Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of locomotive repair, in particular to an electric locomotive air supply fan test tooling device, which comprises: the test tool module and the power module, wherein the power module comprises a power conversion circuit; the test tool module comprises a shell and a speed regulation circuit; the speed regulation circuit is provided with a conversion control switch, a terminal type power supply module, an end type adjustable resistor, a control switch and a status indicator lamp, a stabilized DC power supply connected with the test tool module is converted into a two-way power supply output through the terminal type power supply module, and the two-way power supply output circuit is sequentially provided with the end type adjustable resistor which is electrically connected with the conversion control switch for regulating and controlling the rotating speed of the air supply fan. The invention has simple structure, novel and reasonable design, can realize the performance test of the disassembled parts, is convenient for judging, processing and repairing faults in time after finding out the quality problem, has strong practicability, is convenient to carry, effectively improves the maintenance efficiency, and has strong popularization and application value.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of locomotive repair, in particular to electric locomotive air supply fan test tooling equipment.
Background
Along with the continuous accumulation of technology in the railway field in China, harmonious alternating current transmission electric locomotives are rapidly developed in China, and the existing direct current transmission electric locomotives are gradually replaced. The introduction and autonomous innovation of advanced technology in the railway field lead a large number of imported parts with excellent and reliable performance to be adopted by harmonious alternating current transmission electric locomotives. With the increase of the service mileage and the service life of the harmonious alternating current transmission electric locomotive, the service mileage of the locomotive which is input in early stage is over 180 ten thousand kilometers, the service time is over 10 years, the harmonious locomotive is gradually entering the C6 grade repairing stage (equivalent to the overhaul of the existing locomotive) at present, and the imported parts which are introduced and adopted on the locomotive also need to be disassembled for overhaul, so that corresponding overhaul and test are carried out, so that the state of performance defects and part faults can be found, and corresponding repair is carried out. In view of the particularity of the railway locomotive field, most foreign import components have no mature matched test equipment in China.
The ebmpapst brand G1G160-BH29-14 type fan is produced in Germany and is mainly installed on an HXD1 type electric locomotive, and is matched with a cab air conditioner on the locomotive for use. In the past locomotive repair process, because the locomotive repair process is smaller, the G1G160-BH29-14 type fan is basically not subjected to off-line maintenance, and the fan is not subjected to systematic inspection and maintenance. When the HXD1 type electric locomotive enters the C6 grade repairing process, the type fan needs to be disassembled for maintenance test, and the working state of the fan and whether abnormal sounds exist or not are checked and judged so as to ensure the performance after loading. Because the fan belongs to an import component, no corresponding test equipment exists in China, if the fan is purchased from abroad, the purchase period of the custom-made equipment is long, and the imported cost price is high from abroad.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the electric locomotive air supply fan test tooling equipment which is scientific and reasonable in design, safe, reliable and simple and convenient to operate.
According to the design scheme provided by the invention, the test tooling equipment for the air supply fan of the electric locomotive comprises a test tooling module and a power module for respectively providing electric energy for the test tooling module and the air supply fan, wherein the power module comprises a power conversion circuit for converting alternating current into a voltage-stabilized direct current power supply, and the voltage-stabilized direct current power supply is output as the power conversion circuit and respectively provides electric energy for the test tooling module and the air supply fan; the test tool module comprises a shell and a speed regulation circuit arranged in the shell; the speed regulation circuit is provided with a conversion control switch, a terminal type power supply module, an end type adjustable resistor, a control switch and a status indicator lamp, a stabilized DC power supply connected with the test tool module is converted into a two-way power supply output through the terminal type power supply module, the two-way power supply output circuit is sequentially provided with the end type adjustable resistor, and the end type adjustable resistors are electrically connected with the conversion control switch for regulating and controlling the rotating speed of the air supply fan; the state indicator lamps are sequentially arranged on a circuit for connecting the conversion control switch with the air supply fan and a circuit for connecting the two-way power supply output and the voltage-stabilizing direct current power supply with the air supply fan; the control switch is sequentially arranged on a circuit of the voltage-stabilizing direct-current power supply connected with the two-way power supply and a circuit of the voltage-stabilizing direct-current power supply connected with the air supply fan.
