As an extension scheme, the controller can recognize faces according to face images collected by a user, then finds the parking spaces of the user according to license plate information corresponding to the face information, and then conducts vehicle searching guidance through a display screen in a map route or an indication arrow or a combined mode, and certainly can conduct guidance in a mode of combining the images and voice.
More specifically, the controller or a server forming data interaction with the controller comprises an AI module so that the controller can control the display screen to output image information or/and the loudspeaker to output anthropomorphic natural language according to the natural language collected by the microphone. The intelligent interaction device has the advantages that the intelligent interaction device can communicate with the user in an anthropomorphic mode, and the user can interact with the intelligent interaction device in natural language, so that the intelligent interaction device is more convenient and faster. The control can be built with AI chatting robot program, or the AI chatting robot program can be set in the server of remote network.
As a specific technical scheme, the communication module comprises a wireless communication unit so that the intelligent interaction device applicable to the garage can realize wireless communication with the outside; different intelligent interaction devices suitable for the garage can form data interaction with each other through the wireless communication unit. The intelligent interaction device can realize external wireless communication through the wireless communication unit, wherein the external part comprises an intelligent terminal of a user, a server in the system and other equipment which can be accessed into a wireless network.
As a scheme, the intelligent interaction device performs wireless data interaction with an intelligent terminal of a user, such as a mobile phone, and the intelligent interaction device can transmit vehicle searching information and information pushed by a map to the intelligent terminal in a near field communication or screen projection mode, so that the information pushing and interaction can still continue after the user is away from the intelligent interaction device in time. As another scheme, the mobile phone actively sends information to the intelligent interaction device, the mobile phone can be used as an input device of the intelligent interaction device, and in addition, when the mobile phone is used for searching a vehicle, the intelligent interaction device identifies the mobile phone and then carries out arrow prompt so that a user can conveniently find a target position. As a further scheme, the intelligent interaction device directly realizes the relay of a plurality of intelligent interaction devices to guide the user by acquiring the face data. For example, the first intelligent interaction device indicates the position of the parking space, the next intelligent interaction device on the route is informed to collect the face information of the user through wireless communication, and when the user walks to the next intelligent interaction device and collects the image information, the intelligent interaction device further displays the guiding information. If the user goes wrong, the other intelligent interaction devices prompt the user to go wrong and inform the correct route.
As shown in fig. 1, the interaction subsystem further includes: a mobile interactive device 1043 comprising a walking means and a display means; the license plate management unit, the commercial data module and the mobile interaction device can be communicated with the cloud server, and the cloud server sends commercial data to the mobile interaction device according to the data information of the vehicle management unit and displays the commercial data on the display device. The mobile interaction device can be an independent vehicle searching auxiliary robot, and the robot has an AI function and can interact with the user in a human-like conversation mode. Meanwhile, the mobile interactive device can also be an intelligent shopping device as shown in FIG. 8. In addition, the mobile interaction equipment further comprises data acquisition equipment, and the mobile interaction equipment can transmit data information acquired by the data acquisition equipment to the cloud server. Data acquisition equipment, for example the camera, sweep a yard rifle or RFID label recognition device, just so can realize carrying out the function of selling by oneself.
As shown in fig. 8 to 9, as an example, the intelligent shopping device 200 includes: the bicycle comprises a bicycle basket 201, wheels 202, a display screen 203, a loudspeaker 204, an image acquisition device 205, a microphone 206, a communication module 207 and a controller 208.
The bicycle basket is used for accommodating articles purchased by a user; the wheels enable the basket to move.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the basket 201 and the wheels 202 may be implemented as a supermarket shopping cart, but may be implemented in other ways. An interactive function body composed of a display screen 203, a loudspeaker 204, an image acquisition device 205 and the like; the interactive functionality is mounted to a supermarket shopping cart and is located in a position that can be observed by a user when the user is normally pushing. The display screen in the interactive function body is arranged on one side facing a user, and an image acquisition device comprising one or more cameras is arranged on the side, and the cameras can be used for acquiring face images and also can be used for acquiring commodity information, position information and the like. On the other side, an advertisement page can be pasted, another auxiliary screen push information can be set, and the loudspeaker is arranged on two sides.
It should be noted that, in order to mark the intelligent shopping device, the sign or label of the device number can be arranged left and right behind the basket wall.
In addition, the intelligent shopping equipment can be internally provided with a battery and also can be powered by replacing the battery, and the intelligent shopping equipment can be provided with a charging interface to enable the external power supply to be supplied to the intelligent shopping equipment and also can be charged for external equipment through the charging interface.

