When the textile cleaning device is used, the foot control pedal 24 can enable the pedal 24 to move downwards, the pedal 24 can enable the conducting strip b26 on the outer wall of the lower end of the pedal 24 to touch with the conducting strip a25 on the outer wall of the upper end of the base 23 to enable a circuit to be communicated, the storage battery 22 in the battery box 21 supplies power to the driving motor 7 to enable the driving motor 7 to operate, the driving motor 7 can drive the belt pulley b8 on the rotating shaft to rotate, the belt pulley b8 can enable the belt pulley a4 on the supporting frame a2 to rotate synchronously through the belt 9, the belt pulley a4 can rotate, the cylindrical steel pipe 5 on the outer wall of the front end can be hung on the prying rod 13 on the left side of the top end of the lifting rod 12, the lifting rod 12 can drive the pressing plate 17 to ascend together, the cylindrical steel pipe 5 is separated from the prying rod 13 along with the rotating track of the belt pulley a4, the lifting rod 12, when the pressing plate 17 rises again, the surface of the solid glue block 18 is adhered with sundry wool flocks on the surface of the textile, when the pressing plate 17 and the rising and falling rod 12 rise, the lower end of the vertical rod 16 in the inner cavity of the rising and falling rod 12 passes through the rising and falling rod 12 and passes through the hole grooves a19 and b20 in the middle of the pressing plate 17 and the solid glue block 18, the vertical rod 16 can prevent the textile from being adhered to the surface of the solid glue block 18 when the pressing plate 17 rises, and the vertical rod 16 can pass through the hole grooves a19 and b20 to separate the textile from the solid glue block 18.
