Most of the current pipeline joints on the market adopt threaded connection or cutting ferrule connection, the sealing is not firm after installation, and leakage is easy to occur at the joint.

As shown in fig. 1-7, a quick pipe connector comprises a connector main body 1 and an outer connector 11, wherein the filter element 2 is arranged in the connector main body 1, the rotary sleeves 7 are arranged on two sides of the filter element 2, the outer connector 11 is arranged outside the rotary sleeve 7, the circulation holes 4 which completely penetrate through the middle of the outer connector 11 are formed in the middle of the outer connector 11, the elastic fixing piece 12 is arranged outside the outer connector 11, the hoop 10 is arranged on the elastic fixing piece 12, the connecting flange 19 is arranged on the outer sealing cover 9, the fixing holes 20 are formed in the connecting flange 19, the sealing ring 6 is arranged inside the outer sealing cover 9, and the sealing gasket 8 is arranged between the outer sealing cover 9 and the connector main body 1.
In the above embodiment, the outer connector 11 includes the outer connector 17 and the inner connector 14, the outer boss 16 is disposed on the side of the outer connector 17, the threaded hole 18 is disposed on the outer edge of the outer boss 16, the inner boss 15 is disposed on the side of the outer boss 16, and the inner connector 14 is disposed on the side of the inner boss 15.
In the above embodiment, the outer connecting end 17 and the inner connecting end 14 are provided with external screw grooves, and the inner connecting end 14 is screw-mounted on the rotating sleeve 7.
In the above embodiment, the elastic fixing member 12 is made of elastic rubber.
In the above embodiment, the elastic fixing member 12 includes the fixed end 3 and the movable end 5, the movable end 5 is provided with the clamping groove 13, and the hoop 10 is nested on a side close to the fixed end 3.

In the above embodiment, the filter core 2 and the rotary sleeve 7 are nested inside the connector main body 1, through holes corresponding to the positions and the sizes of the flow holes 4 are formed in the middle of the filter core 2 and the rotary sleeve 7, and the filter core 2 and the rotary sleeve 7 cannot move transversely.
In the above embodiment, the sealing ring 6 is nested on the inner boss 15, the outer edge of the sealing ring 6 is tightly fitted with the inner wall of the outer cover 9, and two sealing rings 6 are disposed on the inner boss 15.
In the use process of the device, the wrench is buckled on the fixed end 3 of the elastic fixing piece 12, the outer connecting piece 11 is opposite to the pipe orifice thread of the connecting pipe, the wrench is rotated, the inner connecting end 14 is connected to the pipe by using the thread groove, the hoop 10 is pushed to the movable end 5, the hoop 10 is buckled in the clamping groove 13, and the movable end 5 of the elastic fixing piece 12 is tightly contacted with the outer part of the connecting pipe, so that quick installation between the pipe and the joint is completed.
