Abstract
The invention relates to a connecting structure for an aluminum roof panel and an aluminum wallboard without angle adjustment, which comprises an aluminum wallboard, an aluminum wallboard switching material, an aluminum roof panel and a roof panel switching material. When the aluminum wallboard is connected with the aluminum wallboard transfer material, the hooks of the aluminum wallboard pre-tightening ribs are inserted into the transfer material stopping grooves, and meanwhile, the protruding hooks of the aluminum wallboard are connected with the transfer material semicircular hooks in a buckling mode. When the aluminum roof panel is connected with the roof panel transfer material, the aluminum roof panel semicircular hook is clamped into the transfer material convex hook, and meanwhile, the aluminum roof panel bent hook is buckled and connected with the convex of the transfer material pre-tightening rib. The roof board transfer material and the aluminum wallboard transfer material are designed into arc-shaped connecting notches, and the concave arc of the roof board transfer material can freely rotate on the convex arc of the aluminum wallboard transfer material to form roof angles with different angles at will. The connecting snap ring of the roof board transfer material is sleeved on the connecting collar of the aluminum wallboard transfer material and is fixedly connected with the connecting collar by a locking screw at an installation angle, so that a connecting structure without angle adjustment is formed.
Description
Technical Field

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the invention provides a connecting structure for aluminum roof panels and aluminum wallboards without angle adjustment, which mainly comprises an aluminum wallboard 1, an aluminum wallboard switching material 2, an aluminum roof panel 4 and a roof panel switching material 5.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the right end of the aluminum wallboard 1 is provided with an aluminum wallboard pre-tightening rib 11 with hooks and an aluminum wallboard raised hook 12, and the raised hook 12 is positioned above the pre-tightening rib 11. The middle part right side of aluminium wallboard switching material 2 sets up aluminium wallboard switching material and ends catching groove 21, and the lower extreme left side of aluminium wallboard switching material 2 sets up aluminium wallboard switching material semicircle hook 22, and the upper portion of aluminium wallboard switching material 2 sets up aluminium wallboard switching material and connects lantern ring 23. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, an aluminum roof panel semicircular hook 43 and an aluminum roof panel hook 44 are provided at the left end of the aluminum roof panel 4, and the hook 44 is located below the semicircular hook 43. The right end of the roof board transfer material 5 is provided with a roof board transfer material pre-tightening rib 51 and a roof board transfer material protruding hook 52, the protruding hook 52 is positioned above the pre-tightening rib 51, and the pre-tightening rib of the pre-tightening rib 51 is provided with a protrusion 55. The lower part of the roof board transfer material 5 is provided with a connecting snap ring 53 with pre-tightening ribs. As shown in fig. 1, when the roof board transfer material 5 is connected with the aluminum wallboard transfer material 2, the connecting clamping ring 53 of the roof board transfer material 5 is sleeved on the connecting collar 23 of the aluminum wallboard transfer material 2 and fixedly connected with the connecting collar by the locking screw 3 according to the installation angle, so that the aluminum roof board 4 forms a connection structure without angle adjustment between the roof board transfer material 5 and the aluminum wallboard transfer material 2 and the aluminum wallboard 1, any angle adjustment of the aluminum roof board and the aluminum wallboard can be realized, and the requirements of rainfall and snowfall in different areas on different roof slopes can be met. And after the connection angle of the roof board transfer material and the aluminum wallboard transfer material is adjusted to a required angle, the roof board transfer material and the aluminum wallboard transfer material are fastened by screws. The roof board and the roof board transfer material, the aluminum wallboard and the aluminum wallboard transfer material are designed into a tightly-inserted and spliced joint and a screw fixing combined structure, and the waterproof sealing material has the characteristics of high waterproof performance and convenient installation under the condition of not using sealant and sealing strips.

As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the sides of the aluminum wall panels 1, 4 are provided with C-shaped grooves 7 for decorative needs.
In summary, the connecting structure for the aluminum roof panel and the aluminum wallboard without angle adjustment has the advantages of stable structure, light weight, high strength, strong applicability, good fireproof performance, simple manual operation, high assembly efficiency and the like, and each aluminum alloy plate is connected by using the close-insert splicing opening and locked by the screw, so that the smoothness and the compactness of the splicing position of each aluminum alloy plate can be ensured, the seamless connection between the plates can be realized, an integral framework is formed after the splicing structure is completed, and the aluminum roof panel has good stability and high bearing capacity.
