Example 3
(1) Mixing 150 parts of two-component polysiloxane surface layer resin (the mass ratio of the organic silicon resin 8300A to the organic silicon resin 8300B is 1: 1), 4 parts of wear-resistant additive and 10 parts of color paste into surface layer slurry; coating the surface layer slurry on 15 threads on the surface of release paper R-206, and placing the release paper R-206 in an oven at 130 ℃ for heating and drying to obtain an organic silicon synthetic leather surface layer;
(2) 150 parts of two-component polysiloxane adhesive layer resin (the mass ratio of the organic silicon resin 8400A to the organic silicon resin 8400B is 1: 1), 4 parts of adhesive auxiliary agent and 5 parts of color paste are mixed to form adhesive layer slurry; coating the adhesive layer slurry on 20 threads of the surface layer, and drying at 105 ℃ to be semi-dry;
(3) attaching elastic knitted fabric to the bonding layer, laminating the gap of 85 filaments, curing at 130 ℃ for 1 hour, and then separating and rolling to obtain an organic silicon synthetic leather semi-finished product;
(4) mixing 80 parts of double-component polymethyl siloxane modified resin (the mass ratio of 1080A to 1080B of the organic silicon resin is 10: 1) and 8 parts of platinum metal catalyst to form surface layer slurry; and coating the surface layer slurry on a base cloth layer of the semi-finished product of the organic silicon synthetic leather, curing for 1 hour at 150 ℃ to improve the wear resistance of the base cloth layer, and obtaining the organic silicon synthetic leather product.
The relevant properties of the silicone synthetic leather products prepared in the above 3 examples are shown in the following table:

as can be seen from the above table, the organosilicon synthetic leather product prepared by the invention has 15 weeks hydrolysis resistance test, the leather surface does not crack or pulverize, the illumination resistance reaches 4 grades, and the organosilicon synthetic leather product also has the performance of bending at-30 ℃ and winding for 8 ten thousand times without cracking.

100-150 parts of two-component polysiloxane adhesive layer resin
1-4 parts of bonding auxiliary agent
1-5 parts of color paste;
the two-component polysiloxane adhesive layer resin is prepared from two organic silicon resins 8400A and 8400B which have the modulus of 30-50MPa and are produced by the Dow chemical method according to the mass ratio of 1: 1, mixing;
the surface treatment layer consists of the following components in parts by weight:
50-100 parts of two-component polymethylsiloxane modified resin
5-15 parts of a platinum metal catalyst.
2. The high weather-resistant environment-friendly organic silicon synthetic leather according to claim 1, characterized in that: the base fabric is knitted elastic fabric, the thickness of the base fabric is 0.8-1.0 mm, and the gram weight of the base fabric is 270-290 g/m2

5. The method of claim 4, wherein: the drying temperature of the organic silicon synthetic leather surface layer in the step (1) is 80-130 ℃, and the gap between coating cutter heads of the surface layer slurry is 10-15 filaments;
the drying temperature of the organic silicon synthetic leather bonding layer in the step (2) is 100-110 ℃, and the gap between coating cutter heads of the bonding layer slurry is 15-30 filaments;
curing the semi-finished product of the organic silicon synthetic leather in the step (3) at the temperature of 120-150 ℃ for 50-70 minutes, wherein the lamination gap between the base cloth and the organic silicon bonding layer is 80-100 filaments;
the curing temperature of the organic silicon synthetic leather product in the step (4) is 130-170 ℃, the curing time is 50-70 minutes, and the coating amount of the surface layer slurry is 50-100 g per meter of leather.