The power supply conversion circuit converts an AC220V power supply into a DC24V power supply which respectively provides electric energy with the test tool module and the air supply fan module.
Preferably, the terminal power module converts the input DC24V power to a two-way DC10V power output.
The shell adopts an insulating box body structure.
Preferably, the insulating box body structure is provided with a box cover, and the status indicator lamp and the change-over control switch are fixed on the box cover.
The shell is provided with the terminal strip structure and the plug connector structure; the power supply conversion circuit is connected with a speed regulation circuit arranged in the insulation box body structure through a terminal strip structure; the speed regulating circuit is connected with the air supply fan through the plug-in connector structure.
Preferably, the plug connector structure adopts a rectangular connector.
The shell is internally provided with the mounting guide rail for fixing the conversion control switch, the terminal type power supply module, the terminal type adjustable resistor and the control switch.
The control switch is a bipolar circuit breaker.

Aiming at the situations of high cost, long period, inconvenient operation and the like in the overhaul process of the existing locomotive fan, the embodiment of the invention, referring to fig. 1-3, provides electric locomotive air supply fan test tooling equipment, which comprises a test tooling module and a power module for respectively providing electric energy for the test tooling module and the air supply fan, wherein the power module comprises a power conversion circuit for converting alternating current into a voltage-stabilizing direct current power supply, and the voltage-stabilizing direct current power supply is output as the power conversion circuit and respectively provides electric energy for the test tooling module and the air supply fan; the test tool module comprises a shell and a speed regulation circuit arranged in the shell; the speed regulation circuit is provided with a conversion control switch, a terminal type power supply module, an end type adjustable resistor, a control switch and a status indicator lamp, a stabilized DC power supply connected with the test tool module is converted into a two-way power supply output through the terminal type power supply module, the two-way power supply output circuit is sequentially provided with the end type adjustable resistor, and the end type adjustable resistors are electrically connected with the conversion control switch for regulating and controlling the rotating speed of the air supply fan; the state indicator lamps are sequentially arranged on a circuit for connecting the conversion control switch with the air supply fan and a circuit for connecting the two-way power supply output and the voltage-stabilizing direct current power supply with the air supply fan; the control switch is sequentially arranged on a circuit of the voltage-stabilizing direct-current power supply connected with the two-way power supply and a circuit of the voltage-stabilizing direct-current power supply connected with the air supply fan. According to the working principle of the fan and the locomotive control principle, the fan can be tested through the test tool module, the power module for providing electric energy for the test tool module and the air supply fan respectively, and the speed regulation and control circuit arranged in the test tool module, so that the speed regulation and control of the fan can be carried out.
The power supply conversion circuit converts an AC220V power supply into a DC24V power supply which respectively provides electric energy with the test tool module and the air supply fan module. Preferably, the terminal power module converts the input DC24V power to a two-way DC10V power output. The direct current stabilized power supply converts an external AC220V power supply into a DC24V power supply, a switch is controlled by the test tool module to provide a DC24V working power supply for the air supply fan, and a power supply is provided for the speed regulating circuit. The terminal type power supply module (DC 24V/DC 10V) converts DC24V into two-way DC10V output. The terminal type adjustable resistor adjusts the two paths of DC10V into two paths of different signals, and provides two paths of different DC 0-10V adjusting signals for the tested fan through the change-over control switch. Thereby reach the fan rotational speed of control different requirements to realize the adjustment test of fan, and then judge whether fan work satisfies the requirement. The desired speed adjustment signal can be set by manually adjusting the terminal-type adjustable resistor.

The assembly and maintenance are more convenient.
