a is forced to exhibit the characteristic of elastic deformation in such a shape. The two arm-shaped elastic deformation portions 624a are wrapped around each other in one storage position, and the outermost rail 423a is supported by the arm-shaped end.
According to the present embodiment, when the storage rack 620 configured as described above is filled with the sauce cans T, the elastic deformation portions 624b deform so that the distance between the upper portions of the two outermost guide rails 423a is larger than the diameter of the sauce cans T, and the sauce cans T can be filled into the storage positions 422 from the upper portion of the storage rack 620.
Thus, the operation can be performed individually for each storage location 422, completing the task of filling the sauce tank T.
In the present embodiment, at least the outermost rail 423a is a rod-shaped member made of an elastomer. The elastic rod-shaped guide rail 423a can make the guide rail 423a have rigidity under normal use conditions (in a non-deformation state) and inhibit the sauce tank T from being accidentally pulled out of the storage position 422; on the other hand, when the sauce tank T is filled into the storage place 422, the two guide rails 423a on the outermost peripheral side can be effectively deformed in cooperation with the elastic deformation portion 624a of the deformation bracket 624, so that the sauce tank T can be filled conveniently.
In addition, the elastic deformation portion 624a may be formed in the other brackets 624 other than the uppermost bracket, so that when the amount of the sauce tank T remaining in the storage position 422 is small, the outermost rail 423a is elastically stretched in the middle of the storage position 422, and the sauce tank T is filled from the middle of the storage position 422 to the storage position 422, thereby improving the convenience of the filling operation and the filling efficiency.
Next, a structure of a storage rack in a sauce tank supply unit according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the present embodiment, the storage rack 820 has a structure including the core shaft 821, the bracket 824 fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the core shaft, and the respective members, as compared with the storage rack 420 described aboveThe plurality of rails 823 on the storage locations 422 are structurally different. Fig. 6 is a structural view of a third embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 6, other structures of the storage rack 820 that are not related to the structures described in this embodiment are omitted for ease of illustration and understanding, and only one set of rails 823 a-823 d of the storage rack 422 is shown, with the rails 823 a 823d are outermost guide rails.
As shown in fig. 6, the spindle 821 includes two sets of spindles 821 that are capable of relative rotation a Since brackets 824a and 824b are fixed to the outer circumferences of the spindles 821a and 821b, respectively, the brackets 824a and 824b can rotate relative to each other following the spindles 821a and 821 b.
Rails 823a, 823b, 823c are fixed on the bracket 824a, wherein the rail 823a is located at the outermost side; on the other hand, a rail 823d is fixed to the bracket 824b, and the rail 823d is located outermost.
In the present embodiment, at least two sets of the spindles 821a, 821b and the brackets 824a, 824b are provided, so that the guide bar can be effectively supported in the vertical direction to form the storage position 422 of the sauce tank T in the vertical direction.
When the sauce tank T is to be replenished in the storage place, the two outermost guide rails 823a and 823d are separated from each other by the brackets 824a and 824b by rotating the spindles 821a and 821b relative to each other, so that the sauce tank T can be filled in the storage place 422.
According to the present embodiment, the sauce tank T can be filled into the storage place 422 at an arbitrary position, making the filling operation of the sauce tank T easier.
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, the present invention is not limited to the scope of the embodiments. Those skilled in the art will be able to make various modifications to the invention as desired. For example, in the above embodiments, the noodle making and selling apparatus has been described as an example, but the storage racks 420, 620, 820 according to the embodiments are not limited to the sauce tank supply unit 400 of the noodle making and selling apparatus, and may be applied to various canned food and beverage vending apparatuses, and may also be applied to a production apparatus for picking and placing cylindrical parts. Particularly, when the supply unit 400 and the storage racks 420, 620, 820 and the delivery mechanism 430 relating thereto are applied to the vending machine, since they store cans of beverage, food, etc. in a vertical manner, there is an advantage in that the space occupied is small, and the vending machine is suitable for being placed in a small space, and on the other hand, since the delivery mechanism 430 pushes cans of beverage, food, etc. out from the lower portion of the storage rack 422, the drop distance is greatly reduced compared with the conventional vending machine, particularly cans of beverage, food having a certain weight, and damage to cans at the time of delivery is avoided, and noise at the time of delivery is greatly reduced, and the vending machine is suitable for being placed in a work environment where noise needs to be avoided. Moreover, since the vending machine requires only two driving units for driving the storage rack 422 to rotate and for driving the delivery mechanism 430, the machine control system is greatly simplified, thereby significantly reducing the risk of machine failure, and in the event of failure, the maintenance operation is also very simple, with significant technical and marketing benefits.
In addition, when the storage rack is used as the vending machine, the ventilation path 402 at the upper part of the housing 410 can be used as an inlet for cool air, so that the cool air enters the housing 410 from the ventilation path to cool the canned goods on the storage rack, thereby sealing the cool air in the narrow housing 410, improving the refrigerating efficiency and realizing energy saving.
Furthermore, a cabinet housing may be further provided outside the housing 410, and a plurality of housings 410 and storage racks therein, and a delivery mechanism 430 provided corresponding to each storage rack may be placed in the cabinet housing, so that more kinds of canned goods may be selected.
Moreover, as the vending machine is used as the vending machine, the space occupied by the shell is small, and the vending machine and other vending machines can be arranged in a cabinet shell, so that the vending machine can be flexibly applied to different varieties of commodities.
It should be apparent that the foregoing embodiments of the present invention are merely illustrative of the present invention and not limiting, and that various other changes and modifications can be made by one skilled in the art based on the foregoing description, and it is not intended to be exhaustive of all embodiments, and all obvious changes and modifications that come within the spirit of the invention are desired to be protected.
