The working principle of the invention is as follows:
1. preventing dropping: at the moment when the cable head impacts the testing plug 14, the suspension body 16 on the cable head upwards supports the anti-release sleeve 3 and enables the anti-release sleeve 3 to move upwards, the limiting effect of the spring claw A6 on the spring claw B7 is relieved along with the upward movement of the anti-release sleeve 3, the spring claw A expands outwards in the radial direction, so that the flange on the suspension body can cross the hook 12 and enter the inner side of the spring claw B7, and at the moment, if the cable head is hooked by the spring claw B, the anti-drop purpose is achieved.
2. Quick release: upwards slide sliding sleeve 5, the spacing in spring claw A6 outside is relieved, then pulls out the cable head downwards, and spring claw B7 makes spring claw A6 outwards expand under the guide of inclined plane, then pulls out anticreep cover 3 from installation subject 2, separates anticreep cover 3 and cable head at last and can take off the cable head fast.
3. Preventing the test cable 9 from being pulled apart: when the cable head connected to the upper end of the instrument 8 collides with the test plug 14, the cable head continues to move upwards after being hooked, the lower end of the ejector rod 4 collides with the upper end of the taper sleeve 17, the taper sleeve 17 overcomes the static friction force to move downwards, so that the clamping effect on the test cable 9 is relieved, the test cable 9 is separated from the taper sleeve 17, under the condition, the connection part between the test cable 9 and the instrument 8 can be broken, the test cable 9 cannot be broken, and the purpose of preventing the test cable 9 from breaking off is achieved.
The height difference between the upper end of the taper sleeve 17 and the upper end of the hanging body 16 is not less than 3mm, so that the taper sleeve 20 is fully separated from the test cable 9.