Preferably, the plug connector structure adopts a rectangular connector, so that wiring can be conveniently and rapidly carried out.
The shell is internally provided with the mounting guide rail for fixing the conversion control switch, the terminal type power supply module, the terminal type adjustable resistor and the control switch.

In the present invention, referring to FIG. 1, the first part is a direct current regulated power supply (AC 220/DC 24) having an external AC220V power input and a DC24V power output. The second part is a box-type structure test tool module, which is provided with a DC24V power input end and a power output end, and an output adjusting signal end (DC 0-10V), wherein an end type power module, an end type adjustable resistor, a control switch, a conversion control switch, a status indicator lamp and a terminal row are arranged in the second part. The input DC24V power supply is divided into two paths after passing through the control switch, and one path of DC24V power supply is directly output and connected with the tested fan through the external connector to serve as the working power supply of the tested fan. One path is used as the input of the terminal type power supply module, a double-path DC10V power supply is output after conversion, the double-path DC10V power supply is connected with two terminal type adjustable resistors through two paths of circuits respectively to form adjustable signals of double-path DC 0-10V (the two terminal type adjustable resistors can be adjusted to a required setting value range in advance according to the requirement), and the two paths of different fan adjusting signals are output after the two paths of adjustable signals are connected with a tested fan through operating a conversion control switch and an external connector. In specific implementation, a direct current stabilized power supply (AC 220/DC 24) is connected, a control switch is closed, DC24V is directly output to a tested fan, meanwhile, a conversion control switch is placed in 1 gear, a given speed adjusting signal is output to the tested fan, and the tested fan operates according to a 1-gear speed mode. After the tested fan works stably, the conversion control switch is converted from 1 gear to 2 gear, and the tested fan works and operates according to the 2-gear speed mode. By adopting the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the situations of high working strength, low working efficiency, high cost, inconvenient operation and the like in the locomotive fan overhauling and maintaining process in the prior art can be solved, and the locomotive fan test cost is greatly saved.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various changes may be made thereto by those skilled in the art, but any equivalent or similar changes to the present invention should be construed to be included within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
Claims (7)
1. The electric locomotive air supply fan test tool equipment comprises a test tool module and a power module for respectively providing electric energy for the test tool module and the air supply fan, and is characterized in that the power module comprises a power conversion circuit for converting alternating current into a voltage-stabilized direct current power supply, and the voltage-stabilized direct current power supply is output as the power conversion circuit and respectively provides electric energy for the test tool module and the air supply fan; the test tool module comprises a shell and a speed regulation circuit arranged in the shell; the speed regulation circuit is provided with a conversion control switch, a terminal type power supply module, an end type adjustable resistor, a control switch and two status indicator lamps, a stabilized DC power supply connected with the test tool module is converted into a two-way power supply output through the end type power supply module, the two-way power supply output lines are sequentially provided with the end type adjustable resistor, the end type adjustable resistor is electrically connected with the conversion control switch for regulating and controlling the rotating speed of the air supply fan, and two different fan adjustable signals are formed by the end type adjustable resistor arranged on the two-way power supply output lines, wherein the end type adjustable resistor is adjusted to a required setting value range in advance according to requirements; the control switch is a bipolar breaker, one path of the control switch is connected with a voltage-stabilizing direct-current power supply for providing electric energy for the test tool module and the air supply fan, and the other path of the control switch is connected with 0V potential; one end of one status indicator lamp is connected with the connection circuit of the conversion control switch of the test tool module and the air supply fan, the other end of the status indicator lamp is connected with the 0V potential, one end of the other status indicator lamp is connected with the connection circuit of the voltage-stabilizing direct-current power supply of the air supply fan module and the air supply fan, and the other end of the other status indicator lamp is connected with the 0V potential; the shell adopts an insulating box body structure, the insulating box body structure is provided with a box cover, and the status indicator lamp and the change-over control switch are fixed on the box cover.
