(2) According to the student information management system and the student information management method supporting the shift system, no necessary connection exists between the administrative shift and the shift, no necessary connection exists between the shift and the discipline, no matter how the organization relation of students changes, the statistics of the relation among students, the shift and the discipline can be carried out on the basis of the student information within a range, and the complex and frequent change situation of the organization relation of the students can be adapted;
(3) The student information management system and the student information management method supporting the shift system are simple and convenient in query information setting and high in operation efficiency, and can directly send the generated final statistical table to the client side for a user to track and analyze the student learning condition at any time point so as to formulate a more reasonable teaching scheme.

Claims (8)

1. A student information management system supporting a shift system, comprising: the system comprises a first database establishing module, a second database establishing module, a query receiving module, a first information extracting module, a second information extracting module, an extracting judging module and a marking module;
the first database establishing module is used for establishing a first database; the first database takes class information as a basis to group, records the class information and student information corresponding to the class information, wherein the class information comprises class names, class types and school years, and the student information comprises student account numbers, student types and school numbers;
the second database establishing module is used for establishing a second database; the second database records a relationship among the class information, the student information, and discipline information, the discipline information including a discipline name, a start time, and an end time;
the query receiving module is used for receiving a query request sent from a client; the query request comprises class information to be queried;
the first information extraction module is used for accessing the first database according to the query request and acquiring all student information in the same group as the class information to be queried; generating a current statistical table according to the query request and all the student information;
the second information extraction module is used for accessing the second database according to the current statistical table, sequentially obtaining the subject information corresponding to each piece of student information in the current statistical table, and recording the subject information into the current statistical table;
the extraction judging module is used for judging whether to acquire the subject information corresponding to the last piece of student information in the current statistical table; if the subject information corresponding to the last piece of student information in the current statistical table is not acquired, continuing to access the second database; if the subject information corresponding to the last piece of student information in the current statistical table is acquired, the current statistical table is used as a final statistical table to be sent to the client;
the marking module is used for judging whether the starting time and the ending time in each subject information reach effective learning time or not respectively; if the start time and the end time in the discipline information reach the effective learning time, marking the discipline information as an advanced discipline; and if the starting time and the ending time in the discipline information do not reach the effective learning time, marking the discipline information as a non-ascending annual discipline.
2. The student information management system supporting shift work as defined in claim 1, wherein the management system further comprises a feedback module;
the feedback module is used for prompting whether the client side continues the query operation or not; receiving selection information sent by the client; judging whether the selection information is to continue to inquire; if the selection information is the continuous query, prompting the client to input the query request; and if the selection information is the query stopping information, returning query ending information to the client.
3. The student information management system supporting shift work as defined in claim 1, wherein the management system further comprises a third database creation module, a login receiving module and a login judging module;
the third database establishing module is used for establishing a third database; the third database records account information of a user, wherein the account information comprises an account and a password of the user;
the login receiving module is used for receiving a login request sent from the client; the login request comprises an account number and a password of the current user;
the login judging module is used for judging whether the account number and the password of the current user are recorded in the third database; if the account number and the password of the current user are not recorded in the third database, returning login failure information to the client; and if the account number and the password of the current user are recorded in the third database, prompting the client to input the query request.
4. The student information management system supporting shift work as defined in claim 3, wherein the management system further comprises a printing module;
the printing module is used for receiving a printing request sent by the client; judging whether the client is connected with a printer or not; if the client is not connected with the printer, returning printing failure information; and if the client is connected with the printer, performing printing operation on the final statistical table.
5. The student information management method supporting the shift system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
establishing a first database; the first database takes class information as a basis to group, records the class information and student information corresponding to the class information, wherein the class information comprises class names, class types and school years, and the student information comprises student account numbers, student types and school numbers;
establishing a second database; the second database records a relationship among the class information, the student information, and discipline information, the discipline information including a discipline name, a start time, and an end time;
receiving a query request sent from a client; the query request comprises class information to be queried;
accessing the first database according to the query request, and acquiring all student information in the same group as the class information to be queried;
generating a current statistical table according to the query request and all the student information;
accessing the second database according to the current statistical table, sequentially acquiring the subject information corresponding to each piece of student information in the current statistical table, and recording the subject information into the current statistical table;
judging whether to acquire the subject information corresponding to the last student information in the current statistical table;
if the subject information corresponding to the last piece of student information in the current statistical table is not acquired, continuing to access the second database; if the subject information corresponding to the last piece of student information in the current statistical table is acquired, the current statistical table is used as a final statistical table to be sent to the client; and
after the step of establishing the second database, the method further comprises:
judging whether the start time and the end time in each subject information reach effective learning time or not respectively;
if the start time and the end time in the discipline information reach the effective learning time, marking the discipline information as an advanced discipline; and if the starting time and the ending time in the discipline information do not reach the effective learning time, marking the discipline information as a non-ascending annual discipline.
6. The student information management method supporting shift walking as defined in claim 5, further comprising, after the step of transmitting the current statistical table as a final statistical table to the client:
prompting the client whether to continue the query operation;
receiving selection information sent by the client;
judging whether the selection information is to continue to inquire;
if the selection information is the continuous query, prompting the client to input the query request; and if the selection information is the query stopping information, returning query ending information to the client.
7. The student information management method supporting shift work as defined in claim 5, wherein before the step of receiving the query request from the client, further comprising:
establishing a third database; the third database records account information of a user, wherein the account information comprises an account and a password of the user;
receiving a login request sent from the client; the login request comprises an account number and a password of the current user;
judging whether the account number and the password of the current user are recorded in the third database;
if the account number and the password of the current user are not recorded in the third database, returning login failure information to the client; and if the account number and the password of the current user are recorded in the third database, prompting the client to input the query request.
8. The student information management method supporting shift walking as defined in claim 7, further comprising, after the step of transmitting the current statistical table as a final statistical table to the client:
receiving a printing request sent by the client;
judging whether the client is connected with a printer or not;
if the client is not connected with the printer, returning printing failure information; and if the client is connected with the printer, performing printing operation on the final statistical table.
