Abstract
本发明公开了一种多功能的A级防火保温层体系及其生产方法,所述安装板一端面固定有装饰板,所述安装板另一端面固定有保温板,所述保温板另一端固定有光伏薄膜发电板,所述安装板包括保温复合层、硅钙板、陶瓷薄板以及铝单板,所述铝单板与陶瓷薄板固定连接,所述陶瓷薄板与硅钙固定连接,所述硅钙板与保温复合层固定连接,所述保温复合层通过岩棉板、矿棉板、玻璃棉板以及气凝胶板复合而成,本发明保温效果好,能够供电,节能效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑工程立面保温节能减排技术领域,尤其涉及一种多功能的A级防火保温层体系及其生产方法。
背景技术
建筑保温是减少建筑物室内热量向室外散发的措施,对创造适宜的室内热环境和节约能源有重要作用。建筑保温主要从建筑外围护结构上采取措施,同时减少建筑物室内热量向室外散发的措施,对创造适宜的室内热环境和节约能源有重要作用。建筑保温主要从建筑外围护结构上采取措施,同时还要从房间朝向、单体建筑的平面和体型设计,以及建筑群的总体布置等方面加以综合考虑。
目前建筑外墙保温材料使用单一,保温效果差,美观效果差,结构简单,功能单一,不能利用太阳光进行发电,从而对家电进行供电,为了解决上述问题,现推出一种多功能的A级防火保温层体系及其生产方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有建筑外墙保温材料使用单一,保温效果差,美观效果差,结构简单,功能单一,不能利用太阳光进行发电,从而对家电进行供电,而提出的一种多功能的A级防火保温层体系及其生产方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种多功能的A级防火保温层体系,包括安装板,所述安装板一端面固定有装饰板,所述安装板另一端面固定有保温板,所述保温板另一端固定有光伏薄膜发电板,所述安装板包括保温复合层、硅钙板、陶瓷薄板以及铝单板,所述铝单板与陶瓷薄板固定连接,所述陶瓷薄板与硅钙板固定连接,所述硅钙板与保温复合层固定连接,所述保温板包括岩棉板块以及陶瓷薄板,所述岩棉板块两端均固定有陶瓷薄板。
优选的,所述保温复合层通过岩棉板、矿棉板、玻璃棉板以及气凝胶板复合而成。
优选的,所述保温复合层通过粘接剂与硅钙板、陶瓷薄板以及铝单板相固定。
优选的,所述保温板上下两面均铺设玻璃纤维网格布。
一种多功能的A级防火保温层生产方法,包括以下步骤,
S1,将所述岩棉板、矿棉板、玻璃棉板以及气凝胶板复合形成保温复合层;
S2,将所述保温复合层通过粘接剂与硅钙板、陶瓷薄板以及铝单板相固定形成安装板;
S3,将岩棉板块两端与陶瓷薄板相固定形成保温板;
S4,将所述安装板、保温板以及光伏薄膜发电板相复合,形成A级防火保温层体系。
本发明的有益效果是:通过采用了A级防火材料保温复合层,该设计提高了本发明的保温效果;通过添加了光伏薄膜发电板,该设计实现利用太阳能进行发电,从而能够对家用电器进行供电,达到了节能的效果。
本发明保温效果好,能够供电,节能效果好。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-4,一种多功能的A级防火保温层体系,包括安装板3,安装板3一端面固定有装饰板2,安装板3另一端面固定有保温板4,保温板4另一端固定有光伏薄膜发电板1。
安装板3包括保温复合层31、硅钙板32、陶瓷薄板33以及铝单板34,铝单板34与陶瓷薄板33固定连接,陶瓷薄板33与硅钙板32固定连接,硅钙板32与保温复合层31固定连接。
保温板4包括岩棉板块41以及陶瓷薄板42,岩棉板块41两端均固定有陶瓷薄板42。
本实施例中,保温复合层31通过岩棉板311、矿棉板312、玻璃棉板313以及气凝胶板314复合而成,保温复合层31通过粘接剂与硅钙板32、陶瓷薄板33以及铝单板34相固定,保温板4上下两面均铺设玻璃纤维网格布。
本发明提出的一种多功能的A级防火保温层生产方法,包括以下步骤,
S1,将岩棉板311、矿棉板312、玻璃棉板313以及气凝胶板314复合形成保温复合层31;
S2,将保温复合层31通过粘接剂与硅钙板32、陶瓷薄板33以及铝单板34相固定形成安装板3;
S3,将岩棉板块41两端与陶瓷薄板42相固定形成保温板4。
S4,将安装板3、保温板4以及光伏薄膜发电板1相复合,形成A级防火保温层体系。
工作原理:本发明将保温复合层3上下两面缝纫上双层耐碱网格布,覆上砂浆,形成一个有机整体,构成A级防火保温体系,并且可利用A级防火保温体系中光伏薄膜发电板1对太阳光进行吸收,将太阳光转化为电能,并利用导电线将电能传给家用电器,实现对家用电器进行供电,通过添加了保温复合层31,提高了本发明的保温效果;通过添加了光伏薄膜发电板1,该设计实现利用太阳能进行发电,从而能够对家用电器进行供电,达到了节能的效果,本发明保温效果好,能够供电,节能效果好。

1.一种多功能的A级防火保温层体系,包括安装板(3),其特征在于,所述安装板(3)一端面固定有装饰板(2),所述安装板(3)另一端面固定有保温板(4),所述保温板(4)另一端固定有光伏薄膜发电板(1)。
所述安装板(3)包括保温复合层(31)、硅钙板(32)、陶瓷薄板(33)以及铝单板(34),所述铝单板(34)与陶瓷薄板(33)固定连接,所述陶瓷薄板(33)与硅钙板(32)固定连接,所述硅钙板(32)与保温复合层(31)固定连接。
所述保温板(4)包括岩棉板块(41)以及陶瓷薄板(42),所述岩棉板块(41)两端均固定有陶瓷薄板(42)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能的A级防火保温层体系,其特征在于,所述保温复合层(31)通过岩棉板(311)、矿棉板(312)、玻璃棉板(313)以及气凝胶板(314)复合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能的A级防火保温层体系,其特征在于,所述保温复合层(31)通过粘接剂与硅钙板(32)、陶瓷薄板(33)以及铝单板(34)相固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能的A级防火保温层体系,其特征在于,所述保温板(4)上下两面均铺设玻璃纤维网格布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能的A级防火保温层生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
S1,将所述岩棉板(311)、矿棉板(312)、玻璃棉板(313)以及气凝胶板(314)复合形成保温复合层(31);
S2,将所述保温复合层(31)通过粘接剂与硅钙板(32)、陶瓷薄板(33)以及铝单板(34)相固定形成安装板(3);
S3,将岩棉板块(41)两端与陶瓷薄板(42)相固定形成保温板(4);
S4,将所述安装板(3)、保温板(4)以及光伏薄膜发电板(1)相复合,形成A级防火保温层体系。
