Further, the display unit 41 is specifically configured to, when the PPT document is started, extract a history display picture set, sort the user uploaded pictures, the user downloaded pictures, and the self-contained pictures in the local memory in the history display picture set according to the time attribute, and display the sorted pictures in a preset page.
Further, the generating unit 43 is further configured to generate a paging template for adding pictures according to the number of pictures in the picture set displayed in the preset page, and display the paging template including a plurality of page information, so that a user adds pictures according to the page information.

The invention provides another PPT document generation device, the embodiment of the invention adds the displayed pictures in a picture set to each page in advance before generating the PPT document, and generates the PPT document in a unified way after confirming that all the pictures are added to the pages, thereby realizing the simplicity and convenience of adding the pictures in the PPT document, avoiding the repeated change caused by manual operation, further realizing the one-key generation of the PPT document with the pictures added in the pages, and improving the generation efficiency of the PPT document.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a storage medium is provided, where at least one executable instruction is stored, and the computer executable instruction may execute the method for generating the PPT document in any of the above method embodiments.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the specific embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific implementation of the terminal.
As shown in fig. 6, the terminal may include: a processor (processor)502, a Communications Interface 504, a memory 506, and a communication bus 508.

The terminal comprises one or more processors, which can be the same type of processor, such as one or more CPUs; or may be different types of processors such as one or more CPUs and one or more ASICs.
And a memory 506 for storing a program 510. The memory 506 may comprise high-speed RAM memory, and may also include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
The program 510 may specifically be used to cause the processor 502 to perform the following operations:
when a PPT document is started, acquiring a picture set to be displayed, and displaying the picture set in a preset page of the PPT document;
If a user selects pictures from the picture set and the user selects page information corresponding to the pictures through a paging template, adding the pictures into pages corresponding to the page information, wherein the page information comprises page numbers of the pages, typesetting formats of the pages and positions of the pages inserted into the pictures;
and when the user confirms that the selection of the pictures is finished, generating a PPT document according to the page in which the pictures are added.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (9)

1. A method for generating a PPT document, comprising:
when a PPT document is started, acquiring a picture set to be displayed, and displaying the picture set in a preset page of the PPT document;
if a user selects pictures from the picture set and the user selects page information corresponding to the pictures through a paging template, adding the pictures into pages corresponding to the page information, wherein the page information comprises page numbers of the pages, typesetting formats of the pages and positions of the pages inserted into the pictures;
after the user confirms that the pictures are selected, generating a PPT document according to the pages with the added pictures;
when the PPT document is started, acquiring a picture set to be displayed, and displaying the picture set in a preset page of the PPT document, wherein the method further comprises the following steps:
Generating a paging template for adding pictures according to the number of the pictures of the picture set displayed in the preset page, and displaying the paging template containing a plurality of page information so that a user can add the pictures according to the page information; different pages are correspondingly matched with different typesetting formats, the typesetting format of the pages is the format of adding pictures and characters in the pages, and the position of inserting the pictures in the pages is the specific position of inserting the pictures in the typesetting formats.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the PPT document is started, acquiring a picture set to be displayed, and displaying the picture set in a preset page of the PPT document comprises:
when the PPT document is started, extracting a history display picture set, sequencing the user uploading pictures, the user downloading pictures and the self-contained pictures in the local memory in the history display picture set according to time attributes, and displaying the sequenced pictures in a preset page.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if the user does not select the pictures from the picture set according to the preset time interval, updating the pictures in the picture set displayed in the preset page so as to enable the user to select the pictures again.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein if the user does not select pictures from the picture set at the preset time interval, updating the pictures in the picture set displayed in the preset page comprises:
if the user does not select the picture from the picture set according to the preset time interval, obtaining the picture which is not displayed from the local picture set for displaying; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
if the user does not select the picture from the picture set according to the preset time interval, analyzing the historical download data in the historical display picture set, and downloading the picture matched with the historical download data according to the analysis result.
5. The method as claimed in any one of claims 1-4, wherein after the user confirms that the selection of the picture is completed and the PPT document is generated according to the pagination of adding the picture, the method further comprises:
and if an instruction of adding pictures for modification input by the user is received, clearing the currently generated page with the pictures, and executing the steps of obtaining the picture set to be displayed again and displaying the picture set in a preset page of the PPT document.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
And storing the page plates with the pictures added in different pages in the PPT document, and if the number of the same page plates in the stored page plates is greater than a preset threshold value, adding the page plates to the typesetting format.
7. An apparatus for generating a PPT document, comprising:
the display unit is used for acquiring a picture set to be displayed when the PPT document is started, and displaying the picture set in a preset page of the PPT document;
the adding unit is used for adding the picture into the page corresponding to the page information if the user selects the picture from the picture set and selects the page information corresponding to the picture through the page template, wherein the page information comprises page numbers of the pages, a typesetting format of the pages and a position of the page inserted into the picture;
the generating unit is used for generating a PPT document according to the page in which the picture is added after the user confirms that the picture is selected;
the generating unit is further configured to generate a paging template for adding pictures according to the number of the pictures of the picture set displayed in the preset page, and display the paging template including a plurality of page information, so that a user adds pictures according to the page information; different pages are correspondingly matched with different typesetting formats, the typesetting format of the pages is the format of adding pictures and characters in the pages, and the position of inserting the pictures in the pages is the specific position of inserting the pictures in the typesetting formats.
8. A storage medium having stored therein at least one executable instruction for causing a processor to perform operations corresponding to the method of generating a PPT document according to any one of claims 1-6.
9. A terminal, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction causes the processor to execute the operation corresponding to the PPT document generation method of any one of claims 1-6.