Specifically, the image capturing apparatus 205 includes: a shopping camera 2051 for collecting image information of a purchased article;
the shopping camera 2051 photographs items in the basket so that the controller uploads shopping information of the user to the server. Such as by the appearance of the merchandise, bar codes, etc.
Preferably, the intelligent shopping device comprises an RFID identification system, and the data of the product can be acquired through a data tag for identifying the RFID.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the image capturing device 205 includes a face camera 2052, configured to capture image information of a face of a user;
the controller controls the image acquisition device to shoot image information of the face of the user and transmits the image information of the face of the user to a server through the communication module. The controller controls the display screen to display push information which is related to the user and comes from the server according to the image information of the face of the user of the face camera. The application and function of this solution can adopt the way of fixing the interactive device as described above, and will not be described herein.
Specifically, the image capturing device 205 includes a navigation camera 2053, configured to capture ambient image information;
the controller controls the display screen to display navigation information according to the information of the navigation camera 2053. The number of the navigation cameras can be two, so that human eyes can be simulated to obtain stereoscopic image information, and navigation is more efficient and accurate.
Specifically, the controller forms information interaction with a user through the display screen, the loudspeaker, the image acquisition device and the microphone, and the controller can control the output of the display screen and the loudspeaker according to information acquired by the image acquisition device and the microphone. The controller or a server forming data interaction with the controller comprises an AI module so that the controller can control the display screen to output image information or/and the loudspeaker to output anthropomorphic natural language according to the natural language collected by the microphone. The intelligent shopping device can play a role of electronic shopping guide, can perform customized shopping guide and promotion according to the information of the user in the server, and feeds back corresponding information according to the instruction of the client.
Specifically, the communication module comprises a wireless communication unit to enable the intelligent shopping device to communicate with the outside wirelessly. The intelligent shopping device can form data interaction with a mobile phone or other wireless communication devices.
Specifically, the controller can call commodity information of the commodity from the controller or a server capable of interacting with the controller according to voice information collected by the microphone and control the display screen to display the commodity information, wherein the commodity information comprises the position of the commodity. This enables a quick help to the customer for shopping guide. The product position here may be an absolute physical position of the product or shelf position data of the product.
Specifically, the intelligent shopping device further comprises: the positioning device is used for positioning the position of the intelligent shopping equipment; the controller displays navigation information to the user via the display screen or the microphone based on data from the positioning device and map data stored in the controller or from a server. The navigation may be relative position navigation or absolute position navigation, and may rely on a near-field positioning system or a GPS positioning system. The intelligent shopping device can also realize the car searching function.
As an extension, the intelligent shopping equipment can have a self-walking function, namely, the intelligent shopping equipment comprises a self-walking device, so that the function of automatically searching for a car or navigating can be realized.
As an extension, the intelligent shopping device may not be provided with a single function, but an extension base 206 is provided to place the mobile phone, and the system function is realized through the hardware and software of the mobile phone, as shown in FIG. 10.
In addition, the system binds the license plate with the biological information or the digital information of the user, for example, the license plate with the face or the fingerprint, and the license plate with the mobile phone number or the payment account, so that the user can collect the information of the bought commodity through the data collection equipment of the mobile interaction equipment without paying when shopping in a mall, and when the user goes out of a garage, the user can directly deduct money from the account of the user by scanning the license plate.

the cloud server is respectively in data interaction with the garage management subsystem, the business management subsystem and the information interaction subsystem;
the garage management subsystem includes:
the license plate management unit is at least used for identifying the license plate of the vehicle in the garage and associating the license plate with the corresponding parking space;
the business management subsystem includes:
a business data module at least for storing business data;
the interaction subsystem comprises:
the parking place interaction equipment comprises a parking place board and a display screen;
the license plate management unit, the commercial data module and the parking space interaction equipment can be communicated with a cloud server, and the cloud server sends commercial data to the parking space interaction equipment according to data information of the license plate management unit and displays the commercial data on the display screen;
the garage management subsystem includes:
the license plate management unit is at least used for identifying the license plate of the vehicle in the garage and associating the license plate with the corresponding parking space;
the business management subsystem includes:
a business data module at least for storing business data;
the interaction subsystem comprises:
a stationary interaction device comprising a display;
the license plate management unit, the commercial data module and the fixed interaction equipment can be communicated with a cloud server, and the cloud server sends commercial data to the fixed interaction equipment according to data information of the vehicle management unit and displays the commercial data on the display;
the fixed interaction equipment also comprises sound collection equipment for collecting the voice information of the user;
the display of the fixed interaction equipment can display corresponding data information from the garage management subsystem or/and the business management subsystem according to the voice information acquired by the sound acquisition equipment;
the garage management subsystem includes:
the license plate management unit is at least used for identifying the license plate of the vehicle in the garage and associating the license plate with the corresponding parking space;
the business management subsystem includes:
a business data module at least for storing business data;
the interaction subsystem comprises:
the mobile interaction equipment comprises a walking device and a display device;
the license plate management unit, the commercial data module and the mobile interaction equipment can be communicated with a cloud server, and the cloud server sends commercial data to the mobile interaction equipment according to data information of the vehicle management unit and displays the commercial data on the display device;
the mobile interaction equipment also comprises data acquisition equipment, and the mobile interaction equipment can transmit data information acquired by the data acquisition equipment to a cloud server;
at least a portion of the garage management subsystem or/and the business management subsystem is embodied at the cloud server;
the fixed interaction equipment is also used for guiding the user by acquiring the face data to realize relay of a plurality of intelligent interaction devices, and specifically comprises the following steps: the first fixed interaction device indicates the position of the parking space, and informs the next fixed interaction device on the route to collect the face information of the user through wireless communication, and when the user walks to the next fixed interaction device and the fixed interaction device collects the image information, the fixed interaction device further displays guiding information; if the user goes wrong, other fixed interaction devices prompt the user to go wrong and inform the user of a correct route;
wherein the fixed interaction device further comprises:

the controller controls the display screen to display the parking space information of the user or controls the loudspeaker to output voice information informing the parking space information of the user according to the image information of the face of the user shot by the camera;
the controller controls the display screen to display push image information from a server related to the user or controls the loudspeaker to output push voice information from the server related to the push image information according to image information of the face of the user shot by the camera; the controller uploads the image information of the face of the user shot by the camera to the server and acquires the pushed image information or pushed voice information associated with the license plate of the user from the server;
the controller forms information interaction with a user in the garage through the display screen, the loudspeaker, the camera and the microphone, and can control the output of the display screen and the loudspeaker according to information collected by the camera and the microphone;
the controller or a server forming data interaction with the controller comprises an AI module so that the controller can control the display screen to output image information or/and the loudspeaker to output anthropomorphic natural language according to the natural language collected by the microphone.
