本发明公开了一种蜗轮传动三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀,包括阀体、阀板、阀杆、支架,所述阀体上设有进水口、出水口、阀杆安装孔,所述阀体内设有一环形斜面;所述环形斜面上设有一层密封圈;所述阀杆穿设于阀杆安装孔内;所述阀板连接于阀杆上,且阀板位于进水口和出水口相形成的流腔内;所述阀板上连接有压板;所述压板与阀板的外壁连接处设有外密封圈;当阀板与环形斜面相接触时,外密封圈与密封圈紧密贴合,将进水口和出水口相形成的流腔隔离;所述支架穿过阀杆的上端设于阀体上;所述支架上设有蜗轮箱;所述蜗轮箱的输出端与阀杆的上端相连接;所述蜗轮箱的输入端连接有手轮。本发明结构简单、密封性好、效率高、质量好。

本发明涉及蝶阀领域,尤其涉及到一种蜗轮传动三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀。
背景技术
目前蝶阀的缺点是:阀门体积大,不能满足复杂的工况,对于管道的要求较大,而且易发生变形,密封效果下降,寿命低,而且维修不便,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种结构简单、操作方便、实用的蜗轮传动三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀。
本发明是通过如下方式实现的:
一种蜗轮传动三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于:包括阀体、阀板、阀杆、支架,所述阀体上设有进水口、出水口、阀杆安装孔,所述进水口和出水口相通,所述阀杆安装孔设于阀体的中部,且与进水口和出水口相形成的流腔相通;所述阀体内设有一环形斜面;所述环形斜面上设有一层密封圈;
所述阀杆穿设于阀杆安装孔内;所述阀杆相对于阀体可转动;所述阀板连接于阀杆上,且阀板位于进水口和出水口相形成的流腔内;所述阀板上连接有压板;所述压板与阀板的外壁连接处设有外密封圈;当阀板与环形斜面相接触时,外密封圈与密封圈紧密贴合,将进水口和出水口相形成的流腔隔离;
所述支架穿过阀杆的上端设于阀体上;所述支架上设有蜗轮箱;所述蜗轮箱的输出端与阀杆的上端相连接;所述蜗轮箱的输入端连接有手轮。
所述阀杆和阀体之间的连接处设有填料。
本发明的有益效果在于:结构简单,操作方便,使用寿命长、密封性能可靠。

如图1所示,一种蜗轮传动三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀,包括阀体1、阀板2、阀杆3、支架4,阀体1上设有进水口11、出水口12、阀杆安装孔13,进水口11和出水口12相通,阀杆安装孔13设于阀体1的中部,且与进水口11和出水口12相形成的流腔相通;阀体1内设有一环形斜面14;环形斜面14上设有一层密封圈15;阀杆3穿设于阀杆安装孔13内;阀杆3相对于阀体1可转动;阀板2连接于阀杆3上,且阀板2位于进水口11和出水口12相形成的流腔内;阀板2上连接有压板5;压板5与阀板2的外壁连接处设有外密封圈6;当阀板2与环形斜面14相接触时,外密封圈6与密封圈15紧密贴合,将进水口11和出水口12相形成的流腔隔离;支架4穿过阀杆3的上端设于阀体1上;支架4上设有蜗轮箱7;蜗轮箱7的输出端与阀杆3的上端相连接;蜗轮箱7的输入端连接有手轮8。
本发明阀杆3和阀体1之间的连接处设有填料9。
本发明通过阀杆3带动阀板2转动,使得阀板2对进水口11和出水口12相形成的流腔实现开启与关闭的动作。

1.一种蜗轮传动三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于:包括阀体(1)、阀板(2)、阀杆(3)、支架(4),所述阀体(1)上设有进水口(11)、出水口(12)、阀杆安装孔(13),所述进水口(11)和出水口(12)相通,所述阀杆安装孔(13)设于阀体(1)的中部,且与进水口(11)和出水口(12)相形成的流腔相通;所述阀体(1)内设有一环形斜面(14);所述环形斜面(14)上设有一层密封圈(15);
所述阀杆(3)穿设于阀杆安装孔(13)内;所述阀杆(3)相对于阀体(1)可转动;所述阀板(2)连接于阀杆(3)上,且阀板(2)位于进水口(11)和出水口(12)相形成的流腔内;所述阀板(2)上连接有压板(5);所述压板(5)与阀板(2)的外壁连接处设有外密封圈(6);当阀板(2)与环形斜面(14)相接触时,外密封圈(6)与密封圈(15)紧密贴合,将进水口(11)和出水口(12)相形成的流腔隔离;
所述支架(4)穿过阀杆(3)的上端设于阀体(1)上;所述支架(4)上设有蜗轮箱(7);所述蜗轮箱(7)的输出端与阀杆(3)的上端相连接;所述蜗轮箱(7)的输入端连接有手轮(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜗轮传动三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆(3)和阀体(1)之间的连接处设有填料(9)。
